Task:

"Alrighty guys we have orders now move out." Ensign Long had just finished debriefing his unit of their new assignment. The group of marines had already set out to retrieve their weapons for the mission. As for Long he had returned back to his tent to retrieve the blade known as Kusanagi. Ensign Long had examine the small looking blade that he had claim young man right to walk not to long ago. Ensign Long had grab it as he made his way out the tent heading to meet up with his fellow comrades.After a few minutes he had arrive at forest were the rest of the unit awaits his orders to precede.

Ensign Long had smirk as he place the blade known as Kusanagi on his right shoulder. As Ensign Long had move through the thickness of the forest terrain the marines had follow him. On each side of him{Right,and Left of him} there was a even number of Marines.You see today Ensign Long company had been order to retrevie a late patrol unit near Ilusia kingdom eastern sector. there had been rumors of Revolutionaries near that location.

Now it was up to Ensign Long to find out what happen to the patrol unit that didn't return yet.To the left of Hao it was a small group of Marines about 5 five of them. As for Long right there was another band of marines about five of them to. Each squad stayed low using the bushes as cover Long had spotted smoke up ahead.

He decide to halt his unit he wanted to check it out himself before endangering his entire company.

"Stay low, and close off any exit until order otherwise." Ensign Long had spoke in a loud enough tone for his fellow comrades to hear. He then slowly precede forward walking rather slow,and low. The crackling of sticks was suppress by creatures of the night. As he had stop once he was about 6 meters from the camp.

Long had hide behind a nearby bush the night sky had pretty much conceal his movements.
As the creatures of the night had conceal any loud noise he would make. Ensign Long had examine the camp site through the bushes he was behind being careful not to alert the people around the camp of his presence.

There was a large fire,and around the fire was like 20 people give or take. Ensign Long had frowned as he examine the camp site it was severel tents in the area, and a large tree with held 5 individuals tie to it. Ensign Long took note of the surrounding area it had tree's a lot of them enough to cause some decent amount of damage to the camp site. All he needs was a little distraction to rescue the patrol unit.

Ensign Long had turned around as he head back to his company. Once he had arrive he had gave the order from them to come over so he can debrief them. Ensign Long had drive the blade known as Kusanagi into the earth crust as he gave the orders for his unit to follow.

"Okay here we go." Ensign Long had already debrief his entire unit of his plan as he decide to breaking down the entire unit into two separate squads. The 1st squad location was to the left of the campsite as they aim there weapons at rebel scum campsite. They were about 6 meters left of the campsite their weapons aim at rebel scum guard squads.

As for the 2nd sqaud they were 6 meter to the right of the campsite. As they to trained there weapons at the rebel scum
from that direction. As for Ensign Long he had circle around the back of the campsite were the large oak tree hold it captures.
Ensign Long was place directly behind a bushes that was 2 meters behind the oak tree.

The Oak tree was in the middle of the campsite with the tent right next to it about 3 meters to the right of the tree. The fire was about 4 meters in front of the oak tree that hold the captors tie to the tree. The rebel scum had place 8 guards on duty that night as the rest of the soldiers was in there large HQ.

After a few minutes the guards seems to spilt up into two separate squads 4 on each side.
One squad was to the left of camp the other was to the right. The distance of each squad from the marines was 6 meters . The large fire had pretty much lid up the surrounding area enough for the guard to patrol the campsite as well enough for the marines to see. Perhaps if the rebel scum decide to search the perimeter they would find the marines but they didn't thus the reason why they are surround.

Ensign Long had laid down his blade known as Kusanagi along earth crust as he search for a rock. His aim wasn't the best but it should allow him to grab the attention of the guards. As he prepares to throw the medium size rock their was movement inside of the tent as 3 rebel scum came out the tent. One of them seems rather tall possibly the leader he was about 6 feet tall sporting a large board sword. As for the other two they seem to sport basic flintlocks. Ensign Long had toss the medium rock size rock as it landed with a thud near the right side of the campsite. One of guard had said
,"Was that a rock?"the next guard glance at the item as he walk over to check it out. He had said
,"Yeah it's a rock! Think nothing of it." What the rebel scum didn't know is that rock was the signal of the operation to behind. Due to the guards loud mouth it will result in them meeting there untimely defeat. In the background on both left ,and right sides the sounds of flintlocks discharging overwhelm the air in results ten rebel scum laid either cripple,disable, or dead with that both left,and right side charge into battle. Within that time Ensign Long had grab Kusanagi with his left hand as he slash several times at the tent foundation ropes to cause the tent to cave in on the rebel scum inside of course after he was close enough to them.

The large 6 feet 5 inches rebel man with the large board sword was surrounded by 2 squads. Each squad was on his right , and left about 3 meters as his back was to the tent which just collapse.

Ensign Long had turn
back to the direction of captures marines against the oak tree whom were tie up. He closed the distance between them as use Kusanagi to cut the ropes of the captures. He then said
,"Hey... you five returns back to base as quickly as possible. We shall catch up soon." the marines quickly took off away from the conflict. As for the rebel scum they were struggling to find a way out of the tent.

Ensign Long had closed the distance between rebel officer,and his unit arriving just in time to find 5 out of his 10 marines dead. Long had glare at the large man welding the large board sword in disguist. Long had quickly close the distance as he did so he activated his Devil Fruit ability which allows him to protect himself for basic swords slash,and weaker strikes.

Since Rebel officer though he had the advantage he allow Long to close the distance. Only to meet Long with a vertical slash with board sword once he was 3 feet . The blade came crashing down only to be ment by Long superior defense his devil fruit passive reduce the damage to 0.5 and the technique known as Steel Guard entirely block the damage of the sword slash. But not the damage of the blunt force which cause Long to be drive to his knees lucky the pain was bearable as he counter with a out stretch slash with his left hand using Kusanagi . The blade cleave through the wrist of the rebel official possibility cutting both wrist off.

Ensign Long had yell
," Now."
The remaining 5 marines begin to smack the rebel scun from behind along his back,and head attempting to knock him unconscious.

Ensign Long then said ,"Let get out of here before they regroup!"
With that Long ,and his crew flee from the conflict with there mission complete.
