No one knows pain, I'll show them

A ship that had a ghostly feel towards it rest against the shore of Illusia as the people aboard this very ship prepared to pillage the village and leave it devastated. The man whom controlled this ship went by the name Leparo. The fog that covered the shore didn't reveal much unless it was the piercing eyes of Leparo, the gold irises shined through the fog as if someone was using a laser of golden light.

A roar awoke the crew as the fog began to clear and the day light began to show. Everyone was sober for once which was an oddity with this bunch. Kash and Ryuuka were in their quarters preparing for this situation but right now it was Leparo on the edge of the ship, sitting down glaring towards the town of Illusia. "Captain we're ready, when do we strike?" Leparo would turn around and stare his men down, with each member he looked at their eyes showed fear and respect which are two elements you normally don't find together. "Now" said Leparo as he jumped down from the ship towards the ground landing in a downward position almost a kneel.

The smoke began to clear and by then his crew was already making their way down towards him. They set out towards Illusia where they all had their weapons ready. "Captain is different lately, you haven't noticed?" said one of Leparo's subordinates to another as they whispered at the back of the herd. This made Leparo smile because he heard every word they spoke.

"Indeed" said Leparo as he smirked looking back at the two engaging in the conversation. This look from Leparo spooked them and made them get back into their warrior zone as the march towards Illusia began. Once there Leparo looked back at his crew and all were ready to shed blood and get the objective done, with a nod from Leparo the men and women let out a battle cry as they all stormed the village and began to do whatever they pleased.

They began knocking over carts and stands along with kicking in establishments and looting whatever they could find. Leparo however walked through the mayhem in a straight line towards what looked like a giant fountain where he sat on its edge allowing his crew to work.

"My my my, where are you Kash"
said Leparo as he sat down waiting for his first mate so the duo could personally go to the bank and clear it out. Wearing his usual long coat with the fur trim Leparo looked bored watching people scream in horror. He didn't let this pain bother him because these people had to endure his pain to grow in strength, with all this damage maybe he would spark a genesis within these people and forge a new Leparo, a younger and more composed creature.

Smoked Out Loced Out
Taka, Treachery, Eye Scope

The time of day was high-noon, so the sun loomed perfectly overhead to view the carnage about to unfold on the unsuspecting town of Illusia. The townsfolk were their natural calm selves as long as they stayed away from the unruly East Side of the island that was notorious for civil unrest from Revolutionary factions. This constant revolt and skirmishing is what lured Ondori to the island and town of Illusia first during his period of scouting for his organization of Bounty Hunters. The Ronin himself was on the highest story of the clocktower located in the center of the town about 35m high. Seated on the edge of the open square shaped space where a large bell hung in the center, he observed the town in silence only one of his grunts still with him. The rest were left in the South Blue to hold things down and take up jobs as they came so the organization could gain some weight to their name. This grunt with Ondori was just assigned to keep watch while he scouted from the ledge of the clock tower.

With his personal invention attached to his left eye, he could zoom in enough to see up to 350m away in crystal clear resolution as if he were right there staring at it. His right eye clenched closed, his focus was on the unusually calm eastern side of the town, until his associate tapped him on the shoulder. "Looks like some front of fog is coming from the northern shore. I can't completely make it out." Ondori changed his focus to the northern shore to see what his employee was talking about and wasn't disappointed. "That's odd . . ." Fog usually came in a wider spread as a result of weather conditions from a place further beyond like rain, having arrived in Illusia just yesterday night from the north, he hadn't noticed any weather that'd call for fog to roll in today, the skies were clear save for a few clouds, but they weren't rain clouds. Zooming in on the small fog cloud with his Eye Scope he sadly couldn't penetrate it's depth and thickness. "Hmm . . . You give it a peek and tell me if you can see what's in there." He took the Scope off and handed it to his associate, still peering at the fog cloud as the man tried to visually penetrate the ominous cloud himself. "No luck, wanna check it out?" He handed the scope back to Ondori who fixated it back on his left eye and put a thoughtful finger to his lips. "Nah, we'll just observe from up here until things play out a bit more." The zoom function disabled, Ondori just stared at the fog cloud and the people at the docks who looked at the spectacle up close in confusion. "Hopefully this means we won't be going back to the South Blue without a body from the West Blue." His associate nodded in agreement and went back to standing watch. Trying once more to zoom in enough to pierce the blanket of fog, Ondori caught a glimpse of what were like to doubloons of shimmering gold. "!" He leaned in trying to get a better look almost sliding off the edge of the clock tower. Soon after a single man landed on the docks and the thick fog began to thin out, it was a ship, a ship full of what obviously looked like marauders. "Looky looky!" Ondori exclaimed, this is exactly what he had come for, it would be a good fight if that's what these raiders had come for. Illusia was under Marine control and had troops to boot, so it'd surely be a great show.

As the savages began to storm the town and wreck shit, Ondori kept his eyes on their ship waiting for the fog around the Jolly Roger to clear and become discernible. "Bato, hand me the Jolly Roger log." Fishing through his satchel of belongings, Ondori's grunt withdrew a handy book that a bounty hunter couldn't be found without. A book that contained the drawn image of the Jolly Roger of notable pirate crews. The insignia was fairly familiar to Ondori for he frequently glanced through the book on his free time as well as headhunter bills. The man who first leapt off the ship in the fur coat didn't spark anything in Ondori's mind, his bounty wasn't high enough, but the Jolly Roger he operated under surely did and without a doubt Ondori had thumbed through the pages with his left eye closed to a vaguely familiar area to where he had seen the mark and there it was. "You still got those bombs in your bag right?" Ondori asked as he flipped through the pages. "Yeah they are still in here." Ondori nodded. "Good make sure you're careful with those, the timer isn't ticking is it? It's still a prototype." "No the timer isn't ticking, the displays are still blank." "Good . . . Oh! Here they are, the Gold Leopard Pirates." Ondori switched eyes to peer back through the Eye Scope, skating about the masses to find the man in the fur coat. "These guys are pretty new, but they've been very busy bees. I think we found what we're looking for." His eye was on the man who walked ever so calmly through the chaos, coincidentally he was walking towards the fountain which was at the heart of the town near where Ondori was located. Taking his focus off the man, he looked to the western side of the island where the Marine's operated out of, many hundreds of meters away. It was a bit too far for his scope to get a super clear view, but he could tell they weren't alerted of the invasion yet. Looking to the eastern side of the town, he saw the Revolutionaries were also still in a dormant state, but with the people scattering about in a panic and with scouts always walking the town, soon enough both factions would surely react to the third party.

Kash could hear the roar of the crew on the deck from her quarters. They must have finally reached shore. Kash had just finally finished getting dressed in her usual attire. Her long coat would sway as her boots marched out onto the deck as most of the crew already jumped to shore, heading into town. Leparo seemed to have been taking lead, as a captain should. Kash didn't care for any of this to be honest and it showed as she, as Leparo's "first mate", was one of the last to leave the ship. The sun gleamed off the gold accents of her bra and corset while she walked casually amongst the chaos. Her hand rested on the hilt of Levy on her right side while Dom was attached to her left.

Kash could see Leparo further up ahead of her, approaching a fountain. She was taking her time catching up to him. She was still upset with him and his actions since eating the fruit. She honestly planned to be on her worst behavior during this little ego boosting event until he realized he was being a complete dumbass. He was so unlike himself that she didn't know how much longer she saw herself being around him. Anyway, as Kash headed for the fountain, she would be scanning the area for the trouble soon to come from this stupidity. This town was usually quiet and tranquil, so commotion of this magnitude was bound to catch the attention of someone. Most likely someone that didn't appreciate Leparo's band of pirates.

Her eyes would look toward the clock tower for a moment where she could see what appeared to be someone sitting and watching the show. They didn't seem to be frightened like these town folks. That could be for two reasons she suspected: either they felt completely safe and unseen atop the clock tower or they were someone capable of handling themselves against some lowly pirates like Leparo's. For now they didn't seem to care to stop Leparo, so she wouldn't fret. But she definitely would keep an eye out for them and that clock tower. She had no intention of informing Leparo however, he didn't deserve her aide.

Kash finally met up with Leparo who was now sitting in front of the fountain. She would stop about 4 meters in front of him. She wouldn't say anything, hell she wouldn't even look him in the face. She simply ignored his existence and continued to observe their surroundings. Nothing popped a blown up ego like ignoring someone.

They had stopped by Ilusia on their way to Yotsuba Island. It was Anton's first time here, and for such a beautiful place, the constant fighting between the revolutionaries and the marines saddened him. Couldn't they see that all this fighting was just hurting the civilians of the island?

That was why when sudden panic arose from the town, Anton was already on his feet, his sword in hand. He burst out of his room to see his men and second in command waiting for him. "What have we got?" he asked, already seeing the fighting going on. Celia was looking off to the side through a telescope. "See for yourself," she replied, handing him the spyglass. Taking it, Anton looked over to where she was pointing. He could see a ship docked some distance away, a jolly roger flying high on their mast. "Who the heck are these guys?" This was the side of Ilusia controlled by the marines. These pirates had to be really ballsy in order to attack. "They're the Golden Leopard Pirates," Celia explained, "They've been making a name for themselves lately." The name didn't ring any bells.

"Well, whoever they are,  We're not going to simply stand by and let them tear this place apart." He turned to his men, ready to fight. "Men! Move out and engage! Let's take these scum down!" The marines let out a roar and began to charge down from the ship, pouring out onto the dock and running into the town. Anton looked over at Celia. "You ready?" Celia nodded, holding up her duel pistols. "How are you feeling sir?" "Really not wanting to do this. But I have a feeling I have no choice now do I?" "Nope." Anton sighed holding his sword tightly. "Well then, let's do this!" The two charged down the gangplank, running into the village. With the chaos going on around them, Anton knew what was coming. I this was a high profile pirate crew, then no doubt Anton was going to have to deal with their captain sooner or later.

So why not skip the grunts and just cut to the chase?[/color]

The chaos going around actually made Leparo feel relaxed. He enjoyed the rush he was experiencing  at this moment and to be quite honest, nothing could take that away from him. He noticed Kash was approaching him which made him happy, she was one of the only bright sides of his life right now. Even though his anger and rage clouded his judgement he still knew where Kash was in his heart. Her heartbeat was just as her expression, blank. You could hear it but it wasn't with emotion it was just there for its bodily purpose.

He examined her body and he noticed her eyes shifting around as if she was looking for anyone high up. He noticed her eyes shot towards the clock tower near the town square which didn't realize surprise Leparo. Last time he saw a clock tower fishmen were jumping from it with bombs strapped to their chest. She grew closer to Leparo, roughly 4 meters in front of him and didn't even speak. She acknowledged Leparo as her captain obviously but you could tell there was still some disconnect betweent he two. "How many on the clocktower" said Leparo to his subordinate.

It was then Leparo began to start as he heard forces approaching. He heard their battle cry which drew the most nefarious smile the world had ever seen. "They're coming" said Leparo as his men continued to destroy the town. Adjacent to Kash and Leparo was Illusia Bank  which was the actual reason they were here. With a swarm of marines beginning to flood the streets Leparo and his men all engaged them with the captain himself taking offense to their arrival. A quick shift of his right arm laid two marines dead as he slit their throats with his claws. He continued onwards into the bank where he hoped Kash would be coming unless she found some suitable competition. Once inside he would release a growl as the guards inside all prepared to do battle with the leopard himself. "Move, or die" uttered Leparo as he stared down each and everyone one of them.

Taka, Treachery, Eye Scope

Discernible from the common riff-raff of deck swabbers and rowdy savages, was another that seemed to operate under the Gold Leopard. She walked with an energy akin to the man who was ahead of her, despite this, Ondori got the feeling they weren't necessarily chummy with one another or perhaps just not right now. Regardless while Rooster was still perched in the clocktower examining her, she had taken note of his presence as well, she surely wasn't like the run of the mill no-name pirates that were wrecking the town around the two still dormant Gold Leopards. He smiled lightly and reverted the zoom of the Eye Scope back to normal.

"Come on Bato, we're heading down." Bato nodded and waited to follow Ondori, but the Ronin paused for a while and looked around analytically, examining the area. While their intentions with the town seemed to be pretty obvious, Ondori wasn't sure how they'd take to his intrusion on their actions. Not that he was going to side with them or the Marines or try to stop them, but some pirates tended to be uncontrollable dickheads that just attacked anything that moved that didn't operate under their command. Albeit this possibility, the Ronin decided he'd approach them to make his noted presence that much more unconcerning. "Ten by ten, perfect . . ." A light smile accompanied his thoughts, as this was the perfect time to test out his prototype. "Something wrong?" Bato asked as they began walking down the stairs of the clocktower. "Nah, I was just thinking to myself." They had three stories to walk down and Ondori would take his sweet time, as he did so however he'd put a small ploy in the works. "Hand me one of the prototypes please." The sound of the shouting pirates and destruction going on outside could be heard through the clocktower's stone walls, but still Ondori focused on the sound of him and Bato's footsteps while the grunt retrieved the explosive. Around the time they reached the bottom second story of stairs the sound of footsteps coming from the base of the clocktower could be heard. "Secure positioning on top of the clocktower, we'll make short work of these pirates!" Bato's guard rose, but Ondori kept his composure. "Don't worry we aren't doing anything we shouldn't be doing, just keep that in the bag until they pass." Ondori stepped to the side and Bato did as well, both halting their advance down the clocktower as the Marines came in sight. Like trail of ants four marines continued passed the two bounty hunters while one stayed back and spoke to them jogging in place. "We're going to have to ask that you evacuate the premises and head for the designated safety zones." Ondori nodded and then the Marine continued up the clocktower to catch up with his detachment.

"Alright, lemme get it." Pulling the explosive out of his satchel, Bato carefully handed over the device with two hands cautiously gripping it terrified it'd detonate in his hands with the lightest bit of sudden movement. Taking it from his associate with his left hand, Ondori casually walked down to the base of 45m high clocktower and took off his ragged vest, leaving his black gi on to cover his torso. "Watch the door." Bato ran to the wall beside door on Ondori's command, withdrawing a small dagger for anyone who dared to enter. Setting the timer on the explosives, he then wrapped them in his vest to hide them and set them in against the poorly lit interior wall where one wouldn't be able to see them unless they walked and looked around with intentions of finding something and even then, it would only look like a discarded vest since the clothing article was covering the explosives.

Everything setup accordingly, Ondori made his way to the door of the clocktower and Bato opened it for him. Turning back for a quick second he saw the light that invaded the clocktower's base floor didn't reveal the whereabouts of the trap even with the door wide open. "Alright then, lets hope everything goes as planned hahah." Stepping out into the sunshine, Ondori took in the sight of the raid going on. Immensely alert, but seemingly in a trance of glee. Taking a deep breath he released it with an expression of excitement. Looking for the Captain of the Gold Leopard Pirates he saw he had thrown himself in the midst of combat having killed two marines without much effort, if any at all. "Here, take the Eye Scope and meet me wherever that guy is going in about a minute ok?" "Yes sir." Both the bounty hunters knew Bato would just slow Ondori down, so it was best that they split, after all Bato could just pose as a citizen in distress since he wasn't dressed or behaving as a pirate, his dagger was hidden in the depth of his satchel as well, so he was probably the least threatening person out and about right now.

Ondori on the other hand was armed with two katanas and didn't really have a soft look to him despite having a childish attitude majority of the time. Pursuing the man in the fur coat, the Ronin ducked and weaved around majority of the marines that took a swung at as he ran by, save for one whom he was forced to partially draw his sword on and butt in the gut with the end of Taka's handle causing him to keel over. Arriving in the bank shortly after the alleged Captain of the Gold Leopards would make his presence known with his quite impressive roar if it had yet to be noted, Ondori would make his own presence known with a tap on the tall guy's shoulder.

"Yo, yo, big fella. You mind if a young bloke tags along for this trip? Promise I got a few tricks up my sleeve that could help." He gave a light chuckle, knowing he probably took away from the atmosphere the titan had just created with his blood curdling shout.

Kash looked at Leparo when he asked about the mystery people in the clocktower but before she could not give an answer, the roar of marines was heard off in the distance. The blue coats were coming, the blue coats were coming. Kash looked back up at the clock tower to notice their audience had vanished from the opening. Interesting. Kash looked back at Leparo who had already decided to run off for the bank toward her right. He had even killed two so suddenly, no hesitation. It was unlike him. He never killed off the bat, severely injure maybe but kill, no.

Kash would walk at a quick pace behind him, watching him and the rest of his crew fight the marines that engaged them. The marines rarely targeted her for some reason. She didn't know if it was because she was a woman or if it was because the rowdy leopards intercepted them. Either way, she rarely had to draw her sword but every time she did a marine died, blood was spilled. She would always sheath her sword right after killing one, all in one motion.

Leparo had entered the bank and shortly after him, ahead of Kash, a man had run in, seeming to have come from the direction of the tower. Kash assumed it was one of the people that had been watching them. Her eyes would narrow as she could see the man's hand motion for Leparo's person. What were his intentions? Her hand stayed on the hilt of her blade, ready to draw again if need be. But not for Leparo's sake, he could take care of himself.

Kash would walk into the bank as those two would already be about 5 meters inside already. She would walk in and to the east side of the bank while the teller counters and vault were on the north side. The only entrance, the one they used save for 2 emergence exits marked on the east and west sides, was on the south side of the bank. Kash would silently walk toward a bench on the east wall, she would take a seat and look toward Leparo, and the entrance where the marines and pirates were fighting their way inside. She imagined that eventually a captain would find his way inside as well. In the meantime, Kash minded her business because this...none of this was any of hers at this moment.

The place was in utter chaos. Anton's men were fighting valiantly against the rowdy pirates as the commodore and his second in command ran through the streets. A few of the pirates thought they could try and take a crack at the well dressed commodore, or the petite commander, thinking for an easy chance to get some glory. However, this proved to be a very poor life choice for the pirates in question, resulting them either being cut down by Anton's blade, or shot by Celia's pistols. By the time the pirates got the idea to give the two higher ranking marines a wide birth, about five of them had been incapacitated.

"Celia," Anton called out to her over the din, "Go and help the men. I'll go after the captain!" Celia looked over at her, a little surprised. "Are you sure sir?" Anton nodded. He could see some of his men lying dead on the ground, killed by the pirates already. He wasn't going to simply abandon them while he ran off to play hero. Celia was competent enough to handle the situation. Celia paused for a moment, giving a nod before she turned back to assist the men.

Surprisingly enough, finding out where the captain had gone too wasn't as hard as Anton thought it would be. He would find himself in front of the city bank, it's doors wide open. All this, for a bank robbery? Gripping his sword tightly, Anton stormed in through the doors, his eyes falling on three individuals in the bank that clearly stood out. "Hold it!" he yelled out to get their attention, holding his sword out in front of him, his eyes glaring at the man in the fur coat, figuring that this was the captain of the crew.

For someone as nice as Leparo was today you would have sworn he had an evil twin brother. His actions weren't truly justifiable unless you believe in the whole "love struck" hero thing. As he said his shtick about dying if people didn't get out of his way. That style of action wasn't particular something he used often, but under the rage of his fruit he wasn't doing things he normally did. He tried to contain his rage but the fire inside him wouldn't let him resist the urges.

Leparo could hear Kash tapping on the hilt of her blade as they were separated by a few meters walking into the bank, maybe she saw something Leparo himself didn't. After he had spoke his peace to those still in the bank Leparo heard feint movements as if someone was approaching him which caused him to turn as the man prepared to tap his shoulder. By the time Leparo's full body made its way completely around the mans finger was pressing against Leparo's chest. He spoke about tagging along with Leparo even going as far as to suggest he had something worthwhile. "Oi, You look interesting, You get a cut of this shit when its all said and done" said Leparo towards the lad as he placed his arm on his shoulder.

As for Kash? Her eyes were firmly planted on the subject whom Leparo was talking to. Even though that woman was mad at Leparo she always seemed to be on point.. Even if the smell from her body let Leparo know it wasn't his safety she was concerned about. "Left of the entrace Kash" said Leparo as he nudged his head within that direction signaling for Kash to brace herself for someone coming. He heard an entire conversation outside and it sounded as if a higher up for the marines was here because someone was sure barking orders. "Hmm" said Leparo as the person entered the bank "What is your business here" said Leparo.

Mischief Maker
Taka, Treachery, Eye Scope

As Ondori's hand moved to tap the man he noted the presence of the another coming from behind him through the sound of a sword being sheathed and a body hitting the concrete. Before he even turned his head to visually note her presence, he had assumed it was her given how she seemed to be the other super star of the Gold Leopards. Just as his eyes settled on her and her hand that was employed to rest on the hilt of her blade, his finger poked into the brute's chest. It astonished him causing him to jump a bit, for his finger had stopped moving, so apparently the man was moving. Turning his focus back to the giant, he had a large arm placed on his shoulder. Ondori hadn't noticed until this physical contact was established, but the man had a very powerful energy to him, he was a natural born leader, a courageous man, a strong man, an ambitious man, he was surely someone Ondori wanted in his corner, hopefully he could keep his head on his shoulders. "Cool." He slipped from underneath Leparo's arm by ducking his head down and taking a step back "What do you need m-" As he was talking a new character made their debut, a Marine at that. Just what Ondori needed.

With exceptional haste as soon as he saw the man's uniform the Ronin moved both hands to cover his face, really not needing the attention or publicity. Pulling them down just a bit to reveal his eyes, he looked up to the fur coat man as he asked what the Marine was doing here. "I think he's here to stop us . . . he's a Marine after all . . ." Ondori inspected the man a bit more closely and assured himself the guy surely was a Marine or he just didn't dress the part of a pirate. One more spirit entering the bank, the sound of rushed footsteps came from behind Ondori through the entrance he had came through. "Hey Bos-!" Ondori whipped around and moved one hand to a single index finger pressed against his lips. "Shhh-!" Half way through his command for silence however his Time Bomb would have went off, blowing out the stone walls and corners of the clocktower along with a part of the floor to the second story. This details was irrelevant however for what this explosion would achieve on a grand scale was the toppling over of the clocktower since a whole side of the base of the tower and then some was now missing. All the fighting outside seemed to pause when the explosive detonated and the shadow of the falling tower began to devour the town square. Luckily for Ondori and the ones in the bank, the clocktower wouldn't be falling on them nor would the rubble spray outwards to cause harm to them. Albeit they wouldn't be harmed the rubble would block off the main entrance that some of them had just come through after it all settled.

With the tower slamming against the ground destroying the fountain and probably killing a great deal of people, marines (Celia) and pirates alike (oops), it would create a great thick veil of dust in the air all throughout the bank and the surrounding area that was a battlefield. Taking advantage of the newly birthed chaos and confusion that he was prepared for given he set the ploy up, both Rooster and Bato had their eyes clenched shut when the spray of dust came rushing into the bank, it'd surely blind anyone who didn't protect their optics for a nice deal of time. Even after it stopped spraying it'd be a while before it settled making it ill-advised to even move around with one's eyes open. Breathing as well would be somewhat of a hassle, something not even Ondori would be able to avoid, however after retrieving his eye scope from Bato, he'd be able to effectively see in this disastrous environment. Placing the device against his left eye that he shielded with one hand, he kept the right eye sealed shut and operate with this eye alone.

While the dust was still an obstruction, Rooster could still make out the frames of the people in the bank. "Hey yo." He was careful with his breath control as to not inhale heavily and send dust particles into his lungs, light shallow breaths were taken into between sentences. "I can still see. You want me to kill this Marine guy while he can't or what?" It'd still be a short while before the dust settled given a colossal 45mx10mx10m clocktower had just crashed onto the earth, and with the Marine more than likely blinded, Ondori had a huge advantage over him. His hand would grip on the handle of Treachery and his heart pounded with excitement and bloodlust, should he get the go ahead, he wouldn't hold back.

Kash was simply being observant as she sat one leg crossed over the other and her hand lightly tapping on the hilt of her blade. As quickly as things were going she was able to keep up. It seemed that Leparo planned on being friendly with the mystery man, a stupid move in her opinion. He was always easily trusting but he could defend himself. She would let out an obnoxious sigh of boredom in response as she watched the entrance. Leparo would tip her off about something and marine surely would come in through the entrance. The marine shouted in typical fashion, demanding that Leparo and his new friend "hold it". This was beginning to play out like a cliche play but another player would enter the game, or rather reveal himself again, an accomplice of the other man judging by their body language. Then down came the clock tower with quite a bang.

The screams and commotion outside would be silenced by a crash. Dust would rush in through the entrance and the shockwave of the crashing tower would cause windows on the south wall to shatter. Naturally, Kash's eyes would shut close to prevent dust irritating them. She would use her arm to shield her mouth nose, limiting the dust that could invade her lungs with shallow breaths. She would have already been on her feet while doing this drawing her blade to defend whatever may come her way in this dust. She couldn't see for now, so she would have to rely on her other senses until the dust settled.

This was quite the predicament they were in. She didn't know what would happen next but she had a strong feeling things were not in the marine's favor. Kash would begin to take quiet steps toward the east emergency exit. She already knew where it was and would put her back against the wall to find it. Once reached she would use it to get fresh air and allow an escape for some of the dust, not enough to quickly clear it but to speed the process. However reaching it at her pace would take some time, enough for anything to happen between those 4 since they were closest to each other.

She wondered what Leparo was going to do. He hadn't been himself for days, she hated to admit it but she was concerned right now. Not for his safety, but his mind.

"Oh, I don't know," Anton responded to the man's question, "Just the all the chaos going on outside while a certain pirate goes to rob a bank. I mean, seriously? Does a bank robbery really require mass destruction and murder!?" Even though this man was a pirate, and thus Anton should dislike him naturally, something about this man really got to him. The coldness in his eyes, the fact that none of them seemed to care than innocent lives were being lost while all they were after was beli. Sure, there were three of them, while he was by himself, and if what Celia said was true, then the captain was no doubt a strong fighter. Anton was scared, but trying to hide it. He had to do this. He couldn't allow men like this to simply get their way!

Suddenly, there was a loud blast coming from outside, causing Anton to glance back. "What?" Suddenly, he saw a cloud of dust rushing towards the building. Anton looked away just in time for it to slam into his back, quickly filling up the room. He brought a hand up to cover his mouth, his eyes narrowed to prevent dust getting into them. Thankfully, having his back to the blast prevented him from getting a face full of dust. But now this obnoxious cloud was filling the air, making it difficult to see. With his free hand, he held onto his blade tightly, listening to one of the voices (he assumed it was the other man in the room), ask if he could kill him. Really?

"I can hear you you know!" Anton called out, trying to see through the obstructing dust. He kept his sword close, ready in case any of these guys took the chance to attack.

Meanwhile, outside, the place was in utter pandemonium. All of a sudden a clocktower had just exploded, the massive building coming down, killing plenty of people, both pirates and marines alike. Celia had just managed to avoid being crushed himself, but she was shocked by what had happened. They were using explosives!? Were these people bent on destroying the town!? "Men!" she shouted out, "Focus on evacuating the civilians. Engage the pirates if you have to, but the civilians are your top priority!" Thankfully, the complete disarray caused by the explosion would make this a bit easier, having taken out a number of the pirates, but she had lost a number their own men. As much as she wanted to bring the pirates to justice, the innocent came first. That was their job after all.

To be quite honest this kid that tapped Leparo's shoulder was slightly growing on him. He began to speak after Leparo gave him the seal of approval and you could tell he was on the lines of asking  Leparo what he wanted to do. This was before the arrival of the marine who Leparo felt the need to bother. The sarcastic response given by the man who was now affiliated with Leparo caused a smirk on his face before the marine would go on to explain that a bank robbery didn't cause for all this destruction. "Well to be honest, it doesn't not call for this much death and destruction, does it?" said Leparo raising his eyebrow with his sinister smirk on.

Meanwhile the violently loud footsteps that came behind the marine had Leparo shoot his eyes over to the entrance once more. This man came in and spoke of a boss and Leparo heard the heartbeat of the man who just allied with him shoot all the way to the sky. As he began to shh the subordinate Leparo heart what appeared to be a timer going off followed by a loud explosion which bothered Leparo, going so far to even making him a tad bit dizzy. His increased hearing was often a double edged sword as it bothered him when it helped him. Increased sound wasn't something to glorify. With the damage done to Leparo's vertigo fixed the sound of screaming innocents and pirates along with the marines had all stopped. You could hear the debris outside shifting as those who lived tried to navigate underneath the broken structure.

Leparo took full advantage of his abilities granted by this fruit. With all the dust in the air Leprao didn't need his usual vision as he had the ability to track by heat. It was at this point that Leparo's new associate offered to kill the marine on Leparo's behalf which actually crossed his mind "No, all the money you can take. Get it and take it to the ship at the docks you can't miss it" said Leparo. Around this time the marine spoke about how he could still hear their conversation to which Leparo smiled and smoke lowly "Good" before he being Leparo began to kick off the ground ten times that of the blink of an eye. This allowed him to cut the distance between him and the marine damn near instantly all the while moving his right leg upwards for a kick to the mid section. The speed of the move allowed his leg more strength than it usual held for the kick. With the kick initiated all Leparo had to do was hope for the connection, which aimed to send the marine through the debris outside towards the adjacent building.

The Flying Rat
Taka, Treachery, Eye Scope

As Ondori's grip on the blade loosened, he felt the primal emotions the blade Treachery influence him with fade from his body. "Aww . . . Oh well, Bato follow me!" Snatching his associate by the hand to lead him through the dust, the two would make their way towards the vault. "And make sure you tell your higher ups it was Ondori Gilga who blew up that clocktower for me!" His declaration was rather ballsy and while he wasn't the cocky type or one to care for the limelight, Ondori could use the publicity. Not only would it get his Bounty Hunting company some wind under their wings, but it'd also get his name out there as someone to look out for. As someone who planned on being the World's Greatest Swordsman, he'd need some eyes on him as much as he wasn't really a fan of it all.

"Grab a hostage, we're gonna need some leverage if we get held up by Marines." "Might need some help carrying this Beli too." Bato coughed through his sentence. The dust was a little less thick back here out eh main lobby and int he corridors, but it was still a bit of a problem and dampened vision. Both of the Bounty hunters snatching an employee by the wrist, they continued deeper in the bank, there was only one path to take so they had to be going the right way. "Y'all are gonna help us break into you guy's vault and get some guap okay?" His voice was rather cheerful despite the fact he was taking the woman as not only a tour guide and soon to be accomplice, but also hostage.

"You really thinking pinning your name to the clocktower was a smart move?" Ondori looked at Bato whom he held by the wrist in his right hand, his hostage in his left, both had their eyes sealed closed. "Think it's still too soon for me to try to break away from the pack?" Bato groaned and nodded."You're not fucking around with wanna-be crime syndicates this time. You're fucking with the World Government, I wouldn't be surprised if this gets you a target on your head." Rooster thought about it, Bato was right, but this was what he wanted and what he needed. "If I die, then I die. I gotta dive in the deep end eventually, I won't become the greatest by playing it safe." Bato sighed and let it go.

"Anyways!" Hitting the switch back to cheerful, he stuffed the thoughts into the back of his mind for something to think of once all of this was said and done. "Gimme the details of your safe. How thick is it? What's it made of? How much Beli is stashed inside?" "Um . . . it's um, steel . . . with about two million inside." Ondori's heart raced and his hands moistened a bit with sweat. "Two million, holy shit." "Hey, don't forget you have to split it with those guys back there. They look strong and you don't need to have them gunning for you too!" Coming to a stop, they reached a dead end where a large vault was. "Yeah you're right, so that's almost seven-hundred thousand each . . . I can fuck with that. The dust didn't reach back here, watch the hostages and make sure they don't run off or anything." As he spoke he gave the vault a few knocks, thick and it surely was steel.

"That's not gonna be easy to cut through is it?" Ondori shook his head side to side. "Not if you're an average swordsman, but luckily I think I'm out of that bracket." This was Ondori's first true test on his journey to becoming great. Every famous swordsman has their tale of the first time they cut through steel and hopefully Ondori would be able to brag it was during a successful bank heist in Illusia. The thought made a smirk slither onto his face. "Wish me luck." With that he gripped the handle of Treachery, a blade more powerful than Taka despite the sentimental value the blade had to him and he spread his legs into a stance that would allow his draw to be as powerful as could be. His right hand on the handle of Treachery and his left on the sheathe and few green flames began to burn on the surface of the weapon, but they had no offensive capabilities thus didn't harm him. After a deep inhale he drew the blade vertically with all his might. Exhaling a sharp breath of air to carry the stroke and ensure it had the needed amount of "umph" behind it, he got shivers to the last fiber of his soul as he felt the cursed blade make contact and slice into the steel. At the end of the draw his weapon wasn't in the vault's steel body, but held upward towards the ceiling, waiting for the results of his training to come into fruition.
