Enies Lobby began to come into few more and more, as the Sea Train made it's way over. Though, this wasn't just a normal day, not at all. Word was given that someone was coming to Eneis Lobby, and it couldn't be good. A Pirate, and rumored Revolutionary, with a bounty of over two-hundred Million Beri was heading to Enies Lobby. Everyone tip off from a Marine that was heading back from Vacation. They didn't stop the Sea Train as it journed due to not wanting any civilians or anyone belonging to the World Government to be hurt in the process. So, they did the very next best thing. They waiting to ambush him at the docks, once he disembarked the Sea Train. And due to mainly high ranking officials not being on Enies, at this very moment, they had a large noticeable force waiting. Their main thoughts was that this would be a tough task, but that they would pull it off. Not much was known about this Monster other than a person he had killed. That person being Derous, while Derous was serving his time in Impel Down. Though,  Derous wasn't that heavily favoured in his last days of being a Rear Admiral, his strength was still recognized as one of the best on the new generation just like Sanson, the Rear Admiral Derous had killed. If someone or even just a group was able to take down Cappadonna and turn him in they would get a large amount of popularity and praise. Something anyone aspiring to be great in this world would want.

The Sea Train will stop and many would begin to disembark, and be to follow a certain route to get out of the way. Cappadonna was the only one not to disembark, as he new of this ambush. And that was fine with him, as he wanted this. No, he didn't plan to attack any of them at all. This was him turning himself in, and hopefully being sent to Impel Down. But, he just knew they were going to do something dumb, maybe shoot him right when he disembarked. Whatever it was he was going to finish this last sentence in his book first, before going.

"And, he never regretted his discussion. " That was the last line within his book, and it spoke so much to him.

Cappadonna would rise from his seat and begin to head to the exit, the light somewhat blinding. As he disembarked he had his Haki pushed to it's absolute limit. Not to really look out for danger, but to take all of Enies Lobby in, or as much as he could, before getting arrested. As this may be the last time he ever gets to be outside, in a long time. 'They sure have a lot of guns trained on me, gosh. But it is expected.' Cappadonna would just stand there he wasn't afraid of getting shot, but he was thinking. He wasn't sure on how to go about all of this, at all. He didn't know if he should just say he is going to turn himself in or let them speak.

"DANIELS BLOOM! BETTER KNOWN AS CAPPADONNA, YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR YOUR CRIMES! WHICH ARE BREAKING INTO IMPEL DOWN AND MURDERING A INMATE AND CAUSING A RIOT! SINKING A MARINE VESSEL! AND OTHER CRIMES AGAINST THE WORLD GOVERNMENT AS WELL AS CITIZENS ON VARIOUS ISLANDS! SO, COME PEACEFULLY OR BUY FORCE!"


Cappadonna would sigh, as he did only two of those things. But, it didn't surprise him he would be blamed for many other things. He wouldn't deny anything though, as he didn't care to at all. "Well, since you only gave me two options I can only go wi-" A gunshot would be heard throughout the dock as it hit Cappadonna in the center of the chest Someone must have gotten jumpy and fired at him out of fear he was going to try and have them take him by force, which he wasn't going to pick.

"Guns won't work, but nice try I guess. But, guys I'm turning myself in. BUT only one person gets that chance, and I pick." Cappadonna would move his finger back and forth till he would put to the other end of the dock, at the Giant. Assuming the goliath was a Marine. If he wanted to be captured he at least wanted to give the credit to just one person.

"For a Giant you are a bit weak? No?" Cappadonna would ask when he allowed ther Giant to pick him up. He had never ridden this high up before, and picking the Giant to turn him in was one of those reasons.

"We will allow you to transport him to the Courthouse, but we all are coming as well. He is more dangerous than you think, Giant." The Marine that had spoke earlier would say, relieved that Cappadonna was turning himself in. Though, he planned to spin this story. This needed to be the Marines with the help of whoever this Giant were able to subdue Cappadonna, with little effort. As this large group, that seemed more like an Parade, began to head to the Courthouse a Marine would call in. As once they arrive Cappadonna would need to be chained properly, as they weren't going to let the Giant carry the man all the way there. SO basically preparation were being made so he could be sentenced at the courthouse and then put on the ship to Impel Down. They might even allow the Giant to tag along if he wished it to make sure Cappadonna didn't try to pull anything. As any help for this current situation would be welcomed.

If the Giant responded to Cappadonna's earlier comment Cappadonna would say something else. "Cause I can help you out, Big guy." Cappadonna didn't have anything else to do and they had a ways before the courthouse. Even with this guy's size he wouldn't be able to transverse this Island like it wasn't nothing, especially since he couldn't take regular paths. As there were many large Marines, Giants or close to it, and there were designated area for them to walk at to get places. Those areas also having to be used for when a large group of criminals or just a large group needed to pass through without being so crowded. As it wasn't uncommon for people to be extremely large. So accommodations ere already made for tha a long time ago.
