Walking through the town on his day off from the Inn, Junbei decided to do some sight seeing within the town. His abrupt arrival in Mock Town wasn’t exactly. He want to his usual spot, a fountain located in the heart of Mock Town where many a tourist, town person and marine would police. It was the one area of town where the pirates stayed clear of, a oasis within a desert of crime. "Time to make some extra cash. Gishishi Gishishi." Junbei said laughing to himself as he reached into his suitcase to reveal a guitar which he'd commandeered from a nearby store. Leaving the case open, Junbei began strumming against the guitar's majestic make, slick oak, coated in a shiny plastic like wax. Singing the first few words of a song he'd been working on for so very long, he used this opportunity to work on composing his new piece. It was the finishing touches actually, perfect time and place to cause a little havoc. After strumming a few more times, Junbei reached into his case, revealing a pen and a piece of paper, ascribing the notes of the song as he advanced along the paper.
Stars across the open seas.
And souls of men will slowly sleep.
Across Across… The Open Blue. To Chase the Bloodied Diamond.
Isabella's Got A Dream...
She Whisper's As You Creep,
Across Across... Paradise. To Chase the Bloodied Diamond.
Gathering around the fountain, the children and a few mothers returning from their trip, at first glance sat by the fountain, listening to the man's words. It calmed them, setting their soul at peace. This was Junbei's song, no, this was Isabella's lullaby. A song she'd frequently sing to the orphans at the Base #45. Finishing the first line of the score, Junbei noticed the people around him but he was so engrossed at crafting the lullaby, he wasn't bothered by the spectators. The onlookers eyes became drowsy, as they listened to the song, engrossed in the melody. Starting the second line of the score, he alternated the chords of the note progression, trying alternate the overall sound being crafted. It as if he wanted to act a piper, drawing his listeners into the melody's simplicity. It was like abstract art, the music's complexity came in it's simplistic nature of the tune, the complexity lied in the nature of the notes progressing differently, every other line of the almost completing score. Within hours, several members of Mock Town surrounded the fountain, setting up picnics blankets and small circles surrounding the his working process. From the top of the score, Junbei practiced it's contents to completion.
