Ilusia is a thriving island that is ruled by a monarchy, which is affiliated closely with the World Government. There are rumors about the idea of a privy being formed, but that idea is not set in stone. The country itself used to be mostly forests and mountains, with a single yet large town standing at the footsteps of the royal castle where the king rules his land but due to the attack of a giant, most of the forests were destroyed. The people took this as an opportunity to expand their town, thus making way for more shops, homes and increasing the income of the kingdom in general. The royal castle itself was also improved and the Kingdom now has a much more modernized look. The castle is huge, and connects to about four buildings in total. A gate sits at the footstep of the castle. Around only the civilized parts of the island is a giant wall made of the hardest material.  The eastern part of the island has yet to be modernized and consists of mostly mountains and forests.

The land itself is mostly pirate free. However, this is not the same concerning Revolutionaries. The island is under attack by the Revolutionaries who seek to de-throne the monarchy with a government of their own choosing. As a result of this, a large number of Marines patrol the medium-sized island in order to better fight against the invasions of the Revolutionaries who seek to conquer the land for themselves, or as they would say, liberate it from a corrupt government. As of late the Marines have been pushing the revolutionaries out though they aren't entirely gone.

The people of Ilusia were once generally nordic in appearance, having strong features such as blonde to brown hair with high eye colors such as blue or green and lighter skin but because of King Luke marrying a Mink, many people of all races other than human have come to live on the land, making it a well diverse island. It is assumed that the humans of Ilusia are somewhat racist, believing themselves superior to other races. Despite this, the residents of the island are quite humble and kind, offering help to anyone who washes to their shores. Ilusia produces well educated people as it is often said that this island contains the best doctors, teachers, scientists, navigators, and cooks out of all the lands in the four blues. However, it is recommended that before entering the island, one makes sure not to land on the eastern part of the island for that part is usually under attack by the Revolutionaries.
