Task 1:

"This Island, its ran by Revolutionaries." said Faust over the intercom as the Submarine had begin to approach the shore. The temperature was rising from inside the submarine which is how Bazel knew they were going somewhere hot. Granted the heat didn't really bother him as much as it would others Bazel always had a way of recognizing heat for what it was. The submerged ship known as the Red Desert had began to rise from the sea and take its place on the shore of the island they were currently on. "Everyone, this is Vulcan. It's an extremely hot island which features volcanoes and rural underground areas. Stay clear of the volcanoes!" spoke Faust over the intercom before everyone could fully make their way out of the sealed section of the Red Desert. Bazel would reach in a compartment on the sealed section of the deck, where he pulled four den den mushi out but they weren't regular sized, small wrist sized ones. "Faust already has one but I have these little Den Den Mushi's so we can keep in contact when we're separated. They have all our numbers in there so if you need Faust, or anyone for that matter you can reach them"

Bazel would place one on his right wrist before tossing one of the baby Den Den Mushi's to Giddy and another to his newest crewmate who was on his own ship not far removed from their own.  "Now let's get to exploring" those words were muted by the churning of a machine near by. It was an elderly black man whom was shaded with a giant wool hat with some black shades. "Be careful around here." the old man was working on some weaponry, he seemed to be a blacksmith. "Hmm?" said Bazel as he looked at the man "There's a new cat in town, literally." Bazel was trying to make sense of what the man was saying but he couldn't "Calls himself the Gold Leopard. Him and his band of misfits have been here for awhile, had some girl with him.. White hair and gorgeous" Bazel's eyes widened instantly. He knew all to well of the white haired woman and a Gold Leopard. It was Leparo and Kash of the Gold Leopard Pirates but that wasn't possible because Bazel had defeated Leparo and Kash had taken over. It was no way both parties were here.

After everything on the ship had been taken care of Bazel and his two crewmates would be walking around the town before they noticed some weird formation that had an entrance in it. Bazel knew he wasn't going to be effected much by anything heat related unless it was something hotter than his fruit. "I don't think we should go down there but I definitely want to" said a smiling Bazel as he thought about what could possibly be down there. Maybe this was the formation that the drifter had spoke about on the shores of Vulcan. He said a man who could turn himself into a leopard had recently came to the island and he was trying his hardest to take the island from the Revolutionaries. Bazel couldn't believe it was the Gold Leopards after everything that happened on Drum Island which made him more curious to see what was actually down there. On the other side of the cave a drawing was on the building which featured the jolly roger of the Gold Leopard himself Leparo.

Bazel wondered if the rumors about Leparo and his crew being here were true but it was no one to know and besides, this old man described Kash perfectly. Bazel was happy because that means Leparo got a chance to get his rematch and because Bazel got to see Kash in action for once. Giddy was in the background talking and all Baz caught from his words were him wanting to know who the Leopard was to Bazel and why he was so shook by the idea of him being alive. Bazel would begin to move forward a bit as the two talked. "Awhile before we met on Alabasta I was on Drum Island, where I came in contact with this crew called the Gold Leopard Pirates. Their captain was a giant man named Leparo Donquixote and just as his name suggest he could change into a leopard at will. We had a battle that lasted for days but ultimately i prevailed. I thought he was dead but judging from what gramps said to us earlier, Leparo is here.. And has been for some time" just thinking about how long it took him to heal from the fight with Leparo made Bazel want the rematch even more. Sure he came out victorious but it seems it was Leparo who truly won.

The shaking of the cave along with the release of volcanic fluids alarmed Bazel as he sprouted his wings and flapped until the fluid made home on the walls. "Yea, He hasn't been seen in awhile, his girlfriend got killed in Impel Down and I heard he lost it after that. He went bat shit crazy and no one has seem him since besides me. Tragic story for someone I hear use to be a really cool guy." said Bazel as they continued down the cave. Their formation came to an end as they met the ledge of their rock formation and eventually saw a ditch where there was roughly 30 pirates working on something. They were moving over packages and preparing to move locations from the look of it. "I see the new recruit isn't with us. Hopefully he finds something useful while we handle this" said Baz before he leaped from the ledge and down 20 meters into the ditch where he sprouted his wings 10 meters down and glided over the targets. He would begin to engage them.

Bazel was down on the ground fighting these pirates as his wings turned back into arms on the ground. These men had to work for Leparo, that was the only way it makes sense. Someone as strong as Lepaor had to be amassing his forces for a something big on Vulcan but the question was what? Bazel didn't learn much about Vulcan during his life but he knew the island was much of a wasteland and didn't have much location on the surface besides its volcanoes and weird shops for those brave enough to stick through the temperatures of Vulcan. For Bazel the heat wasn't much of a problem given his immense level of heat resistance through use of his fruit. All of this racing through the mind of Bazel as he engaged these men in battle. His speed leaving them in awe as they knocked them away with immense power and technique. Flames coming from each strike with his hands. Bazel would look up after he took his fourth soldier out and noticed what the hell Giddy was doing with the rock formation. "Giddy you son of a bitch! yelled Bazel as the rocks began to slide.

Bazel having had taken out 15 or so soldiers would watch as the boulders did their job and take out 20 soldiers. Their screams as they ran from the boulders were funny until Bazel realized they weren't stopping and the boulders were coming straight for him. "Shit" screamed Bazel as he would put his hands forward and plant his feet, bracing himself of the impact from the sliding boulder. As his hands stood forward the boulder directly in front of him made collision with his hands as he would slide backwards a few meters before the boulder came to a complete halt. As Bazel stopped the boulder than was about to crush him, the other boulders would continue on course crashing into a rock formation which would be destroyed upon contact with the boulders. The dust would settle from the impact but Bazel wasn't focusing on that just yet. "HEY GIDDY, NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT, LET ME KNOW." yelled Bazel towards Gideon who nearly crushed the fire bird Bazel. Awhile later after Gideon had made his way down to Bazel the two would probably exchange words. "Oi Giddy, That tumble from earlier opened a passage. Let's go!" The ever enthusiastic Bazel would begin to run towards the passage way.
