After being briefed on his duty for the day, shin had to find some wild tigers that were in the jungle. Well it didn't seem like a hard thing to do, since he was pretty sure they would end up finding him, before he would find them. Shin began his search around the forest toward the north of the base. "This will be a hassle finding some tigers and why did they just send me....sheesh." The young marine was very confident in his skills to take down a few tigers, but he wondered why they did not assign some more to people to help him since it would make more logical since when you think about time. "I hope i wont be out here all night it would be pretty bad to still be searching for tigers during the night."

He continued to walk were the tigers were last released given the the information that was told to him. He looked for clues or signs of tiger tracks on the ground. As he looked around he noticed a blood trail to the west of him leading into some bushes. He slowly followed the trail while holding on to the hilt of one of his blades just in case there was something waiting for him on the other side of that bush. Shin made sure to not make any loud noises as he drew closer anticipation grew for the young marine. As he peaked over the bush all he saw was the remains of a rabbit that was left over.

"What a terrible thing for the small fellow." As shin turned to look around for any more trails he heard something move a few meters from were he was standing. He then heard the sounds of a beast that was looking for something to eat. "So that's where you were, guess i was kind of right at least one of you found me." As he finished his statement one of the wild tigers emerged from behind a tree that was at least six meters away from where shin was standing. He slowly drew both of his blades and placed them in the death stance. "It's not your fault that your life has to end, so please forgive me." Shin prepared himself to end this bout quickly so he can search for the other two tigers.

As shin stood there the tiger soon saw him as an enemy and began charging at him with the intent to kill. Shin stood their only focused on ending the beast in front of him. His eyes were so focused even the beast began to doubt why it would attack this enemy. As the beast began charging shin lowered his blades to his midsection and began running toward the beast as well, then he placed the blades to the left of his waist while beginning a swinging motion with both blades. "Orcus." The tiger pounced at shin and in that moment Shin sliced open the chest of the beast and it's shoulder.

The tiger fell to the ground behind shin after that clash. The ground under the beast was being cover crimson red and the beast began to moan in agony. Shin turned to face the beast, "Now you can enjoy your eternal slumber." Shin walked up to the defeated beast and stabbed it through the neck with one of his blades until the beast became motionless. "Okay have to find the other two and make sure i remember the location of the beast, so the bodies can be picked up for disposal." Shin began to run toward the direction the last beast came from, hoping it would lead him to the other two. Shin continued searching for the other two, but there was no signs of the beast within the area he was told to search.

"I knew this was a bad idea to just send me out here." The position of the sun was telling shin that he had been searching for awhile now and no progress was being found. Shin then suddenly heard a scream that seemed like it was coming from the south of his current location. "That sounded like a person screaming oh no!!" This was a bad situation to be in, since the whole point of the mission was to make sure no innocent civilian would get harmed. Shin heard the scream again followed by the sound of a wild beast, which meant someone was being chased by the two tigers.

"I have to hurry." Shin was running at full speed toward the noises hoping he made it in time. Suddenly he saw a young man come running out the forest into the path that shin was running on. The person's arm was covered in blood. They were screaming for help to the top of their lungs. "Over here!!" Shin screamed toward the man to run where he was at. The man looked at shin and began to run toward him but suddenly the tigers came from the forest running behind the man. The gap between the civilian and the two tigers were closing. "Dam they will catch up to him." Shin quickly pulled out his blades placing them in the death stance down by his waist. He then charged toward the man and the tigers."When i tell you to jump, make sure you jump out the way into the bushes!!"

Shin was prepared to end this quickly. The gap between the tiger, the civilian and shin was closing to a mere three meters. "JUMP!!!" The civilian jumped out the way and the tiger were focused on shin. "Mantus" Shin suddenly crossed both blades across his chest and as the two tigers pounced toward him he used the flats of his blades to send both tigers flying back five meters knocked on the ground. The tigers were dazed by the brute strength of that swing and were still out of balance. Shin continued to charge at the tigers while they were dazed. "Enjoy your eternal slumber beasts." Shin began to joust his blades toward the the tiger impaling them in the chest and neck using both blades.

"Pluto!!" The tigers fell to the ground dead. Shin was relieved that the civilian was safe. The man ran toward shin thanking him for saving him. "No problem lets get that arm fixed up, i'm a doctor as well so i can take care of that for you." Shin took care of the mans arm then headed back to the base to inform that the mission was successful and he also told the location of the tiger bodies to be disposed of. "Well that was a hassle, i hope next time they don't just send me that took too long."
