Sunny and snowy, as is per usual in Minion Island. There was one man who kind of was quite noticeable from the crowd. The man had a presence like no other, a confident feel and a strong aura. It was like.. he knew who was watching him. He knew who followed his footstep. It was something bizarre yet majestic.
The man in question is known by emblem only. The Early Bird. Often at important events, you can find his emblem. However, in person he stands out even more. Only his hair was enough to dictate his outer appearance.. Green hair.
His name was Deshas. People that knew of him in person but didn't realize he was also The Early Bird called him Lord Deshas. He was above the peasants, the current standard, the general population.
Wearing a long, thick, baggy black fur coat that covered almost his entire body and leaving his toned and muscular body in a dark spot that no one could see, Deshas made his way through the overpopulated Minion Island. From what he could see, the town was divided in territories.
First of all, the largest gang of them all had a piece. The Torgho'no, who were known for their strict rules and policies, even within their own gang. They were very agressive and uphold no code of law. They had a strong sign of ''Wano Country'' in them, for they were quite oriental and had a strong sense of duty and honor.
Second of four, the gang with the most legal ties. The Delta-Delta, a not so big organization but one that has a lot of alliances with legal companies. They were known as shipwrights at day, but arms traffickers at night. They had a more Western feel to them, and are definetely also the most reasonable and smartest of the four.
Third, the craziest and most ruthless of them all. They are a danger not only to the civilized side of Minion Island, but also to themselves. Skyhigh. They are the smallest gang of the four if not for The Delta-Delta. They have no leader, but only veterans. Those who've been there for five or more years did the leadership. They were the drug traffickers of Minion Island, and are known for taking too much of those drugs themselves.
Fourth and by far the most organized and the strongest. In numbers, they ranked second. The Mozi-Aela. What they do for a living is keeping structure in Minion Island, train the civilized to defend themselves and ultimately enroll them into the Marines. No one really knew about this, because the World Government doesn't want its name to be said anywhere within the borders of Minion Island. Aside from creating more soldiers/mooks for the World Government, they were also at a even darker plot: assassination. They controlled everything, and are the only force the other gangs truly fear.
There was a fifth force of power, but one that not much paid attention to. The Local Law Enforcement.. the absolute smallest and the absolute weakest. They have no resources, no funding, no numbers, and whatever power they had was probably under the influence of the Mozi-Aela.
The average person in Minion Island is afraid of the four gangs, and are easily robbed from their stuff or beaten for fun. There was no one to stand up for them for Minion Island was a lawless place even with a local law enforcement active.
The World Government could have prevented this by sending a large group of Marine soldiers under the command of an officer. It was understandable that there was a group that fought against them if you knew the situation of Minion Island.
In order to return peace to Minion Island and perhaps gain something for himself Deshas knew what to do.
He could reason with The Delta-Delta and make a plan to cripple the other gangs.
He could join the ranks of the Mozi-Aela and slowly climb to the top.
He could set Skyhigh or the Torgho'no up against one another..
There were so many ways to rise to power in this island. And the most of them didn't even have a single feat that was by any chance difficult. It was up to Deshas to come with a plan that would make the others crumble down like a building losing its pillars. And no matter how, why or when, it was going to happen. In the name of the Revolutionary Army? We'd see..
