The relief , and reconstruction of Enies Lobbies by order of Vice Admiral Oga of the Marines..... Today was a fine day to be a World Government official Captain Zed, along with Ensign Ba'al have been selected to led the reconstruction of Enies Lobbies, along with rescue, and recovery of all fallen marines. As for Rear Admiral Kringle he had been selected for other duties to attend to which was just as important as this task. If everything goes good Ensign Ba'al and Captain Zed had the possibility of landing in News Coo which was beneficial to the whole entire crew.Today operations was finishing touches of the bridge, and justice tower. The battalion had been working around the clock to restore both the Bridge, and Justice tower."We will start here, here, and here."Captain Zed had said as he pointed along the map there was several nods from several people who stood along the table. The battalion had been working for a few months, and most of the rubble,dead bodies, and fire damages have been repaired.

Ensign Ba'al was the second in command in this operation acting as the XO due to recommendation from others marines officials. The retrieval of dead marines officials, and civilians would offer up needed closer for the families back home awaiting for funeral arrangements. The workers had already made it towers the towers of justice, and had begin operation for bridge reconstruction. Captain Zed, and Ensign Ba'al was carrying supplies and giving orders to the marines, and workers that needed to be instructed today was a proud day to be a marine. Don't get me wrong this wasn't no easy feat the long hours the consistent hauling, and clearing had taken a toll on the unit. Not only was Captain Zed, and Ensign Ba'al was working they had the Queen Anne help cleared the rubble within the sea.This objective wasn't no easy feat after all they had too put in massive amounts of work in order to repair, and fix. The number of dead bodies was great numbering in a few thousand give or take they half battalion shifts change for rubble cleaning, and body retrieval. It had taken Captain Zed, and Ensign Ba'al to organize this operation to the level they have it now at. All around the clock they had reporters snapping pictures for political purposes for the world government image as a super power. Most of the pictures consist of Captain Zed, and Ensign Ba'al effort in relief, and reconstruction. But Captain Zed, and Ensign Ba'al never stop they had continue to help repair to whatever level they could provide finally after a 8 week or so lobbies was in a condition to accept tourist, and it operate to a level of standards there was bit, and pieces of damage but ultimately the majority of the task was done. Because people was working around the clock to entire families get closer as well as Lobbies continue to stand as reputation of World Government power, and influence. Both Xo, and Co spoke on the accident, that had occurred both spoke about there efforts as of what they were doing, and future goals that they wanted to insure that this never happen again.

Ensign Ba'al was happy with the amount of work, and efforted he place in this operation. The fake friendship should give him a edge in the future. More importantly was the rewards she will be giving for her continue service to the marines. While she been on Enies Lobbies she had touch, and did every aspect of the operation. Whether it was in her field or not she follow orders , and help built, or retrieve bodies. This entire operation was tedious one, and this group of workers, and marines had finally come together to reach there goal which was a umistakenly important marine hub for the world government.

Yea Ba'al had for minors injuries with helping with the reconstruction but it was all worked the effort they had come to this day. Captain Zed had just finishing cutting the ribbon which reopen the justice tower. The flow of Enies Lobbies had return back to normal as if those bastard pirates never attack this place. Unfortunately for pirates who did they was rewarded with Impel Down or so it was rumored. Many high ranking officials congratulate Captain Zed, and Ensign Ba'al of there great work. It was noted the amount of effort to make this place to better place for all marines. Ensign Ba'al was amongst the marines chatting making more connection while established herself within the ranks. There will be a time where she will have to break these chains,and use these connections.

Later on Captain Zed had spoke to everyone as a whole commending everyone of there great work. The entire battalion was celebrating at the local bars or out partying within the city. As for Ensign Ba'al she had took the time to rest, and think of her next plan. Things was going smoothly but Ba'al may be stuck on Lobbies that is good as well as bad.

***Due to the somewhat recent activities within enies, the east side of the island has suffered from massive fire damage, while buildings from the trios assaults are scattered across the region. The tower of justice and bridge connecting the small island are completely destroyed and submerged. Rubble litters the land and rebuilding is slowly starting, bodies are still needing to be moved, no living are underneath the rubble. The air reeks of death due to bodies yet to be found.***

"Done time to rest"

Night had rolled in, and majority of the battalion was out celebrating. Ensign Ba'al was finishing up several pieces of paperwork preparing to put in for her promotion. Even though she is unsure if she will get it she believe she have done more then enough for it with the reconstruction of Lobbies done. It was time for Ensign Ba'al to request pick up by the main battalion so she can return back to water 7. When she left everything was running smoothly but the company still had ways to go now it was up to Ba'al to finish things up.

The night was long as Ensign Ba'al retired to her bed. It wasn't like her to just turn in without a care but she had earn it. After all she help finish rebuild lobbies that was a big achievement in itself. Enies Lobbies was better then ever the streets was clean the dead was removed. Everything they had work hard for was completed relationship was made, and fake bond was established. All in the name of justice which tried to make the world a better place. Would the world government make the New World, and Paradise a better world or will the rebels will. It all comes down to who have the better method. No matter who win there is only one type of justice that's the justice the beats the other justice down.

Hmm, good effort, i'd have liked to have seen more of the building instead of "it took so many more days". And as you used an npc [captain Zedd] as the commanding officer n realistic terms he would be the one whom got the highest rewards
