The Torino Kingdom is an island in the South Blue that some call the "Isle of Treasure". It is a relatively small island with a huge tree growing in the middle of it.

The human inhabitants of the Torino Kingdom have so far been shown as overweight people dressed only in grass skirts with knotted black hair, seemingly having the stereotypical caveman intelligence. Some bear an eye tattoo symbol on either of their upper arms and all adults seem wear a simple necklace.

Despite this, it has been revealed that they have a vast library of books about different herbs and their medicinal purposes as well as weapons that suggest a mechanical nature. This implies that they have an advanced culture despite their seemingly low intelligence. All of them are extremely short in size.

Torino Kingdom is represented by the humans who live there, but also by enormous birds that are clashing with the humans now and then. The birds were essentialy ruling the island, terrorizing over the native humans, until a man came to solve the problem.

The native humans speak of Chopper, a great doctor who solved the problem with the birds for their and the birds' sake. They revere to him as some kind of god or messiah, and speaking ill of him at Torino Kingdom will result in them trying to kill you.

The natives, as said before, have advanced medicinal knowledge, mechanical knowledge and are progressing their knowledge every day. The only problem is that they don't yet have the resources to produce more.

The World Government ignores this island, as they have lost a large count of Marine soldiers to those birds when trying to establish a base on the island.
