Isaac had very much enjoyed treating the Fishmen poorly. Despite being told all his life to treat all life as pure, things did change slightly if you were going to end up taking those lives anyway, and so Isaac really went to town on the Fishmen, not only questioning their own bravery, but also the legitimacy of their cause and, in some cause, of their births. The did not take kindly to having their mothers brought into this though, that is, if they even have mothers, Isaac honestly wasn't sure, and they hadn't been in the mood to answer him when he asked, as they all rushed to within meters of him, each of them wanting to rip his head off or slice him in two, or even just tear him apart, which was when Isaac heard the boom.

From behind him, he saw Sever release a cannonball towards Isaac's position and, just like the last one, Isaac turned intangible, allowing the explosion to go off right at his feet, and the feet of the other Fishmen. Sadly, none of them could turn intangible, and as a result they were all caught in the blast and were horribly deimated as a result. Looking back up at Sever, Isaac saw him fire off another cannonball, this time to another location, just for the sheer fact of destruction, which was fair enough, considering Isaac kinda wanted a shot as well, but instead of that he flew over to Sever as he said 'time to go' and, in agreement, went to collect Linedwell before leaving the Marine outpost, now a desolate pile of rubble, a shadow of its former self.
