Task:

Contrary to Cyrus's desire to strap Leopold to the wagon and have the large minkman pull his captain through the dark streets of Red City, the duo had opted to walk to the South Section of Red City instead. Thanks to where Bazel had landed them in the streets earlier, it was a short walk. Security was surprisingly light as they crossed through into the South Sector, clearly most of the security had been sent to the streets when Cyrus and Bazel landed. Not to mention the city was still dark from Cyrus's earlier EMP attack, which completely fried all the electronics across the impressive landscape. It's quiet. Leo said to no one in particular as they walked through the empty streets. Cyrus only nodded in acknowledgement and kept stride, eyeing the EMP generator strapped to Leo's back like a backpack.

As the two walked Cyrus activated his Haki, on guard for anyone laying in wait or potential threats. Any idea where we're going exactly? Leo asked, clearly getting bored with the silence. Not exactly, although that larger building a couple blocks away seems promising. I know she has a massive laboratory in this sector of the city and, call me crazy, but that thing just screams 'massive laboratory' to me. So we'll start there. Cyrus said, his cane clicking along the tarmac of the streets. A few minutes later the two turned the corner of a street and found themselves standing in front of a large, technologically advanced, building about 50m in front of them. From Cyrus's guess it looked to be about three stories tall, certainly longer than it was tall. Though Cyrus couldn't be sure if there were lower stories beneath the surface level.

Between where they stood and what appeared to be the front door to the laboratory were two large patches of grass on either side of a cobblestone path about 5m wide and 35m in length. On each large section of clearly imported or fake grass was a large fountain, though no water seemed to be coming out of either of them. The grass appeared to run the length of the building, circling it around back where it was broken up by other walkways similar to the one found in the front entrance. However these grass areas kept the laboratory at least 50m away from every other building in the area.

Fancy. Leo said after a low whistle. Just be on your guard and ready to activate the EMP when I need it. I'd like to make this quick if we can. Cyrus said as he stepped forward, one hand resting on his cane while the other lay at his side, palm facing behind him where he held a small ROOM, ready to expand it if fit started hitting the shan.
Got it. So...should we knock?

"So why do they call this Wayland guy Midas?" asked Kash as she flipped through the latest News Coo trying to kill time until Bazel and Cyrus returned from their battles. Faust who was leaning against the ship while Kash was above lying down turned to the woman s he himself was in deep thought about the future of two of his friends. "Hmm?" said Faust who heard Kash speak but couldn't tell what she said "Wayland, why do they call him Midas." asked Kash once more. "Oh, his name is Midas because he is believed to have a golden touch when it comes to making financial moves" said Faust who would go back to looking towards the Red City which was surrounded in darkness. You could see a glimmer of light flying upwards towards the ship that belonged to Wayland which had its own green hue to it. Kash put her paper down and looked towards the sky "He'll win Faust" said Kash before she went back to her paper. A worried Nick continued to look forward "Let's hope so."

As for Bazel he soared through the skies as he was approaching his destination towards Wayland's fortress in the sky. Bazel had no clue what to expect once he got there but he was being as pessimistic as possible so that he himself wouldn't have high hopes for what was going to go on here. Not knowing what exactly it was that Wayland could do on a battlefield certainly played its own mind games for Bazel but today he had to abandon that fear and be strong. Bazel already completed the beginning of his mission by getting his sister out of the clutches of Wayland but now he had to do the rest which was cripple the slave trade industry. One of the best ways to accomplish this was by taking out one of the most prominent slave brokers on the black market and his name was Wayland. "How do I keep ending up fighting people in the sky" asked Bazel as he grew closer to the green lit ship. He would approach the ship cocking back his right wing attempting to break into it but the ship itself seemingly opened up for the young pirate. "Look's like he was waiting for me" joked Bazel as he turned his wings back into his arms, it was at this moment Bazel activated his haki he wanted to be aware of everything around him. With the entrance closed Bazel looked at his right arm which featured his black chain wrapped around him entire arm. Bazel would look around the ship and see how gorgeous it was, looked like a castles interior with the designing and paintings.

"Wayland, Come out! Let's settle this!" yelled a heated Bazel who came prepared to end it all.

"The city is currently out of Power, Wayland. I wish for you to come down and see me. So, we need to put that argument we had earlier aside and deal with this problem." Jane D. Punk had finally got into contact with Wayland and wasted no time in telling him what she wanted and needed.

"No, I have other things to deal with." Wayland would say as he would not even give Jane more than one sentence. After he spoke he would hang up his Den Den Mushi. This exchange, via Den den Mushi, holds no other value than to show that the two Shichibukai are not getting along. And that no matter what happens they will not becoming to assist each other in any type of way. Also there was something else going on with Wayland. He had a large smirk on his face as he impatiently waiting on his Golden Throne. "LORD HE IS GETTING CLOSER TO THE SHIP! DO YOU WANT US TO FIRE NOW!?!" Wayland's Second in command would announce to Wayland, speaking about the incoming Bazel. He was within range of their ship's weaponry and could be shot down with Wayland's go ahead. Wayland's Second in command wasn't someone of great fighting capabilities, and has never seen true combat. The safety of the ship was all he ever knew when he had joined Wayland. And the last time someone had flew toward this ship, alone, they suffered a large amount of causalities. the Second in command didn't get harmed but he was afraid this time he would be.

"Let him in." Was the words that almost caused the Second in command to have a heart attack. But he would do as he was told, even though he didn't want to he wouldn't disobey Wayland. Someone else though would show outrage.

"TO HELL WITH THAT! FIRE ON HIM NOW!" Whoever this guy was didn't matter as once he said that the gold floor that he stood on would begin to bubble and then fire up, skewering the man. And then the man would begin to sink into the floor. This was what happened to those that disobeyed Wayland, especially in a place that he was invincible. A place that he personally built to cement his status as a Warlord. His fully golden fortress.

Wayland didn't want anyone potentially putting a premature end to a fight that he has been waiting for. After what happened at his Casino he has been wanting to personally deal with the one responsible personally. He would stand to his feet once the entrance to his flying fortress would open and Bazel would enter. Once the fiery pirate would land everything would be set in motion. Even as the entrance he came in began to close things began to change and seemingly bend to the will of Wayland. A raging wave that would engulf all that was within contact with. All but places that were consequential to keeping them all high int he sky. From this control room, no from anywhere on this ship, he would do as he pleased.

The South Section of the Red City had only a small amount of fresh air, something to appeal to World Government visitors that came here and there. But after that there was nothing but cold steel and the fruits of one Scientist labor. And the surface was just the icing on the cake. As it got juicier and  more elaborate the lower you got. Similar to how the infamous prison Impel Down was designed.

The door to the laboratory would creek open slowly revealing five small junky looking robots, all draped in dirty lab coats. the coats having had many different types of stains. Their wind up mechanisms able to be heard if you listen carefully. These innocent looking toys wouldn't move from the opening of the door, but just stood there. The first wall of defense against anyone that came near was what they were, though they didn't seem impressive. These five where the strongest warriors Jane D. Punk had. They would die protecting this place. They were given only one command though and that was to just open the laboratory doors and not let anyone get passed them. Though these robots were one of the most simplest of Jane's creations there where her most dedicated. As they would give their life instead of returning after failing a task given to them. And if anyone would try to walk passed them they'd reach out and try to pull their trousers down, or any piece of clothing they could latch onto. Being them was nothing more than a very long and narrow corridor, where piles of junk piled high. Many failed or scrapped invention tossed right here. As well as a hundred of these guy's brethren, though less than half were operational. The length of this hallway was extremely vast close to eighty meters, the height being half that and width being a third of the length. Junk was piled high to the ceiling, a truly unforgiving place to transverse. But this place was just one of the many entrances to this Laboratory, this was just the only one on land. Many didn't even use it either, the junk around being one reason. But there where many other reason this place wasn't used anymore. Many reasons it was not safe to anyone but Jane herself.

Deep within the bowls of her Laboratory within the fourth and lowest level. There she sat comping away and varies sweets that she had brought to her after she had finished her preparations for today. Having the Red City hit with a EMP was something she hadn't expect to happen for a few years, as she didn't have any notable enemies. Well, not that she had known of. But that didn't matter as Rejects always got those that would enter from above. No Matter who opened the door or who walked through it, if you didn't fit the criteria. All she has done is further her experiments and inventions, while also doing a few things for the World Government. But since one EMP had been used there was no doubt at all that there would be another, or even multiple, to be used again. Whoever had used it had planned for this. But, she will deal with them and get back to her business. At this moment she already had one of her most prized creations heading up to deal with the threat. She though did have a few things heading before it though, as to weaken her foes just a bit. After she would finish eating she would go back to winding up a few pieces of junk, as this enter floor was soon going to be flooded with them.

They are nothing but Rejects and as they lie in wait biding their time it would be only minutes before things would hit the fan. In total their numbers where the same as that of those pieces of junk that opened the door. Nothing but They would not move but only wait till their chance to attack would be truly best. Rushing out once the toys where dealt with in anyway, or ignored complete. Splitting into duos from each side quickly efficiently moving across all in their way till their palms would make contact with any living soul to deliver a deadly strike. Two on one though was the most favorable strategy here. Breaking them up and and knock them down.

Cyrus and Leo watched quietly as the door to the lab slowly creaked open. In the doorway were five tiny robots, a faint clicking noise echoing across the empty streets of the South Sector. Spooky. Cyrus said as the two watched the tiny robots, who seemed instructed to stay put where they were. Beyond the robots Cyrus could make out heaps of junk piled high to the ceiling. Robotic limbs, scrap metal and wiring littered the floors of the laboratory and, as far as Cyrus could see, continued throughout the entirety. We're not actually going in there, are we? Leo asked, mildly concerned and certainly skeptical of his captain's intentions. Cyrus stared at the lab entrance for a bit longer before looking up over his right shoulder at one of the tall buildings surrounding them. No, that would be suicide. We need to draw her out. Cyrus said as he activated his ROOM and slashed upwards towards the building at a diagonal angle. As a result, a massive chunk of building was shaved off of the top few floors of the skyscraper. Triangular in shape, the piece of building was at least 60m long and and 40m wide, ending in a point of sharpened steel.

The chunk Cyrus had cut away began to slide away from the rest of the building, threatening to plunge into the street below and crush both Cyrus and Leopold. However, Cyrus was prepared for this and as the chunk of building broke free, he lifted his hand, telepathically catching it above their heads. Chunks of metal and shards of glass spun in the air above them before Cyrus yelled towards the laboratory, It's time to come out Jane, we need to have a chat! With that, Cyrus flicked his wrist, throwing the massive chunk of building at the opened doors of the laboratory, pointy end first. The building chunk, unless stopped somehow, would enter the front door of the lab, most likely crushing it and anything unfortunate enough to be in that hallway behind it. Cyrus wasn't concerned if this blocked off the only entrance to the lab that he had found. If he needed to get in he'd simply make his own entrance later. That being said there was no way he was walking into a very clear trap. No self-respecting scientist would allow some terrorist to just begin destroying his/her's life work by tossing buildings at it. At least, that's what he was banking on.

Bazel came fully prepared to exercise his demons today and Wayland fit the bill for the most potent demon Bazel had ever came in contact with. But Bazel wasn't the same man he was when he first set out on his journey through the seas. He was  young boy when he first got into piracy, Father off doing his own thing on the seas along with his deceased mother Bazel grew up an orphan. It was on Alabasta that Bazel grew up and learned from his grandfather how to be a warrior and how to lead, eventually Bazel left and joined the Revolutionary Army where he would meet the man he came to know as his older brother, Cyrus Kincaid. It was for people like Cyrus, Elizabeth, Leparo and everyone else to why he fought. They all believed in Bazel and right now he had to believe in himself or this warlord Wayland would make today Bazel's last. As Bazel settled in to the fortress in the sky he would immediately notice the changes going on around him. "This is going to be fun I see" said Bazel as he began to take a deep breathe preparing to launch an attack that'll help him in this instance.

The wave that had descended upon Bazel would meet its maker before it even had a chance to harm the red haired pirate. A large spiral of concentrated flames would be released from Bazel's mouth which ripped through most of the ship along with eradicating the wave that aimed to do harm against the young pirate. Bazel watched as the ship would be torn through by the extreme strength the heat possessed. Bazel had been rumored on the seas to have the most potent heat ever seen by those who witnessed it's ability. The sound of engines exploding could all be heard and seen. The mostly gold interior of the ship had been destroyed from the potent beam of heat that went soaring around the ship for a whopping 35 meters as Bazel adjusted his body to turn doing damage in multiple areas. Barring interruption Bazel would have successfully destroyed the ship causing its descending. With the entirety of the top of the ship destroyed and exposed Bazel would take this chance to fly through it. Once airborne Bazel would just watch the green ship descend to its daunting destruction.

This raging wave was not just coming forward but from all directions to engulf any and everything, even crew members that weren't in important areas of the ship. The move name in fact being called 'Rage Wave' due to not taking in account anyone that is in front of it. This was one of the most basic of Wayland's manipulations dealing with his gold. It also shows how ruthless and bloodthirsty Wayland was preparing to get in this fight. As specified before this was not just some flying ship but Wayland's Golden Fortress that he built, almost, himself. Wayland was exactly as powerful as he preached when on this ship as it gave him a large assortment of abilities he could utilize. One being that his gold gave him a complex sensory network, that he was using even before Bazel had touched down on it's surface, the floor. (I'm going to assumed you did since you didn't state it.) Wayland was beyond ready for this battles and him already bending the area around Bazel, just like he is doing to others, the floor would be able to and would be changed to any way he saw fit. Like he did earlier to someone that had questioned him on his decision to let Bazel in without trouble or in another way. And Wayland would instantly send upward over thirty small, pencil sized, spikes upward from the ground that ensnared his foe.

Wayland was one for great speeches, unlike Jane, and would give one right away. "I WOULD'VE LIKED IT BETTER IF HE HAD COME WITHIN A ARMY! THIS MIGHT NOT BE ENOUGH TO SATE MY HUNGER FOR MAGNIFICENT SHOW DOWN! MAYBE I SHOULD GO AFTER JANE NEXT SO THAT I CAN CLAIM HIS ISLAND TO HIMSELF!" He would go on and on about more unimportant things, that bad guys made before they have even won their fight. Wayland though, as he spoke, didn't lost focus on what he was doing like most would. His actions would take place even if he was caught short of his speech or for some reason he wouldn't be able to finish giving it. Those only in attendance to it being those in the room with him. Wayland also put another safety measure up; activating his Haki to have a back up plan in case something happened that would be too much for him to handle. But he should be able to handle anything with his ship being two times the size of a Marines Warship, and a majority of it was made of gold that he has touched.

The wave that came forward toward Bazel was one of many, as stated before. Since the floor was made of gold itself it had gone soft when everything began to be set in motion, and Bazel would at first sink into it; this if he didn't do anything to move out of the way. If his attack would be unleashed it would not be stopped by what came toward him, but it's course would slightly be altered. The gold being similar in nature to quick sand, but more ensnaring and free flwong like oil. But it wouldn't end there as if Bazel continued on with his mighty attack the gold on his feet would harden. At first glance you could say that Wayland had no clear direction with his attacks at all, but that wasn't the cause. There was a set up to each step he was taking, and so far it was going fine. Could be better but it was going fine at the moment. As anything is possible when you can manipulate gold in any way you please, no matter the form. Even if was in a  Liquid, solid , or even a gaseous/dust state.

The door had been opened but too much time had passed; which would prone the Rejects to quickly take action. The Kawaii would make some strange noise once they saw something strange began to happen from the uninvited guest, but it served more than one purpose. If they were Human or any other living creature it probably would've been a shriek of pure terror, as these were childlike and easily frightened robits. They may have even closed the door if they weren't ordered to keep it open. Maybe what the uninvited guest, Cyrus, had done would've not alerted any other person. Directed to open the door once any uninvited guest came into view that was the kawaii only other job; give the exact location of the univited guest and open the door. Once that location of less than five meters was revealed the Rejects would swarm on their targets. As this happened was at the same time that the slash from Cyrus would be initiated, which occurred after he spoke. Like stated before their numbers equaled that of five, same as the Kawaii. And as they moved toward the door and quickly made their way forward, making sure to not touch the Kawaii at all. Moving as quick'y as they possibly could, being able to reach their top speed in simply a few strides. Though one of the Rejects would stop right in front of the Kawaii, as the other four split up in duos and charger at each enemy. Two at Cyrus and the other two at Leo.

By the time Cyrus had begun to catch the falling debris the Rejects would've had made it in arm's range, and would attack with lighting speed(T4). Ready to deliver a simple powerful punch that would potentially to deal sever damage to the area target. The duos attacks in the same way. Everyone attempting to send a punch directly at the chest their target. But the area would always be different. One would aim for the solar plexus whilst the other aim lower, as to not get into the other's way. This wasn't the only attack as they would also deliver another attack on impact, or if they missed. This being a shock-wave attack that would be unleashed by the mechanism located within their arms.

"Wow, I can't believe it is taking so long to head up. "  Jane would say out loud to herself as she turned her attention to one of the many monitors located within the room she was within. From this place alone she could see almost every inch of her magnificent Laboratory. Whether it be the lower levels, upper levels, the Ocean, or even outside. She had all eyes, via camera den den Mushi, around her sector. And that wasn't all as she was connect to each and every Robot she had at her disposal. She didn't even need to rely on her Haki, as she wouldn't fight head up unless it truly demanded it. And it has been over 100 years since that has happened. "Finally, there you are. Fire already!" Jane would say speaking again. Just as she has done every step of the way, when needed. Finally, the machine she had sent earlier would arrive, her Eradicator.

A magnificent beam of pure energy would be fired outward, annihilating everything within it's path. Since this can be compared to that of a tier 5 skill it speed would just be a bit lower than that, Tier 4.  The diameter of the move is 40 meters while the attack itself shoots for a distance of 100 meters. This beam would be kept up as well, as the beast of a Machine moved forward. And what fired this powerful attack wasn't a glass cannon, but a monster in itself. One, if not the best, Machine that Jane has constructed within her life time. But there was one flaw that could be exploited if done correctly on the twenty meter tall machine. And that was send a powerful attack, equal to that was fired, back into it's mouth.

As Jane watched her Machine exit out of the door of the passage way the Kawaii that opened the entrance where she would give out her order. It not even fully getting through the door fully, just enough to get it's head that was it's main weapon through. Simultaneous happen when the Rejects began to head out. Whether the attack from Cyrus, the building, would occur or not the Eradicator would unleash it's attack.

Jane hated having her things destroyed, but over her many years she has found out that somethings happen. That she will never be able to just do things in peace, and not have to deal with people trying to step on her toes. But one thing hasn't changed and that is that she doesn't like to share, well not the things she wants for herself. And that she is willing to do whatever it takes to not have to give that up. Whether it being blowing up her lab and rebuilding or something to even a greater extreme. Jane though, at this time, didn't think it'd come to that. As she still had a few machines heading up top just in case, and other being created right now. As this was her current Laboratory and it never slept or stopped fulling it's purpose till Jane was done with it.

Cyrus watched as the robots by the door began charging forward but would lunge on an area about 5m in front of them, a good 45m away from where Cyrus and Leo stood now. Leo looked at Cyrus questioningly, but the Revolutionary Captain only shrugged, Must have short circuited or something, bad AI maybe. As the chunk of building sailed through the air towards the open doorway, Cyrus frowned, The hell is that thing? Cyrus asked no one in particular as a massive mechanical head leaned out of the doorway and let loose a blast of ionized energy. The Kawaii and Rejects which had stopped to punch and attack the air 5m in front of the door would be consumed by the energy cannon, effectively eradicated on contact. Changing tactics, Cyrus instinctively dropped the building in front of him and Leo rather than tossing it at the lab entrance like he had initially planned. Dropping it sideways, the powerful beam would impact the chunk of building about 35m in front of Leo and Cyrus who would begin running to their right and out of range of the beam while the building chunk exploded. Any shrapnel launched towards Cyrus and Leo would be stopped by Cyrus thanks to them still being within the confines of his ROOM.

Using the explosion as cover and the building to block the Eradicator's vision, Cyrus and Leo ran in an arc towards the side of the lab, still within the confines of his large ROOM. With a few simple slashes the wall fell away and the two entered. If she won't come to us, then we'll just go to her. Cyrus said as they walked through the hole in the side of the building. Do you think that thing is smart enough to come after us? Leo asked as they entered a larger room than the hallway they had seen earlier, this clearly being more of a main foyer area about 50m wide with a bank of elevators 20m in front of them and to their right. Scrap heaps lined the walls like the hallway, but there seemed to be fewer, or maybe it just appeared that way in a more open area compared to the tight proximity of the hallway.

I don't know what kind of AI it has, which is why we need to move quickly. I don't want to get caught up with her toys and be too winded to take her down. At the very least it'll take some time for that monster to get over here through the hallways. It didn't exactly look built for speed. Cyrus responded, deactivating his ROOM and reactivating a new one to spread across a larger portion of the lab. The ROOM would extend out past the room he and Leo were currently in as well as above and below him in a perfect sphere. Holding his sword up he performed a quick Scan of everything that fell within the confines of his ROOM. This, coupled with his Haki would alert him of any danger and show the true location of anyone and everyone. We'll head for the elevators once we know the coast is clear. Who knows, maybe this will even show me where she's hiding. Cyrus said to Leo as the contents of the ROOM played like clear images in his mind, mapping out every little detail for him.

Bazel had a reputation as someone who didn't talk much and it was clear to see why when you actually got a chance to stand face to face with the super rookie. He often kept to himself because he didn't like people or he kept quiet because he was annoyed with how long things were taking. TO say Bazel wasn't annoyed Wayland didn't roll the red carpet out upon the fire birds arrival did honestly rub him the wrong way. He wasn't displeased because of the way Wayland responded upon Bazel's arrival. No that wasn't the issue, his real issue was how Wayland didn't even bother coming out to face Bazel man to man. Did he assume that Bazel was going to be a push over? Does he not know that Bazel uses the term "Rookie" to fly under the radar? His hubris wasn't ever on display but Bazel could definitely shed the title of a guppy at any given moment but he just chose to ride the waves made for him as a means of letting things go naturally.

But that would change at this moment, Bazel had to let Wayland and those like him know that the hype was real about him. The aforementioned raging wave was eradicated and erased with the use of Bazel's fire stream known as 'Bird Breathe'. The ship began to fail at operating and by then Bazel had already took off to go through the opening at top of the ship which was only 20 meters up from Bazel. With his wings out the fire bird would simply fly upwards coming five meters out of the ship preparing himself for its eventually fast descend towards the ground. Bazel didn't like the game of chance and wanted to set the tone for his future. Too many decisions have been made for him recently including his brother's life on Jaya Island at the hands of a pirate known as Vega Stigan and a group of marines Bazel doesn't know yet. Now Bazel would unleash another taste of Bird Breathe downwards towards the ship which would further damage the ship and send it crashing down into the ground faster if not destroy it completely, as Bazel did this he would feel the presences on the ship and he was able to see where the most people were gathered on the ship and that is when he targeted that side with bird breathe instead of the already damaged side. This damage was enough to put the nail in the coffin for Wayland if he was even on that ship.

When is the last time I asked for help. Is what went through the mind of Wayland, as he felt it cover him completely. Encasing his whole being no it was more like it was consuming him. "God only gives us what we can handle." Wayland would mumble to himself. Saying this no matter what was transpiring around him. He was't a religious man at all and was only repeating what he was told by Jane a few years ago. All of his precious gold would come to him when he fell from grace, as it always did, and would be his rock. It would be his shield against any and everything, part liquid part solid. A splash fro him and a a crash for everything else. Thinking this ship was small and could be taken out like you would a normal vessel would be foolish. As stated before it can be double the size of a marine Warship, or battleship. Since there isn't a defined sized for those types of ships on the site the size we will go with the size, length, of a man-of-war which can go up to 60 meters. So the length of this ship will be 120 meters since it would be the size of two. When Bazel would fly out of the ship the hole he created would instantly close and that whole area would morph into that of a face, that not being the only change taking place on the ship. The attack to follow though wasn't dependent on that area turning into a face whatsoever and was just Wayland playing with his Devil Fruit ability; and the attack would begin right at the moment he left. As it was a extremely flashy move and would put on a large show to anyone just gazing up at the sky at that moment. As what came out was a lazer beam, whether Bazel attacked again or not. It's size being half that of the ship, but the range would be only one fourth of that. But it's speed was comparable to lightning. Truly this was the cream of the crop of Wayland's abilities, something used to get rid of many enemies at once. What would happen right afterword is that the whole thing, the ship, would soon become liquid, as the damage to the engines was sever and fixing it would take to much time and effort on Wayland's part. The size of the head would be around thirty meters in diameter, but that would only last a moment after the beam would be fired, and would do what the rest of the ship would.

Those around Wayland, within the control room of the ship would panic not because the construct would begin to fall, but because they would find them self no longer on it. Everything had become liquid, and now they were free falling toward the ground.

With his observation haki still active he would be alerted to a attack that when launched would endanger him in some way, so he would react quickly and without hesitation. Using his gold to move him out of the range of the attack, moving him downward. Yup down toward the city below him. Maybe to his death. But his death wouldn't potentially be the only one but all the people below would not be able to survive such a large quantity of gold falling from above.

"You think Wayland would come over here and deal with this guy if I got him some more gold?" Jane would ask the Robot that she lay on top of, three of the same model right behind it. There where four of them but it was sent upstairs. The size of floor she was on was larger than even the top level of the Laboratory as it ran deep underground. She said this because she didn't really want to fight, well keep wasting her creations, even if she could make more. She wasn't making any type of profit from this at all, and that didn't sit well with her at all.

The attack from the Eradicator would vaporizer the building that was sent to be used as cover, as any attack of it's tier would. Especially since the material used for that building wasn't the best, out of what was used in this laboratory. Jane already uses the upper levels as a scrap yard anyway. Also due to the cameras around using anything as cover would just be in vain. And since the Eradicator was also taking commands directly from Jane she could simply tell it where to turn it's attack to, but she wouldn't. She would simply after the explosion have the Eradicator turn back and head back down to her. Since Cyrus had entered through another area they wouldn't cross each other.

Her attention would now go to the room area Cyrus was in, looking at the monitors to see him clearly. She would take note of the object that the guy he had with him brought, and would wonder what it was. But she had a good idea of what it was. Since they wouldn't move from that area Jane would think of what other Robots she had in that area, and would remember which. From one of the scrap piles a Sentinel would arise, but it wouldn't attack. Using the speaker installed into it Jane would speak through it.

"What do you want here? Trying to steal from me, Boyo? What have I even done to wrong a bug like you? If you leave now I won't have you killed. But, this will be your only chance to escape from this place." Jane would say through the Sentinel.

The Eradicator moved, Cyrus noted as it moved out of the boundary of his new ROOM, away from Cyrus and Leopold. Cyrus found it odd and a bit concerning, but at least he would know if the thing came back into range long before it could attack him or Leo. There's something in that scrap pile over there. Cyrus said, pointing it out to Leo. Almost immediately the nuts, bolts, wiring and scraps of metal began to shift as a new monstrosity rose out of the garbage heap. Cyrus had already been alerted to its presence thanks to his Scan, just as he had been alerted the presence of every single other robot within the boundary of his ROOM, including Jane herself. She was some four stories down, probably more considering the size of the floor she was actually on, but still well within the boundary of his ROOM.

As the Sentinel approached, Cyrus raised his sword in preparation for an attack. You head to the elevators and go get that bitch, I'll deal with this thing. Leo said, readying himself as well, but then the Sentinel spoke. Or rather, Jane spoke through it. Cyrus lowered his sword ever so slightly, caught off guard by the question, You think I'm trying to steal from you? You think that's why I'm here? Cyrus laughed, he actually laughed out loud, I guess I really shouldn't be surprised. You probably have twenty different projects going on a day, so why should I expect you to remember a little girl and young woman from years ago? Let me tell you a short story Ms. Punk. Several years ago the World Government, the Marines specifically, wandered across a little island in South Blue where they believed a fugitive was being hidden. They destroyed the island, completely leveled it and left my entire family for dead, including myself. When the Marines landed on the island to search for survivors, they found my wife and young child. Instead of doing the merciful thing and finishing them off, ending their agony and suffering, they nursed them back to health just enough to survive the transport back to one of your facilities.

Cyrus shook his head, a smile on his face and a chuckle in his voice, but not one of amusement, rather one of disbelief that he would be explaining this story. Now, I don't know if it was you personally who turned Charlie and Emma into the monstrosities I had to cut down on Alabasta, how could I? I wasn't there. What I do know is it was your tech and your experimenting that turned them into those...things. A king does not know each and every one of his subjects, so I wouldn't expect you to know each and every one of your creations throughout the years. The only thing I'm interested in stealing is your life Jane D. Punk. Cyrus said before slapping the ON button on the EMP generator on the back of Leo. Immediately the contraption would whirr to life and release a pulse even larger than Cyrus's ROOM throughout the entirety of the facility and even out onto the streets of the Red City once more. Leo and Cyrus, organic life, would of course be fine, the most damage done being the hairs on their body standing a bit on end from the charge. However, the same couldn't be said for anything electrical in the entire laboratory. Light bulbs would explode, cameras would fizzle out and die, and any electricity based robot would shut down, its motherboard and circuitry completely fried, including the large sentinel standing in front of them. Even Jane herself would feel the effects of the EMP unless she was somehow shielded.

Come on, we're taking the express way down. Cyrus said to Leo as he manipulated the floor of the ROOM, cutting it simply with his sword and raising it thanks to the power of his ROOM. The two would jump through the hole in the floor and land in a roll on the second floor down. Cyrus and Leo would continue this way until they reached the floor Jane was on, unless somehow stopped or prevented from continuing down. If they made it to the floor Jane was on without being stopped, Cyrus would be ready for any possible surprise attacks thanks to his Haki and earlier Scan of the facility. On Jane's part, with the cameras knocked out she would most likely have no way of knowing where Cyrus and Leo were until they were already on her floor, some 30m away from her.

All most everything will be fried for the time being. Even the Den Den Mushi connected to the monitors wouldn't be able to relay the whereabouts of the intruders. Though, Jane's Haki would alert her of any danger that would come toward her, and she would react accordingly. She would at least find out the reason she was being attack about, and she understood. She wasn't sorry for this guy but she understood his pain, as he wasn't the first to try to attack him because of her experiments. To her it was sad that people blamed her because she conducted whatever it was, because she didn't go out and grab people they were brought to her. She did a job just like many others did their job. Jane would take in a deep breathe and then exhale, as the screen would shut off before her. But listening around her Laboratory, a place that never slept, quickly was put out of commission. This hadn't happened ever, well not to this one. From her many years of being around, two-hundred, she knew someone would develop an EMP. She had one herself, albeit she has never used it. She was a scientist the best within this world. She was prepared for any and everything.

"All of that food...will spoil." Jane would mumble to herself as she would jump down from where she was. Kicking a Kawaii out of the way as she began to move forward. The many, over five-hundred, little bots on this floor where out of commission. She would begin to walk over to a large door, this being at the same time Cyrus had landed on the second floor. First she would pull a switch witch would then begin to open the door slowly, and then she would stand there. But that wouldn't be the only thing that would happen once that switch was turned. As she waiting the lights, only on this level, would begin to come back on.

Once Cyrus would land she would speak, as from where he would cut the floor he would land ten meters away from her. But she wouldn't attack right away, unless he tried something. But rather speak more, as she wasn't done. Why? Because he the only second person she knows that created a EMP, well if he was the one to create it and wished to speak just a bit before they did battle. Not the boring Evil-villain monologue, but rather he just asking him a few things before she killed him. Hopefully, he would agree to that but if he wouldn't that was fine and they could hash this out as much as they wanted. She had her right hand raise in the air as she stood in front of the large opening of the door. Unless you could see in the dark you wouldn't know what was within that room, but what was there where her reserves. Two of the things that wouldn't be affected the worst from a EMP. The third was heading down as the spoke and would arrive quickly as it could, since communication with Jane had been terminated.

"Did you make that EMP? I ask this, and also plan to ask a few other things. Before we do...whatever this is about to be. So, please at least humor me." Would be her first question. With her Haki activated would be able to react, which would be dropping her right hand, or moving from her spot in anyway. Why she wasn't affected was because she had reinforced herself to withstand almost anything within this world. As this wasn't her real body, the only thing being Human was a few organs, some which she replaces here and there. Only keeping them to show that she was still somewhat human. But to protect that her body was built in the best way possible, essentially being a faraday cage. Comprised of the strongest metals and even the special device that is within a Eradicator, albeit one level higher. But that was the extent of what she had within her body, and didn't have any hidden weapons or special attacks like her cyborgs.

If he would ask her anything she would answer and after she would speak again, unless he attacked and their talk was finished. "I have many dreams and ideas. One being to have the perpetual motion machine that I am using on this floor to be used all through out the world one day, so that everything can keep moving. So, that all my machines will live forever and keep advancing the world. That will also allow me to turn more of my time to other things. Like bring the dead back to life. To bring back people... like Charlie and Emma back. But, people like you and the World Government are halting that endeavor. STOPPING ME! Excuse me for getting loud....Stopping me from making this world a better place. Asking me to do this or attack me, isn't productive.

But, after I kill I mean defeat you. You won't go to waist...I'll rebuild you. Take away your memories so you don't rebel against me. But I won't let you go to waist, just like Charlie and Emma didn't go to waste. But to make sure no one does this again, I will hunt down everyone connected to you. But they won't be of any use, so I will kill them. No one will seek revenge for you."
Jane would say.

Why she was saying all of this was not really to get arise out of this Man, but to let him know what will happen when he loses this fight. As he will not be able to just die but be turned into a Cyborg, in the worst way possible. And used to do the bidding of Jane. And when she would first say those names, she just learned, she would lower her right hand. But if Cyrus wanted to keep talking, and not attack, a attack wouldn't follow. As she wouldn't care if more time would pass, as it would take time for this floor to get back to the way Jane wanted. The attack that would follow from the two Eradicators, only being the Machine operating due to running on steam only, would be similar from he one used by the one prior. One will have an attack that would shine so bright that anyone looking directly at it will be slightly blinded, and it will keep up this intense light.  Also attacking if no talk between Jane and Cyrus took place, or if anything happened while Jane was speaking. The other would fire a torrent of deadly light particles, causing extreme damage to whatever they hit. The amount being over fifty that where the size of basketballs. Due to their size the Eradicators wouldn't hit Jane in anyway, unless she was moved in the way somehow.  With that room though weren't just the Eradicators but something else, though extremely weaker, getting charged up. What they would be used though wouldn't be combat but rather something else that Jane had planned.

When Cyrus and Leopold dropped down to the final floor, they were surprised to find lights flickering on. I thought this thing was supposed to knock out all of the electricity in the building? Leo asked in reference to the EMP generator strapped to his back, quietly humming as it recharged. It is, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the tech in this place was equipped with secondary power sources or even some sort of shielding. We're dealing with someone who's had more than one lifetime to master her craft. Cyrus said as he looked around the room, noticing a young woman approach them. His Scan from earlier had already alerted him to the Eradicators hiding in the back behind the doorway, and if the one from earlier was venturing down to their level he'd be able to sense that beast once it entered his ROOM. Cyrus had come into this seeking blood and being nearly blinded by red rage. When he saw Jane he could feel his blood boiling, but it was her question, and the lack of any emotion save for curiosity in her voice that brought him out of his red haze and stopped to make him think for a moment.

Yes, I made the EMP. He answered, somewhat confused by the question or at least the nature of it. He lowered his sword ever so slightly, but kept on high alert for any notion of trickery or sneak attack. Cyrus had always been a man of intelligence, not in a pompous sense, but a man who saw when there was more opportunity for reward through peaceful talk than mindless violence. Intelligence and knowledge could hold value far greater than any gold or treasure and if one of the greatest scientific minds of the entire planet was here asking to chat, it was an opportunity to at least be explored. Cyrus listened to the Machine Queen's rant, unfazed by her threat of turning him into a mindless drone. Cyrus had been threatened before, this was nothing new. Her mention of bringing Charlie and Emma back from the dead though turned his knuckles white around the hilt of his sword. He didn't act on it, but the fact that she dare try to bring him into this with false sympathy was a spit in the face he could hardly ignore. A quiet moment passed between the two of them as Jane finished her rant and threat.

Cyrus chuckled to himself and scratched his head with the cane/sheathe in his left hand, You know, you really had me going for a second with that whole bringing back Emma and Charlie thing. Had my blood boiling and everything. The threat about hunting down the people I care about was pretty good too. Probably got Leo here a bit riled up, eh? He said, looking at Leo who simply stared at Jane, almost through her really. Luckily, I do my best to not act on emotion but rather opportunity. I admit, I was a bit blinded coming in. It's hard not to be and I'm sure I'm not the first to wind up here knocking on your door. The point is, through that little speech I noticed some malice towards the World Government. As a fellow scientist I can understand your hatred for the roadblocks towards progress. I sympathize with you, even if I hate you for other reasons. Here, let me show you something. Cyrus said as an idea struck him suddenly. Even if all this would turn out to be was idle chitchat before one of them decapitated the other, it was worth exploring. It wasn't everyday you got to pick the brain of a 200 year old cyborg. Cyrus pressed the hidden button on his cane as a scythe blade sprung out from the end, Here, look at this. One of my first inventions ever was this spring loader for weaponry. Not very impressive, trust me I know, but what I really want you to look at is the nano-fiber technology coating the blade of it. I've made it so this blade never dulls, always staying as sharp as can be. It's a simple paste you can apply to any weapon really, not to mention the metal used to make this weapon, sword included, was mined from Drum Island by machinery I hand designed and built myself. I'm not here to brag, I'm sure your accomplishments would outclass me in moments. I've just found it's been too long since I've been able to talk science with another living being. Cyrus said, thinking back to his last encounter with Birdie and Asher several months ago. It really had been too long.

As a show of good faith, at least for the remainder of this conversation, I want to actually show you this invention. Naturally if and when you decide to rip my heart out I'd the like cane back before hand, seems only fair. Cyrus said as he pressed the button on the side of the cane once more and the scythe blade retracted. He was thinking about tossing the cane towards her, but realized that it may be perceived as threatening and instead said, I'm going to roll this along the floor to you. If you don't want to pick it up, so be it and you're welcome to roll it back. We can start this fight up and get on with our respective days. I've shown you the only hidden little secret in it and trust me I wish I was an explosives genius and this was some sort of trap, truly I do, but explosives were never my forte. Just sharing a gift, a gift of knowledge. Cyrus said, trying to be as friendly and as little aggressive as possible. He would place the cane in front of him on the ground before giving it a push to roll to Jane's feet. He truly was interested in picking her brain before they got into the dirty work and she seemed at least mildly interested in chatting before hand as well. If she was done however and simply wanted to get this over with then so be it, he was prepared and ready for any surprises she might throw his way. Something told him though, he might just have her attention.

To put it mildly, Bazel wasn't the easiest person to go against in a combat format. For various reasons, one of those reasons being his potent abilities on the battlefield mainly around his advanced mastery of heat that exceeds even some of the most famed devil fruits. When Bazel made his way from the ship he expected Wayland to either fall to his death or rear his ugly head and finally face Bazel. Immediately upon his emergence from the green ship in the sky Bazel noticed a formation among the gold he just shot through. This face was mere meters from Bazel and it was clear Bazel wasn't going to make it out of here with a clean bill of health. He just had to accept that and prepare to unleash everything he had in his arsenal. Maybe even use his legendary Mach II as a means of sealing the deal on this battle. With the beam of energy soaring from the mouth Bazel would flap his wings towards the descending ship and unleash two gust of heat towards the beam of gold which predated the mouth. The large funnels of flames would clash with the gold causing a beautiful mesh of gold and fire which resulted in Bazel getting knocked off course.

The kinetic force from the collision was enough to knock Bazel's left wing out of mode due to the quickness in which Bazel had to execute his attack or in this case his defense. 25 meters to the right of Bazel he couldn't believe what he saw on his right.. It was a mixture of melted gold along with solid gold forming a sort of bed and Bazel had to figure that's where Wayland was being housed. "If I don't get this gold bastard now I'll never get him" said Bazel. Using his good wing Bazel would start to swerve within distance of the descending Wayland who happened to be 10 meters lower than Bazel along with the 25 meters adjacent. Bazel wasn't entirely sure but it feels as if the force from the explosion had popped his arm out of its socket. Turning the arm back into a wing Bazel was able to glide better closing the distance on his target. From his mouth a ball of flames shot towards the ground, faster than both men were falling, now 18 meters from his target Bazel would watch the ball of flames hit the ground below both of them and immediately it engulfed the immediate area of 40 meters along with its astounding 10 meter height. Bazel had nothing to fear as he himself was immune to the effects of heat and flames. When Bazel would eventually make it to the ground he'd collide with a building caught within the flames below both men as they were in the heart of the flames. Bazel would obviously survive the fall but this drop from the ship proved more tedious than intended. His stamina both haki and regular were paying the price for this battle.
