It was only a few moments before the crew had regrouped, and despite the mounds of corpses around them, they were all of a relatively calm demeanor. Sever was feeling no worse for wear after the fight, aside from a bit of stiffness associated with dislocating his joint earlier. Linedwell looked to be alright as well, but it seemed that Isaac might very well be in need of medical attention before they left the island. Despite his injuries, he made mention of the strange number of fish men before moving on to say that they should hurry up and find a shipwright so that they could get out of this Kingdom before there was more trouble with the strangely populous group. Linedwell stated that he wasn't sure of what the reason for the fish men activity was, but that Isaac was right and that they should head out. "I had been thinking it was a South Blue thing. You're right though, there doesn't seem to be much worthwhile profit in it." Sever added truthfully, and commenting on Linedwell's remark that it was none of their business. He had been raised in the rather archaic Lvneel Kingdom, and his knowledge of the state of other Blues or their cultures were largely a mystery to him so it wasn't hard for him to believe that the South Blue was home to numerous aggressive fish men.
Thinking of it though, the fish men seemed to be a bit more organized than just roving bands of raiders and they hadn't been seen attempting to loot anything as one would assume of bandits, so perhaps their goals were a bit grander than Sever had originally thought. Pondering on the motivations of the fish men would earn him little however, and Sever quickly hopped onto the same train of thought as Linedwell and Isaac; finding a shipwright. So, leaving behind the mounds of corpses for the citizens of Briss to deal with, Sever followed his new captain along with Isaac in hopes that they could find a ship soon. Then, with that, hopefully they'd be able to begin making some real progress towards amassing a fortune.
