The blade, as Sasuko expected, found its way into Deku's spine, which in turn would cause him to be permanently crippled. From that moment onwards, it would be no problem for Sasuko to capture him and collect some nice sweet beli. Perhaps after she was done here and she was sure it would be completely safe she would attempt to do it. While usually she would have pretty much no reason to turn around, the gasping of the crowd alerted her. As a shinobi, she had to be aware of everything around her, which caused her to turn around completely only to see some child like marine running at her, who at this point, was six meters away from her. Fresh from battle, her self preservation instincts were at its highest, and with how far away the marine was, she quickly got into her battle stance, which didn't take much time at all. As soon as she did this, he was five meters away from her.
Her intention(attention? bro, your grammar sucks) was not lethal at all. Killing a marine gave you a lot of trouble, something Sasuko didn't really feel like dealing with. Perhaps the other marines would be more understanding of her situation, as this guy didn't even bother to ask questions as most marines would. So, disabling him permanently seemed like the best option, as no one needed a marine such as this in the world. It already had plenty of problems without the policing force being major dickheads.
She would wait until the marine got closer, as she didn't utilize a particularly long blade, although either arm was 2 feet five inches. Perhaps she would need to purchase more weapons in case a situation like this ever arose, and so she could always keep her opponent on his toes. But, that was for later, so she erased these thoughts from her mind and began to formulate thoughts that had to do with this battle, and it alone. Sasuko didn't know anything about her opponent, but she knew that prolonging this battle would make things..hectic for her. The hilt of her blade, sturdy and strong, was Vengeance. Vengeance for all those times her parents scolded her for not being as good as Itachi, vengeance for all those times people whispered behind her back, gossiping about how Sasuko must have hated her sister when she was the one that Sasuko loved the most. Vengeance. It was a simple, yet powerful word. Vengeance would knock out cold anyone Sasuko was in combat with, even if it took multiple blows. That was how strong it was.
Yet, if that Vengeance failed to work, her blade, piercing through the darkness like a nightlight in an endless void, would do the job. Sasuko was sure of it. No one would stop her from her goal of defeating her sister. Even though the two were remarkably close considering the circumstances, Sasuko just wanted to prove everyone wrong. With how nice her sister is, Sasuko hoped that on the fated day, she wouldn't be holding back.
With a mighty, horizontal slash to the right aimed at his kneecaps, meant to dismember his legs once he came within three feet, none of his escape options would be able to get him out of harm's way. If he chose to slide, a slash originally intended to disable him would cut his head clean off. If he chose to dodge to the left, he would simply be running into the sword and would be greeted with a horizontal bisection. Dodging to the right would perhaps give him a sliver of hope, except that Sasuko was faster and the same results as him dodging to the left would probably happen. In other words, in the simplest way possible, this Marine boy was probably fucked, and would have a short and simple life if everything Sasuko did went according to plan. It was a shame, too, that this entire conflict could have been avoided, but it seemed that the marines on this island couldn't keep the guns they had inside holsters(metaphorically speaking, of course). This encounter certainly gave her a slight distaste for the government, but Sasuko, trying to keep an open mind, wouldn't associate all marines with giant assholes. That wouldn't be fair at all, as Sasuko was subject to a good amount of stereotypes when she was younger. Every Uchiha was expected to be emotionless, ruthless machines, which was the exact opposite of Sasuko, much to the surprise of her classmates. Some even questioned her heritage because of the stark difference between her and her family, but she never gave much attention to those people.
If this battle was in fact over, Sasuko was annoyed that she had to do so much fighting with weak people that wouldn't be improving her skills at all. Instead, she thought in her mind, they would make her complacent and arrogant, which would lead to a swift defeat by her sister. Of course, by this point, the marines, five in total, surrounded Sasuko. She could see the fear that they had in them...seeing one of them get defeated so easily must have rattled some nerves. After a tense silence for a few seconds, one of the braver marines spoke up.
"We're here to detain you for some questioning!"
Sasuko shrugged, not really caring.
"Just make sure you go arrest that criminal and give me the beli I deserve. I'm a licensed bounty hunter and I don't really appreciate when marines attack me without asking any questions..as you can tell by your friend."
She really did have no problem with being questioned. In a situation like this, it made sense, and once she explained, Sasuko would be out in no time. She'd been through this process a few times, and although it was annoying, it was something she would have to deal with, especially when her job basically allowed her to take the lives of others. Some people didn't approve of bounty hunters like Sasuko because of moral reasons, but that wasn't her concern.
Anyways, assuming everything was all wrapped up here, she went with the marines for some questioning.
