Yesterday during the day Tatayuri had impressed Jessick quite a bit though she wasn't ready to respect him or admit he did good quite yet and thus ignored him the entire way him despite his attempt at small talk though she was a bit nicer this morning, making him a nice breakfast not to mention taking the curtsey to wake up him "He's such a sleepy head".  Though she would still leave the apartment earlier than him as she had personal errands to run and wouldn't meet him again until the battle between them both later as part of their training Trails.

The fighting area, a stone square platform with a circle coloured marine flag painted in it's centered with a singled chaired raised platform for coaches to watch with a viewing area 10 meters right in the form of a large steep hill separating the two from their peers. The rules for the engagement would be Knockout, ring out, give up or until Officer Kirito says otherwise.

The two fighters would rotate around the arena staring into each other eyes waiting for the trigger to start, both having their own reasons, motivations, and ambition in order to win this conflict with Jessicks wanting to put her new roommate in his place, and prove something to herself. "START!!!".  the battle becomes a real slobber knocker as each participant gives it they're all giving, taking blow after blow.....3 minutes in Jessick hits Tatayuri with a high knee to the stomach by grabbing his skull both hands, bringing her knee quickly up. as Tatayuri learns forward from the impact as Jessick quickly follows up with an Empi [A strong elbow to the back between the shoulders].  Jessick does make an assumption that this attack would clinch the victory which would not be the case. "WAWOOOOOO". as Tatayury does drop to the ground motionless.

After the first challenge Jess opened up a little and the way she treats him changed slightly. The next morning before it starts she wakes him up and made breakffast for him. Thankfull he eats the food and gets out of bed. Once agasinshe left before I did but thid time I let not much later. He ran to the meeting place. THe 10 rookies who were defeated are at the place too. THe admiral decided that they had to suffer by watching the top 2 rookies. Jessick is already in the ring. Tatayuri listens to the rules and enters the ring. When he enters it the two are look at eachother.

THe battle is now going on for over 3 minutes and Jessick and I have some bruses and wounds. SHe just charged at me. It was fast and Tatayuri doent have the time to react at all. Before he knows it the knee is rammed in his stomach. He collapses and bends forward because of the impact. Jessic doesnt wait for me to recover and follows up with a empi in my back from above between both my scapula's. THe pain and the air is punched out of his longs. He falls on the ground and lays down for 2 seconds. Jessick thinks she won and cheers. Tatayuri smiles. "You are cheering too early" Without wasinting any time Tatayuri attacks. Jessick just turns around to ace him. I land a punch with my left fist at Jessicks stomach followed by a punch upwards witht he right fist wich lands under her chin. Fast he follows up with a hook fist from the right and uses the momentum of the hook to twist around and landing with my left fist a ureken on the same cheeck where the hook fist landed. The back of my hand is rammed agaisnt the cheeck and then I take a second to take abreath and see how Jessick is holding up. He lifts his hands and holds up his defence incase she attacks again.

The battle between Tatayuri and Jessick goes on for a bit longer with each taking blow after blow though the most recent assault from Tatayuri was wicked combination catching her by surprise. She smiles as she is forced onto the defensive pushed back near the edge of the squared arena her heels feeling the empty ground floating closer and closer. Tatayuri would take a breath from his onslaught. 


Big mistake letting up. 

Both fighters have taken major blows as they battled with the fight seeming to be in Tatayuri advantage; though it was long from other as Jessica uses the breather from Tatayuri break to make her own counter attack as the fight was becoming really enjoyable at the same time Tatayuri was beating an understanding into Jessica. The understanding that this man before her was not worthless, was not weak, was a true marine or at the very least half way there leaving questions to within her that needed answering. As knuckles met knuckles, skin met skin, sweat met sweat and blood met blood. A bond was forming between the two roommate forging in the forge of stone as their commanding officer and peers watched on.

While Jessica was successfully pushing back with her own assault both parties would continue to take blows with no significant ending impacts being made. Stamina was starting to catch up to Jessica as she tried a hail mary. Suddenly crouching down for two forward punches aimed for the sides of Tatayuris knees with the intention of moving into a grappling hook to put Tatayuri done.

The short breather seems stupid but it gives himsel a moment to see the situation and give Jessica time to aknowledge him as someone equal to her. To proof that i am wherei belong. Jessica then makes her move. She crawls to me. I dont know what she is planning and attack with a knee aimed at her face but her fist punches at the side. Punching it away and forcing me to come downher level. WHile falling Tatayuri makes a fist and punches her onthe cheeck from above. It does seem Jessica had her own plan nad attacks with a hook. Yatayuri does the only thing I can in this position to dodge the fatal blow by falling forward agaisnt Jessica s chest to dodge the hook.

I fall on top of her and punch her in her ribs quickly before I grab her clothesand roll using the roll to throw her off me. I then stand up but the punch on the knee go its impact ,making it hard for him to walk fast like before on that leg. Tatayuri circles around her and looks at his opponent. I put more pressure on my other legg to stay strong. I walk to her while she is still on the ground. Tatayuri lifts his hurted leg and stretches it high up. I make my feet move up so the heel is the lowest point. He then with force swings the heel down to preform a finishing move called the axekick withthe heel aimed at Jessica s ribs.

In her dangerous situation, she waits, waiting for the last moment in order to rolls herself backwards very quickly though part of her back could feel Tatayuri foot crashing down. After Jessica would catapult of her back launching towards Tatayuri face like a missile as both her feet dart towards him "RRAAAAA". As she sores through the air she starts spinning in the attempt to make it harder to counter. Though her attack would successfully be dodged she would regain a standing position bringing this battle to a more level standard. "HOLD UP,,,HOLD UP". Officer Kirito would call for the fight to be stopped and jumped down from his chair "This fight is over,,, its a draw". The 10 rookies watching on would go into a slow clap due to being impressed with both of the two partisipants. "In three days your final channele will be presented at this same spot...BE PREPARED".

Jessica would bow and salute to Tatayuri at the end of the battle "You did pretty well"* Smile walking slowlly towards Tatayuri "I don't normally do this...but you earned my respect" Jessica grabs Tatyuri arm with her hand creating a forarm handshake* "Well better be getting home, oh and id let you cook dinner and do the dishces". The fight was over with both partiispants quite warn out from conflicting but bonds were forged, respect earned not to mention something deeper..darker...lighter had been created within Jessica soul " You coming or what.

Jessica rolls away just in time to dodge the heel of tatayuri. SHe releases a loud RAAA what suprises me but makes me aware ogf her as she lounced hersel at mein order to counter attack. The scream of her makes it able for Tatayuri to dodge the attack just withthw skin of his teeth. She lands onher eet and Tatayuri turns aroudn fast to face her. The two fighters look at eachother and the bond between them was changed from how it was before the fight. The admiral stops the fight after a hour long watching. The two are a bit tired and glad its over. It is clear that today neither of them could take out the other. Krirrito tells us aboutt he finasly challange tomorrow and like yesterday the same place then same time but now we have 3 days off before the challange is going to start. Tatayuri is relieved. After this fight all he wants is heal up lick his wounds and prepare.

WHen we are dismissed Jessica and I walk back home together. SHe tells me I did good and that i have her respectand grabs his hand. Tatayuri answers buy accapting her hand and grabs it. "Thank you Jessica you did great too and I am glad we both made it. I think i wouldnt be able to beart you if the fight didnt end there in a draw. You are strong and you already earned my respect after the first challenge. You are a great fighter like that last atttack. WHere you launched yourself at me it was that you screamed or else you would have beaten me. Also that roll i was so sure i had tyou there ahaha and fine I will cook and do the dishes but you eat no matter what i lay on your plate. " They walked home and more chitchatting then after the first challenge. The bond has beeen made and from now on was only going to get stronger.
