Twin Cape Lighthouse was once a simple solo Island with a Lighthouse, but it has since turned into an actual populated Island with a town and all. With a boom of piracy, but bountiful amount of ignorant minds there are endless amounts of outlaws and washed up pirates who rushed to the Grandline only to be stuck since they have no Log Pose. In turn Bounty Hunters flock here to make some quick cash and Marines try to get the chaotic Island under control only to add to the violence and what seems like lawlessness.
