Karakuri Island
Karakuri is a frigid winter Island that is far ahead of its time. On the surface it is no more than a winter wasteland with a few towns that are inhabited and a few towns that are desolate, but below the surface of the icy crust there is the main town that is considered to be Revolutionary territory. A bunch of prototype and fully developed technology comes out of Karakuri on the daily and it is rumored to house the only Airship in existence. While this Airship is still in the works, Marines often try to infiltrate the city and steal whatever technology they can to try to get a bump in the technological race between the two factions. For that reason it is heavily guarded and only those who hold world positions in the Revolutionary Army can step foot below the surface of the frozen wasteland. It has a laboratory that is open to all Revolutionaries.
