"Phrase 1 in motion."

"We need more workers! This isn't going to work with this limited amount of soldiers I have under my command." Captain Zed had said as he glance over the map of Enies Lobbies. To be frank the amount of manpower he need was terminus but he shall make good of what he have. There was a knock on the door as Zed had yell," Come in!" As he spoke Ensign Ba'al quickly open the door toss a salute, and snap to attention as she said, "Ensign Ba'al reporting in sir!" Captain Zed had nodded in approval as he wave her over toward the him.

Captain Zed had grin as he took a seat behind his desk he was the acting CO while Rear Admiral Derous, and Rear Admiral Asher was away of course the position didn't get to him. Captain Zed had conductor himself in a respectful manner to all his subordinates including Ensign Ba'al who was acting Xo due to her achievements in ,"Water 7." Captain Zed had frown then said, "Ensign Ba'al we are stretch pretty thin...... so I suggest you make do with the recourses we have. With that being said your task is to clear up the rubble along the streets good luck."

Ensign Ba'al had nodded in approval as she about phrase out the door, and head toward the deck of Queen Anne. It only took her a few seconds to do so once she was on the deck of the ship. She had order 40 marines to help clear the path, streets, and docks of Lobbies. The operation had quickly unfolded as the marines quickly begin to move rubble that path the path. Ensign Ba'al include as she broke stone, wood, and iron that block the path. It was pretty tedious operation but the marines slowly begin to make progress.

"Hey Yu?"there was a short pause as Yu turn to face Dix, and said ,"Yea Dix?" Dix had said," This looks like this going to be long operation!" Both marines had nodded in approval as they went back to grabbing several large stones, and carrying them out the way of the roads. It have already been a few hours, and Ensign Ba'al unit had successful clear up the docks so more marine ships could port to help in the operation.

After a few minutes large amounts of workers 60 or so begin to pour in attempting to repair the docks of any fire damage, and damage in general.Phrase one operation was to simply clear the rubble out the way of main streets, docks, and public transportation. Next it will be body recovery because these families need closer as far as there loves ones passing.

The sun was still up, both marines, and workers alike sweat due to the scorching hot sun of Enies Lobbies. But that didn't stop Ensign Ba'al progress she continue to push her unit allowing short breaks, and shift changes to quickly handle the situation. It wasn't long until Ensign Ba'al small unit of 100 people successfully clear the roads of Enies Lobbies, well only the main streets, and docks.

Phrase one took about a week to complete due to the massive amount of rubble, and stuff left of in the area. But Ensign Ba'al had successfully push her unit to finish the operation within 5 days which was achievement . There was still bodies left along the grounds, and damage that need to be fix but that will come one day at a time.

"Status Report"

It have been about 5 days since phrase one had begin. The objective was to solely clear the main streets, and docks of rubble. It was a very tedious job which Ensign Ba'al had instructed , and command the grunts to do. But she somehow manage to get the roads clear now supplies, and other resources could be secured. The reconstruction of Enies Lobbies was going to be a tedious task but with the combine help of Captain Zed, and the entire battalion of Queen Anne they should be able to maintain a decent level of recovery for Lobbies.

Captain Zed had decide to review the status of phrase one. He had left the ship earlier this morning with Ensign Ba'al to review the status of Lobbies, and let it known it wasn't in good condition. If you would walk along the streets of Enies you would see dead bodies, fire damage, and building foundation destroyed. Captain Zed had a list of things he had wanted to do but the next thing was the removal of the dead bodies, and reconstruction of these damage building. He knew phrase two would take time but he didn't have any problem with quickly getting it done so Lobbies can be back up again. As Ensign Ba'al would helping to the best of her abilities. This operation was a group effort so everyone abilities was needed to make this operation a successful attempt in making lobbies a better place.
