Flevance, also known as the White City, is a kingdom in the North Blue. The White City used to be a welfaring country, affiliated with the World Government and very rich because of the Amber Lead that was only found in Flevance. However, it appeared Amber Lead was very poisonous, and it caused Flevance to fall. Despite the fact that it was curable, the Amber Lead disease, the World Government was too afraid to take measures. They saved the nobles of the country and political bigwigs, and shot down everyone who tried to flee the country and thus containing all of those who were exposed to the Amber Lead disease within Flevance. Ultimately, every single person who lived in Flevance died. Not by the hands of the disease, but by the hands of humanity. The White City is now a ghost town, without any life to be found on the island. It is a tourism spot, as the Amber Lead is no longer toxic because of the exposure to the sun. However, people are afraid it still is toxic. The World Government claims to not have any ties to Flevance before the outbreak, which is more than enough reason to stand against them. The wildlife suffered from the Amber Lead disease, and also they are nowhere to be found.

During the rebuild of the Kingdom of Flevance; Queen Adèlicia and the 100 grunts, and her second in command; Karou; worked steadily, there they found one living being, or rather cyborg, named Solas; who quickly made his place in the inner circle. As a year passed more people would come and go, visiting the once great kingdom to see it rebuilt to it's former glory.
