Effects:Upon consumption. The User will not use ANY STAMINA for the next 3 turns for whatever skills they may have. However as a serious drawback, Upon the drug wearing off, the fatigue of all of the stamina they would have used. Will hit them like a freight train. [Essentially, the drug pays the stamina costs for them, but in return, their body will feel the fatigue when it wears off]. Stamina cost for skills is doubled during thus state.
