Le Ship

It would take the group  about twenty minutes to make it to the Ship; this amount of time could also go with Wade if he indeed followed behind grunts. If the grunts was indeed followed the group would see the ship, which was more noticeable than the others.

"Queen Anne's Revenge, the pearl of the West Blue. That was once told to me before." Steele would say about as he gazed at the ship. The Queen Anne's Revenge is a large galleon styled ship. That comes with seven blood red sails and while the are hole filled, they allow the ship to move as any other ship would, perhaps it's the spirit of the vessel itself. More importantly however is the spooky appearance of the ship as it is said to cast a curse on the eyes of those who look upon it. Some say when sailing by, especially at night, it seems as if ghost inhabit the deck of the ship and dead bodies suspended by rope can be seen, swaying from the top of the masts where they bridge out. Ah, but that is just what rumors say. As at this point in time it just appeared liked an creepy ship. Also the whole exterior is illuminated by crackling lanterns that harbor bright orange flames, that can be seen from a ways away, though at this time they weren't lit.

Though the ship was large in size currently only 20 grunts were on the deck of the ship, those  the other being were below the deck. And if Wade, and Steele got on the ship a total of 46 people would be on the ship, the math is amazing.

"So, do you want me to show you around the ship? Ensign?" Captain Steele would ask, not even knowing if Wade was still behind him. As when Steele had made it to the docks he didn't stop till he reached the ramp, or whatever it was called, that would allow them to board the ship. Also, Captain Steele was on guard at after all Karate Island is not a marine occupy strongholds. As this dock was just like any other docks. The other ships belonging to either fishermen or Trade Officials stationed here in Karate Island.

All you really needed to have to dock here was standard ship registration , or the ability to forge such permissions.

Wade was silent through the entire walk, having not said a single word sense he set foot out of the bar with Captain Steele, and he perfered it that way. He enjoyed the silence, and used it as thinking time for himself. It didn't last long, however, as they soon arrived at the habor and Wade was introduced to Captain's Steele's ship, the Queen Anne's Revenge. Hearing the praise Steele made about it, Wade let out a whistle. "It is a sight, I tell ya that much, Cap'n. " And that it was. It was quite large and, judging by the cannons and blood-red flags, it was intimadating and well fortified. Wade took a few steps forward so that he was now standing next to the young Captain, getting a closer look at the vessel. He was a single footstep away from getting on the ramp to board the ship. Wade turned to Steele as he spoke and nodded in response. "I'd like a tour, sir." He would say in a relaxed voice, his smile not fading but softening as he now turned and began to walk up the ramp to the ship. Once actually on board, me looked around. The main deck was very, very large, being able to hold who knows how many people. There was currently 20 Marines, alot of them being a lower rank than Wade. All of them looked directly at him, taking in his odd appearance and height.

Wade couldn't help but marvel at the sight of all the work going on. It reminded him of a sort of autonomous machine, working effortlessly and without hinderance. Even as Steele came and stood beside him, he didn't break his gaze from the labor that the crew members were doing...at least...not until there was the suddenly swinging of a doors and a helpless Marine running out screaming as what seemed to be a bipedal crocodile following him. Yup. You know. Cause why not. Shaking those thoughts from his head, Wade reacted fast and suddenly, to those with untrained eye, disappeared before the crew before suddenly reappearing about 2 meters to the left of the crocodile man, holding the Marine in his arms. He would promptly let him down and urged him to run as he now turned to the reptilian humanoid. Wade, despite the circumstances, still had his large, creepy-ass smile on his face as he took a few steps forward, yet not getting close enough to be within grabbing or hitting range. Slowly, he would change his stance into that of a fighting one. His hands were up and open as he gained footing. The beast was at least about 2 feet taller than him and had far more muscle mass, but that didn't deter Wade in the least as he braced himself for a assault.

Croc had growl in disapproval. It would seems a that his toy was take away by a odd looking penguin he wasn't sure if he could eat him or what. It seems the odd looking penguin had place itself in a stance of some kind about 2 meters from Croc position. Croc had shift his body in the direction of Wade as he begin to grunted loudly. As for Beki he was still resting along Croc shoulders he was awoke as he glance at Wade. The little green pet look a lot like Croc son in a way.

As for Captain Steele he didn't really want to be bother with this conflict. He had sighs as he said,"Stand down both y'all or I have ya both toss in the brig."Captain Steele had folded his arm as he awaited for both man to comply. Croc seems relax his body a bit but as for Wade he seems to be momentarily unsure if he should trust the Croc.

Wade's never left the hulking mass of scales and muscles as he returned to his neutral, relaxed stance. Nor did his smile fade in the least, even as he noticed the small crocodile around the bigger one's neck. "So, cap'n...the tour?" Wade would suddenly say as he clapped his hands together and casually made his way back to Captain Steele's side, as if nothing out of the ordinary had just happened. Indeed, considering Wade's history and natural feelings towards others, it wouldn't be surprising to one who knows him that he was comfortable with the sudden "enemy to ally" change. The men who were present for the ordeal simply stared wide-eyed at what unfolded before them. It would seem that the very idea of facing Croc in battle, let alone a one-on-one fight with nothing but their bare hands, was quite outlandish to them. Honestly, who could blame them for thinking that way?

In any case, Wade now stood in-front of the commander, truly showing just how massive both of them were compared to any other normal human being. "I believe we was headin' to the Captain's Quarters, cap'n.." Wade said before turning and, smile plastered on his face, would begin to casually and, albeit, lazily make his way to the door that lead to the area.

Captain Steele had grunted in disapproval as he waited for Wade to arrive at his side. He glance at Croc , and signal him to bring over Beki. The signal was a simple hand gesture nothing to extreme Croc had grunted as follow Wade over to Captain Steele stopping about 1 meter in front of Steele. Steele wouldn't speak until both people had arrive he then said,"Ensign Wade I am sure you know what is justice right? If not let me enlighten you the thing called "justice" changes its shape... Depending on where you stand. So were you was standing you feel like that marine live was in danger.  You felt like Croc was bad evildoer ! Steele had point at Croc then said, But I ask you do you know what that marine did to deserve that? For future reference I ask you to understand the situation before acting reckless  it could very well save your life."
Steele had hold out his hand as Croc had place Beki in the palm of the Captain hand. Beki had "Yeep" in excitement . As Steele had place Beki around his neck. He had said,"Yes to my office we go...." Steele didn't remember telling Wade their destination but I guess it was obvious. Steele had lead the way into the Captain Quarters Croc had follow the group as well. It only took but a few second to arrive in the spacious office of Captain Steele.  Steele had open up the door as they came into area it seem like the office was most spacious and well furnished of the ships, but not just because the captain likes to spoil himself. It double's as his office and the ship's command center. For Steele, there is a modest bed with a trunk underneath and a cabinet for storing personal effects. Everything else in to quarters is dedicated to his work. A desk with a lantern and writing materials sits by a window which has a perch for the news birds and other avian messengers. In the center there is a large map used to navigate the world and chart courses. Most importantly, however, there is a private bathroom.

Steele took a seat behind his desk as he awaited for Croc, and Wade to enter. Once they were in the room he begin to shift the pile of paper work along his desk as he produce a pen, and a report for Wade to fill out. Steele had said,"Ensign Wade! Take this, and fill this out once you are done Croc will show you around. There is to be no fighting do I make myself clear gentleman?" Croc had nodded in approval as he folded his arms Beki had yawn as he cuddle around Steele shoulders tightly .

Wade already turned around and was walking away as the Captain was scowling him. "Haven't a life to give, Cap'n....haven't a life to give..." Wade would say as he continued onward, his eyes snapping to Steele as he went ahead and opened the door to the area and proceeded to sit down at his little desk. Wade, though always respectful to his superiors, couldn't help but rather feel a bit of vexation at the young captain. Justice, to Wade at least, does not change shape. Rather, people use it as a shield for their actions. As a reason to be cruel. Unlike Laws, which are subject to change in the view of editor, Justice is absolute and is beyond Laws, much like how Injustice is absolute. Both can exist without and with laws and both cannot exist without each other. Though Wade wanted to inform of this, he decided to simply do nothing. It's not like it's gonna help him and the chances are that he may even get into a arguement.

As for the situation between the Marine and Croc, Wade simply shrugged it off. Sure he didn't know what the Marine did, but, then again.....it's a Marine running from his life, screaming that "it was a joke" from a hulking mass of scales, muscles, and teeth. Wade simply didn't feel that his actions didn't really need to be viewed in a way that they seemed reckless. In any case, Wade broke out of his thoughts as he looked about the room, taking the sights in. This didn't last long, however, as his smile almost instantly vanished at the sight of papers and a pen. He grunted and sighed, knowing that this wouldn't be a fight that he could win. Verbally at least. Thus, he sucked up his annoyance and signed the papers, filling them out before walking out the room without a word, knowing the Croc eventually would follow him to show him around the ship.

Captain Steele had sigh as he waited for Ensign Wade to finish up paper work. After a few minutes Croc, and Wade had exit the quarters . Steele didn't know what the future hold for his new crew but what thing is for sure he hope it didn't bring him death. Captain Steele had continue to pet Beki the buggery was growing everyday eventually he will be to big for Steele to carried him. So now it would be best to enjoy the moment those Steele still need a second in command. He wasn't sure if he could trust Wade just yet maybe he should test him.

The question is how though Wade was a excellent Rokushiki user from what he seen in the bar, and on board the ship . He wasn't sure if he could keep Wade in check if he get full of himself plus not much information is on Wade. He would need to test his fighting ability before assigning him as the new Xo of his ship.  He had turn his gaze at the window the ship had already set out to sea the destination is currently unknown. Why because Captain Steele hadn't set the new route for his crew yet. If anything Steele had just wanted to relax, and enjoy the view of nice deep blue sea as he pet Beki.

It would come a time where such things aren't allowed, and only death await this crew but hopefully Steele could somehow avoid that.
