Here he was again. Finale was prepared for a new sort of grind. There was always somebody or something to grind to get what the doctor ordered. Whenever failure was encountered, Finale just needed to change the definition of failure for the unfortunate event. Starting off his day in the beautiful sun of Briss, Finale had figured he needed to study more and throw away his impulses. Maybe his failure from his previous adventure was due to his lack of interest in the reactions others would initiate towards his actions. Nevertheless, as Finale strolled through the streets of Briss, he found that he wanted to gain knowledge that he might not have found useful before. Firstly, he wanted to learn exactly how many people lived near the cemetery. An expectation of enemies and their capacity would help ground Finale, he thought. Calmly, Finale would don a more socially acceptable appearance, instead of relying on his fake good will that could entice others to assist him. Wearing a fancy sportcoat and brushed down hair, Finale encountered others on his own authority and needs. Honestly, Finale was quite tired of Briss, but he felt he needed to finish what he started, or else he'd regret his lack of action the rest of his life. In fact, Final had some aggravating itch in his head regarding the failure that he'd pondered.

Having to escape made Finale feel ill. Confronting one's own inefficiency and inability to do anything made the doctor grasp how some things he couldn't simply change. The cemetery wasn't going anywhere, but the thoughts and aggression of Finale was racing towards destruction. Escaping wasn't inherently bad, and it gave a tactical advantage sometimes. Ideally though, Finale never wanted to escape a confrontation, and he disliked that he had to base his fighting style around this style. Emotionally, Finale felt weak with whenever he had to run away. Running away wasn't good for one's motivation and mental fortitude. Like many useless and temporary actions, running away just wore down on the great achievements Finale could be mustering up. Finale was better than others, and his twisted perception would continue in repetition when he made the unaccountable mistake of escaping. Whoever made Finale escape wouldn't particularly be the one to feel his wrath. Instead, the consequences of their actions would slowly surround them and break down their community. Thoughts racing in the shadows, the doctor figured he could carefully maneuver the social workings of Briss to his advantage to maximize his revenge on those in the cemetery.

After some hours of attempting to understand the religion of Briss, Finale decided that he'd pretend to be their god. Putting on a purple cloak of darkness, Finale would embrace the edge. Practicing his moans in town, Finale would see how he could be the most spookiest around. Moving back and forth in hops, Finale would bump into walls with his Ku Klux Klan purple cloak, but then he'd adjust it so he could see properly. The objective this time around for Finale was to make it so his existence in the cemetery would be erased. More specifically, the doctor wanted to be replaced. For whatever reason, Finale wasn't scary enough before. Therefore, he decided he'd become as scary as he could be to please the fears of his audience. From the way he walked to the way he lurked, Finale had decided that it was time to set aside the past. For now, all Finale was was the spooky cloaked guy that wanted to get revenge. Because the Bliss people were stupid, they'd probably believe it was some act of a god that'd prevent them from being in the cemetery to mess with Finale. Whoever was in the cemetery was going to get it, as night came Finale came with his spooks, moans, and permanently disabling of their souls.

Boiling with rage, the first group Finale came across were some new guards and family. Happily, Finale would enter the area without letting himself be detected, and he'd then take the grunts all as hostages. Of course, before they were taken as hostages, they were already made permanently disabled for life, but nobody who wasn't a doctor would know if they were okay. Once Finale determined that the guards were letting their soft spot shine through completely, he'd lure them to where their fellow Briss people were, and he'd beat them down to a permanently disabled state as well through using their own weapons. All the while, he'd be threatening to kill their friends, so they didn't do anything to harm Finale. Alas, the guards weren't as lucky as their friends, as the guards were continuously tortured for hours so as to satisfy Finale's cup. The doctor didn't want to kill anybody because he didn't want permanent grudges, but the people who he attacked might as well be dead, to give a glimpse into his mindset. Once the guards were dealt with and gathered into one area, eventually more powerful foes would arrive. That'd be okay, as Finale was more confident this time around.

Except, some Gunface guy with a black purple cloak with a gun seemed to want to copy Finale. Maybe it was some religion thing and he wanted to show Finale that his actions had a reaction or whatever. Gunface arriving spooked Finale, but he moaned as loud as he could and then proceeded to using his hostages as shields from any attacks. Running forward, Finale would be shot at from the corpses for some magical reason that he'd find out later, but he instead focused on just attacking the strongest foe before him. Stealing guns when they were distracted, Finale would shoot the silly people who thought he wouldn't use a gun against them to overcome the statistical advantage. Eventually, all of the minions were dealt with and Finale faced the leader who was apparently making the brain bullets from corpses come forth. Interrogating him about his power, Finale learned about devil fruits and became fascinated. He wondered what kind of power he could get that would surpass brain bullets. Surely, there was no worse power to have, and his ideas were endless on how to surpass his foe's. The whole being unable to swim didn't bother the doctor, as he didn't like the ocean that much anyway. Honestly, he'd be fine with any devil fruit he could get of any category that Gunface explained. While Gunface was interrogated though, he'd mock Finale and sour the experience of the revelation, so Gunface was made to permanently be disabled and unable to remember anything like everybody else.

So, all said and done, the spooking was as spooky as could be. To make sure his spooking worked at full power, Finale would build up his motivation for the future once more and build up rumors in Briss. For the most part, Finale just wanted to become their temporary god when he learned about their religion, but now he was satisfied with getting a bigger market from his exploits. Selling corpses and stuff, Finale would understand he needed a bigger backing. Joining the marines sounded like a fun idea. From Finale's experience, the marines weren't that strict. Anybody could get into the marines, or there wouldn't be that many marines after all. Finale believed he just needed to want it, just as he wanted to spook the Briss citizens and get mad bank. Looking forward to the future towards the marines, Finale would consider not going to the marines in Briss, as they might get spooked by him.
