Seiju
Task Name: Hippocratic Sermon
Tier: 2
NPC or PC: NPC
Location: South Blue | Unnamed Island
Crew, Team, or Personal: Team
Description: There is an island in south blue where a number of thefts have been taking place. A few of the robbers have been caught and found to be children from the local orphanage. The priest who runs the orphanage always smooths things over but the children who were caught tend to go missing for weeks after their "discipline" some never being seen again. Investigate the priest and find out what's really going on.
Enemy Details:
30 T0 Children(Must not be killed)
5 T1 Mercenaries
1 T2 Priest
Boss: N/A

Seiju's travels as a marine commander were taking him to Briss Kingdom in order to check in with a marine base. Orders from Captain Zed were tucked into his sleeve commissioning the base to provide Seiju with a uniform and other standard issue gear. However, bad weather had thrown the old man and his elderly Sennenryu companion, Scylla, off course. A storm forced the pair to take refuge on a moderately sized island with a town at its center. Having lost their supplies during the sudden tempest, Seiju decided that it was in his best interest to stop on the island to rest and restock food and water. Scylla had been carrying him on her back for the entire trip so far, so Seiju decided that she probably needed a good dose of R&R anyways.

With the goal of gathering goods to sustain him through his travels in mind, Seiju left Scylla in a coastal cave-like cove and headed into town. He would have liked to let the Sennenryu come along with him, but she was far too large and intimidating. If the marine had brought the dragonian bird to shop with him she'd likely only cause a panic. The last thing Seiju wanted was a scandal in the newspapers that read something along the lines of:

"Marine Attacks Town With Giant Bird!"

So with a parting wave, Seiju began walking along the beach by himself, veering inland once the sheer cliffs turned to sloping hills that were safe to climb. On his way up, Seiju noticed that there was a large church on the edge of the cliff sitting just above the cove where he'd left Scylla. "I hope nothing bad comes of it..." The elderly swordsman muttered to himself as he continued on his way. It was a few minutes of walking before Seiju reached the town, he found that he was quite hungry and his throat felt dry from dehydration. With an uncomfortable case of cotton mouth, Seiju made his first destination a small eatery.

Entering into the mom & pop dinner, Seiju looked around to see that there were only a few other customers. An elderly couple, a young man reading a book by himself, and a group of four children giggling amonst each other at a table. No one was at the bar though and that suited him just fine. The old man took a seat on a stool by himself and ordered some bread with a glass of water. He wanted to eat a more luxurious meal but there was only so many beli at the bottom of Seiju's shallow pockets and Scylla had quite the appetite. He'd need to conserve his money for now.

Today was a bit of a mixed blessing for Anton. One one hand, it was good to have a day where he didn't have to fight some sort of vicious criminal, or brutal psychopath (the thought of his encounter with the serial killer Bloody Mary caused his shoulder to throb lightly in pain. The wound still hadn't fully healed yet). He had been sent to meet up with someone. From what he had heard, he was going to meet a former marine who had been convinced to return to service. He was to find him and escort him to the Briss Kingdom. However, this storm had picked up, forcing Anton to dock at a nearby island. But the time he had gotten into town proper, rain was bucketing down, soaking the poor marine. He really wished he had thought to bring an umbrella or something, but the day had started out so well.

Anton quickly walked into a small diner, the warmth of the place, as well as the smell of delicious, home cooked food were instantly welcome to the man. He simply stood there for a moment, letting everything soak in, hoping the chill from the rain would fade away. Unfortunately, it would take more than simply standing around to warm himself up. Trying not to track water all over their floor, the red haired man walked over to the bar, taking a stool not far from where an old man was sitting. He picked up a menu, looking through it quickly to see if there was anything he would like. It didn't take him long at all, especially when a kindly looking old woman, most likely one of the owners of the place, approached him.

"Anything I can get for you dear?" she said, a friendly smile on her face, "You look like you can use some warming up."

Anton gave a rueful chuckle and nodded. "Y-Yes. Erm, I'll take a cup of tea and maybe one of these cherry pies." After all this, he could really go for something hot and sweet.

((The storm was just flavor text for why my character arrived on the island. I apologize for not being clear that the setting was clear weather. It slipped my mind to mention that after talking about the storm. No worries though, we can roll with it.))

As Seiju sat there slowly partaking in his meager meal, the pitter patter of raindrops began to cascade down onto the building. Gentle at first only to pick up in intensity as the seconds passed on until it was a wild downpour. Another sudden freak storm that had swept in just as swiftly as the one which had thrown the old swordsman off course. The very same that had stolen his supplies with the swipe of a greedy gust. "Weather's restless around this island..." Seiju said, mostly to himself. The lady at the counter overheard him however and decided to comment on the subject. "Oh it's just the rainy season is all. We're pretty close to Tempest Island here, and this time of year the winds carry some of the storms our way. Don't worry, it'll pass just as soon as it came." Her cheery tone and warm smile made the relief her words carried all the more effective. Seiju was concerned he'd have to do all his shopping in the pouring rain but from the sound of things the weather would be blowing over shortly.

The sound of the door opening caused Seiju to turn his head, eyeing the new coming out of a habit to make sure no threats had arrived. The young man...woman? Seiju couldn't really tell, but the person was certainly a far cry from what he'd consider dangerous judging on looks alone. Soaking wet with a dripping chilled look, the stranger approached the bar and took a seat without causing any trouble so Seiju minded his own business and took a bite out of the bread loaf he'd been nibbling away at. The old man would have been content to keep his nose out of others affairs however when he heard the stranger's order he could not help but raise a brow. "Tea and pie?" He muttered to himself in disbelief. Seiju could hardly imagine why someone would walk into a place like this and order tea along with a pie of all things. Perhaps it wasn't so strange to others, but for Seiju it was a rather odd combination. Turning in his seat to gawk at the young man, Seiju could not stop himself from speaking up to chastise the kid for his poor dietary choice.

"Do you want your teeth to rot, kid? Surely you aren't planning on eating a cherry pie for lunch."

While Seiju judged Anton in typical "grump old man" fashion, the kids at the table nearby had gotten up and began chasing eachother around the shop despite the barmaid's protests for them to behave themselves.

"Stop running around kids. If you want to play tag do it outside when the rain stops."

The pie that had been set out before him looked so good. Steam gently rising up from the delicious meal, as well as the appetizing cup of tea set out before him. He was about to take a bite of the delicious treat when a voice spoke up to him, causing the young man to flinch. He slowly turned his head to see the old man sitting not far away from him looking right at him. Yep, he was talking to him. Anton wasn't quite sure how to react. A part of him told him the man wasn't a big threat to him, but something about the man's voice and gaze intimidated him.

"I-I don't normally eat like this," he explained, figuring he'd at least try to defend himself, "I-I just thought I'd get something warm in me after all this rain." His eyes glanced over at the man's meal, noting it was only bread and water. Bread and water? Why was this man eating like he was in a prison. "Wh-What about your meal?" he spoke up, "A-A little bit on the sparse side isn't it? I thought you'd be eating something with a little more substance." He was honestly a little bit surprised by his own words. Normally he wouldn't have dared talk back to someone like this. Such 'courage' was rather unnatural to him. "S-Sorry," he stammered a meek reply, "I-I didn't mean to be rude."

Hearing the sounds of the children running around the diner, plus the admonishing calls of the barmaid drew his attention very briefly, before he turned them back to the man he was talking to. He didn't want to appear ruder than he already had been.

"Nng..."

When then sweet tooth baring boy brought up Seiju's own food the old man could not help but feel the sharp knife of embarrassment striking his ego. He grimaced and looked down at the half eaten bread in shame and sighed deeply as a slight blush dusted his cheeks. "I'd be eating pie too if I had the beli..." Seiju mumbled under this breath. In truth he would really be drinking wine and eating something that had tender meats or crispy fresh veggies. But the comment was less one of true desires and more so an expression of envy towards Anton's freedom to eat whatever he damn well pleased. Oh how nice it must be to have pockets lined with gold. Then again, Seiju technically wouldn't have to worry about things like this much longer. He'd be getting paid as a commander in the marines soon after all. Thinking about that lifted Seiju's spirits a bit and he rose his head only to hear the stranger next to him apologize of all things.

"Eh? What are you apologizing for?"

Seiju asked the question with a bewildered look and his glass of water in hand half way on its way to his lips before the apology gave the old man pause. As Seiju was waiting for a response, one of the children running around the dinner bumped into him and at the same time another one bumped into Anton. It was only then that the kids decided to heed the lady's words and rush outside taking their game of tag elsewhere.

"Geeze...those orphan brats are such a hassle. They could have at least waited until the rain stopp-"

The lady behind the bar counter cut herself off and brought a hand to her chin as she thought for a moment before intruding upon Seiju's conversation with Anton. "Excuse me, sirs...you may want to check your belongings. Those children may have taken something from you." She seemed almost afraid to bring the subject up, a look of guilt in her eyes as she mentioned the possible theft. Seiju heeded her warning though and looked down while patting himself. Everything seemed to be present. His sword was at his hip and the dagger accompanying it was in its proper place as well. The doctor's pouch strapped to Seiju's belt remained secured in its position. "No, I haven't lost anythi-" The old man spoke too soon. He was reaching into his sleeve pocket only to find that the important document Zed had given him was missing. Seiju was frozen in place with a dumb grin, the only movement being a twitching right eye. Then...panic.

"AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY TOOK IIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!!!"

Anton had been about to explain his apology to the man in question when a couple of children bumped into them, before rushing out the door. He blinked in confusion as he watched the child run out into the rain. He knew kids weren't as particular to the weather as adults were, but still, it was storming outside.

Then the old woman approached them, whispering something about checking their pockets. Anton's eyes widened as he immediately reached into his coat pockets. His beli pouch had been stolen! All the money that had been bought on this trip was gone! Let out a shocked cry, he noted that the old man was having similar woes, yelling out about losing something. "Th-Those little brats!" Anton yelled out, springing to his feet and running out the door. He was already soaking wet, what harm could more rain do?

Sliding out into the street, he could see the two kids running away from the place. He was NOT going to let them get away so easily. Without even caring if anyone was watching, he broke into a run, before suddenly leaping into the air. The two children, laughing at a job well done, would suddenly slide to a halt when a large, green, four armed bug man with bright red hair landed directly in front of them.

"DON'T YOU KIDS KNOW IT'S WRONG TO STEAL!?" Anton shrieked.

The children reacted pretty much how everybody else who would see this would react. Scream as loud as possible and run the other way as fast as they could, back towards the diner. Normally it would have hurt Anton that his appearance made children cry, but right now, he was more concerned with getting his stuff back. He broke out into a run after them, his long legs allowing him to keep up with the fast moving thieves.

Seiju snapped out of his panic once the young man dashed out into the rain after them. The swordsman quickly followed behind and burst out the door into the falling rain just in time to hear the children screaming. "Monsteeer!" They ran back towards Seiju whom looked through the deluge to see a strange giant bug thing. There was an initial sense of concern but it faded once h realized the beast was wearing the same clothing as the stranger that had chased after them ahead of him. The old man's mind put two and two together coming to the realization that the boy must have been a Zoan devil fruit user. Feeling mischievous now that there was no real danger present, Seiju knelt down and grinned at the kids running towards him. The swordsman then produced mycelium from his face and hands while reaching out towards the children. The strands of mushroom flesh wriggled about like tentacles as Seiju spoke in a creepy tone.

"Baaad children who steal get taken by the booooogeeey maaaaaaan"

This act prompted another screech of fear from the kids and they ran back towards the grasshopper man only to realize he was there. They screamed again and stopped unsure of where to go. It was then that the fun was ruined by a newcomer to the scene.

"Enough of this! What are you doing to those children!?"

A priest with an umbrella shouted as he rushed over to the kids shielding them from the rain with the parasol. The kids froze solid once they heard his voice and they went silent as the man arrived. Seiju stood, the mycelium strands melting back into his body, and he frowned as he noticed the children were experiencing a far deeper fear right now as this priest came to their protection. "We were just teaching them a lesson. Those brats stole something from me." Seiju admitted plainly. The priest looked down at the children with a scowl and gestured with his head for the kids to return what was taken. A little boy brought Seiju's letter back to him while a little girl timidly returned Anton's beli. The girl paused though and looked up to the marine mouthing the words, "Help us" silently before turning and running back to the priest's side.

"I'll discipline these children back at the orphanage. I apologize for the trouble they caused...lets go."

The priest then guided the kids back towards the church on the cliff. Seiju walked over to Anton's side as the rain started to let up. He was watching the group leave with a frown as he commented, "Something's off about this scene..."

Anton wouldn't admit it, but there was a little bit of fun in scaring these kids, especially since they had the audacity to steal from him. It seemed the old man was getting in on it as well, doing some weird thing with his hands and scaring the children as well. However, the fun came to an end when a priest suddenly turned up. Then things started to turn, well, wrong. Anton recognized the look on the children's faces. He remembered feeling that level of fear himself. These kids were scared of the priest more than the two 'monsters' in front of them. At the priest's scolding, the children returned the objects to the two men. Anton's eyes widened when the little girl mouthed a plea for help to him, watching as the priest led the children away, promising to 'discipline' them.

Anton watched the man leave with the children, absently pocketing his beli pouch as the old man approached him, mentioning how wrong this seemed. "You're right," Anton replied, shifting back into his human form. He watched as the priest rounded the corner before he slowly began to move. "I think we should see exactly how this man plans to 'discipline' them," he said, quietly moving to follow them. Thankfully, the weather was going to make it easier for them to stay out of sight. A part of him wished he hadn't left his sword on the boat, but regardless, he couldn't simply leave those children.

Not even checking to see if the old man was following him, Anton continued to follow the three, the sound of the rain managing to mask his footsteps. It was surprising to see someone in such a bright coat hide so well. Before long, they had reached a large building he could only reason was an orphanage. By this time, the rain had let up, just like the old woman had said. But by this point, Anton wasn't really caring about the winter.

Seiju
Seiju hadn't exactly been planning on stalking a priest and a bunch of snot nosed brats like some kind of creeper, but when the stranger suggested they do so the old man found little reason to turn him down. The swordsman wasn't really so much interested in helping the kids so much as he was interested in finding out why they behaved like frightened kittens in the presence of the priest. If there was something terrible going on at the orphanage then Seiju was technically duty bound to step in and do something about it. But the idea of raiding a place for raising orphans didn't really appeal to the battle hungry beast inside the elderly man. The priest didn't strike him as a powerful warrior and there was certainly no appeal to the idea of fighting children. Thankfully it was the saint within Seiju that whispered along with his conscience that if he found trouble at the church he should make it right. With no booze in hand to drown that internal voice, Seiju reluctantly went along with Anton's plan to follow them.

Lagging behind a bit, Seiju watched as the young man wearing flashy clothing tried to sneak about like some kind of spy. It was a somewhat amusing view that Seiju almost chuckled over but he kept his composure and remained silent until they reached the church and the priest herded his flock inside. "This certainly isn't your normal orphanage..." Seiju said aloud as he stepped to the zoan user's side and pointed out the church bell tower. In the window frame was a mercenary with a rifle on guard duty, although he wasn't doing a very good job of it considering that he was drinking from a flask and staring off into the horizon. "Usually these kinds of places don't require armed guards."

Anton had had a bad feeling about this place as soon as they got there, and when Seiju pointed out the armed guard up top, that only confirmed it. He had a feeling they weren't just there to make sure nobody got in to 'harm the children'. Anton's eyes narrowed as he looked around, spying a second guard patrolling on the ground level, though not exactly looking like he was trying very hard. He watched as the priest pulled the two children inside with narrow eyes.

He leaned over and whispered to Seiju. "I should be able to take down the guard in the tower with little problem. The one on the ground is yours." He waited for a moment, waiting until neither guard was looking before sprinting out of hiding. He quickly switched back into his hybrid form, leaping up and landing on the roof as quietly as he could. He crept along the roof until he reached the bell tower, pressing himself against the wall. When he was certain the guard wasn't looking, he leapt straight up into the air.

The guard in the bell tower would get a shock when suddenly four pair of arms grabbed him, two pinning his arms while another covered his mouth. Anton held onto the struggling guard, looking down to make sure the other guard wasn't looking. Then, without a word, he lept off of the bell tower. The guard gave a muffled cry as the pair fell to earth, Anton landing atop of the guard with a thump. Thankfully the wet earth had muffled the impact, though it still had managed to render the guard unconscious. Anton stood up, being unable to help admiring his handiwork.

Hehe, fear the hopper bomber.

Seiju was about to ask how the young man planned on getting all the way up to the tower without going inside the church, the fact that he was a zoan user having already slipped the old man's mind. But when Anton began to move Seiju recalled that fact and decided to simply leave things to him instead of worrying about whether or not the kid could handle taking out a guard. Having a devil fruit power made one pretty much invincible when facing down the common rabble that trudged about the four blues. Well...at least that was the case with most devil fruits. Seiju still had little clue as to what his own devil fruit powers really were or what use they possibly had aside from scaring little kids. Thankfully, the old man had his swordsmanship to rely on. Seiju swiftly rushed over to the church while the ground guard was looking the other way and approached with soft steps. The thud of the body from above hitting the ground caught the guard's attention just in time for Seiju to arrive behind him with a good whack to the back of the head.

With the sentries knocked out, Seiju decided to simply barge right into the front door. So the silver haired man did just that only to find a surprising sight. The priest was no where to be found in the large chamber, but some thirty children were all playing, eating, and otherwise lounging about the place. One of them saw Seiju and the swords he had and shouted while pointing, "A bandit! Everyone! A bandit!" This simply caused Seiju to sigh and bring palm to face. "No, you don't understand, I'm just- OUCH!" The old man tried to explain only for a little kid to pounce on his and bite his ear. "That hurts you brat!" Seiju grabbed for the boy trying to pull him off without letting the ear be ripped away too only for more kids to swarm him. Their tiny fists hardly did anything but when a couple of them decided to bite a decent degree of pain was suffered. Seiju grunted and tried to explain but the kids were shouting and not listening to him.

Covered in a coat of children, Seiju was slowly making his way deeper inside the building, gritting his teeth in pain from all the biting and scratching going on. "Enough! I'm not a bandit!" Seiju shouted as he produced mycilium strands from his body to tickle the children that had latched onto him. One by one, the kids fell away freeing Seiju up to hurry past them. As he did, he noticed a trap door leading underground was propped open behind the pastors podium and he made his way down stairs. The kids seemed too afraid to chase after him down there and this suspicious kind of passage was probably where he needed to go anyways. Rubbing his throbbing bitten ear, Seiju proceeded down the stairs where he found three more mercenaries guarding a door.

"How did you get down here!?"

One asked but Seiju wasn't about to answer with anything other than the blunt side of his sword. A powerful blow to the temple sent the man reeling while his two friends drew their swords. One slashed for Seiju but the old man drew his sidearm and blocked the attack while he intercepted a slash from the other by bashing his sword hand. After crushing the fingers of one of the guards, Seiju kicked the other in the gut causing him to bend forward. The old man struck both mercenaries with the butt of his sword knocking them out and clearing the path into the next room just in time for Anton to arrive on scene.

Anton had arrived just in time to see the last of the mercenaries fall. Thankfully the children weren't as freaked out by him as they were by Seiju, since Anton had reverted back to his human form, and wasn't carrying around weaponry. Still, the sight of the mercenaries on the ground, defeated caused him concern. What was going on here that required armed thugs all over the place? He looked at the door before them. "Let's see what they have to hide," he said as he strode towards it. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he was surprised at how calm he sounded. Normally he'd be wanting to get out of here as fast as possible, yet for some reason he felt more eager to get in there and stop this than ever. Maybe it was because children were involved. Anton hated the idea of children being harmed.

Pushing open the door, he saw a large room, filled with various objects, many of them, Anton could determined, were quite valuable. Jewelry, artwork, and lots and lots of beli. His eyes however fell on the three figures in the room. The priest in question, the small girl who had tried to rob him, and the little boy, laying nearby beaten and bruised. Seeing the boy like this caused his blood to boil, but he surprisingly kept calm. "A lot of things here for a priest, wouldn't you say?" he spoke, his tone dangerous. The priest, initially surprised to see them here, soon smiled. "Well, what can I say? The children do like to give their caretaker plenty of gifts." Anton's eyes narrowed, "And judging by the condition he's in," he gestured to the boy, "They're motivated by more than just love for you." The priest laughed, a hollow sound that just seemed to anger Anton even further. "Well, what better way to get children suited for life? If they're punished for failure, than they'll try harder to succeed." The man wasn't even trying to hide it anymore! Anton couldn't hold it in anymore. "You scum!" he barked angrily, "Using these poor kids to steal for you! Well, that's it!"

Growling in anger, Anton began to morph into his hybrid form. The children backed away, scared, but the priest seemed surprisingly calm. "I, Commander Anton La'croix will never forgive you!" Anton shouted out in anger, "And you're under arrest!" The priest merely gave a sinister chuckle. "Really now?" The man suddenly threw his robes aside, revealing that underneath that simple priestly garb, the man was surprisingly toned and muscular, "Well then, by all means arrest me, if you can you obnoxious little bug!"

Seiju waited for Anton to arrive and then entered the final room after the young man. Inside they found a treasury of sorts that was filled with items beyond the normal means of a simple church. The old man piggy backed on Anton's comment about how there were quite a few possessions present for a modest priest to have. "Indeed, these certainly don't seem like the donations of devout followers to me." Seiju mused as his eyes peered around the room eventually coming to settle on the pathetic beaten bodies of children. The brats had stolen from him so the old man wasn't about to spill tears over the beating they'd taken. Even so, the sight of their battered little frames still managed to stir the old man's heart a little. A sharp set of eyes settled on the priest as he went back and forth with the boy whom eventually transformed and announced himself as commander in the marines. Seiju huffed an amused laugh to himself and stepped forward with his sword drawn. "Likewise, Commander Seiju Touken shall be bringing you to justice."

The declaration of the two marines should have been enough to make most men surrender, but the man of god had confidence in his body apparently. He disrobed revealing a well honed form clad in an armor of muscles. It wasn't a wise choice in Seiju's eyes as the zoan user along could probably overpower those muscles that priest was so proud of. Nevertheless if it was a fight the man wanted then it was a fight Seiju would provide. The old man stepped in first to initiate the battle with a swift thrust for the priest's shoulder but the fighter dodged the blow with ease and batted Seiju's weapon away with the back of his fist by striking the flat of the weapon. A powerful rising kick lashed out for Seiju's face which the old man barely managed to block with his arm in time to avoid a blow to the head. Seiju felt the bones of his arm strain under the force of the kick and grit his teeth through the pain as he slashed again, this time managing a moderately sized cut on the priest's extended leg. The holy man countered by punching Seiju in the gut hard enough to send the old man flying, but at least he'd crippled the priest's mobility now.

Seiju crashed into a few boxes full of stolen goods and coughed up a mouthful of blood before falling unconscious. Thankfully he'd at least left Anton a parting gift before passing out. The priest's leg was injured and he couldn't move around much or perform those powerful kicks anymore.

The priest let out a growl, feeling the sharp pain in his leg from the wound Seiju had managed to inflict on him. Still, taking down a commander of the marines was nothing to scoff at. The priest smirked. One down, one to go.

Anton let out a shriek of fury as he charged at the priest, lashing out with a long leg. The priest brought his hands up to block, but the force knocked him back against the wall. He grunted in anger as he pushed himself off, ducking beneath another kick and bringing a fist up to punch the grasshopper man straight in the solar plexus. He was surprised however when the blow connected. While punching Seiju was like punching a man, punching the grasshopper man was like punching stone. He hadn't taken into account Anton's hardened exoskeleton. The marine lashed out with all four arms, striking blows on the surprised priest and causing him to stumble back. Before he could recover, Anton spun around on one leg, the other catching the priest and lifting him off of his feet. Anton spun around before finally launching the priest into the air like a missile, slamming him against a stone wall.

As the priest tried to recover, Anton jumped back, catching himself on the opposite wall and with all the strength his legs had, launched himself forward like a green missile. The priest barely managed to regain his senses before Anton slammed into him at full force. The priest's eyes bulged out of his head before he slumped to the ground unconscious, Anton pulling himself off of him.

The red haired marine shook his head to regain his senses, seeing his downed opponent before looking over at the children, watching in both fear and awe. "A-Are you ok?" he asked, greatly concerned. The little girl was trying to help the boy to her feet as she nodded. Anton couldn't help but smile. "Ok, I want you to get the others up top and bring them to the diner, tell the lady there what's happening. Don't worry, if anyone says anything, we'll back you. We're marines after all." Then Anton remembered. "Oh crap! Seiju!" He ran over to the unconscious marine against the wall. He was still alive, though obviously injured. So he was the marine Anton had been sent to meet up with. He had to do something for him, and quickly. He managed to scoop up the old man in his four arms, thankful his hybrid form granted him some extra strength. "Hang in there," he said, fully aware that Seiju couldn't hear him, "We'll get you patched up. Don't you worry."
