The ship had docked not even thirty minutes ago. Nenrei, the Queen of Atlantis at the moment was talking to one of the marines on the base. The base known as Impel Down. It housed some of the most argumental powerful creatures in the world of pirates. At the moment she was standing near the bar like door that led to the interior of the base. Where she stood was actually the docks. A square slab of stone that was 50 meters long and 50 meters wide. The door itself probably being half of that. She was talking to someone by the name of Rin, a Head Jailor. Apparently she was the one who kept the prisoners in check when things were going out of hand. If Nenrei were to join the ranks of Impel, she would probably first be a head jailor.

15 feet away from the door itself. Standing where would be the middle of it if she was up closed. She would look around to watch her surroundings. Being a Queen she had to be careful wherever she was. Even if it was a marine guarded base. All around her there were marines. Probably 50 if she could count them all. A ship was parked at the end of the dock, the part that was furthest in the water. People would seem to be coming off of the ship. Each of them wearing ensign clothing, as well as surrounding what looked to be like a prisoner in cuffs.

“Who is that?” asked Nenrei, pointing to the prisoner that was only cuffed by his or her hands.

The Jailor would only shrug her shoulders as she would say “Probably a newcomer. Must be pretty powerful if they are surrounding it like that.” said the jailor.

Nenrei would only nod as she would just stare seeing that they were about 20 meters away. It was her first day here and she didn’t want to seem like a fool amongst the others. Even if she was one of the most well known marines in the world. Her seastone edged sword in her right hand and her other sword in the safety of its sheath on her left hip. Her wand in the sleeve of her cloak on her left arm. She was ready for anything to go down.

See, the Kuja wasn't one for games. Being only 5.5 meters away from the prisoner and his guards, she could already hear the conversation that was in the makes. Something about the prisoner going back to the the Blues to do the nasty with the ensign's mom. It was at that time when the Kuja knew this was her chance to act if the ensign would choose to do something stupid. Taking 5 big steps backwards, covering a three meter distance leaving a eight and half meters between them, while flicking her left wrist at a quick and same speed (2), causing her wand to shoot into the grip of her palm. She would see the ensign's hand move with a punch directed at the prisoner, a very slow punch. You see, Nenrei was well trained. She could track a bullet moving if it ever came to that. So when the punch of the man landed and the prisoner went flying towards the edge of the docks, his cuffs breaking in the process, she would act.

Her left hand already stretched outward as she commanded it to shoot a ball of smoke like substance at a speed far greater than a gun shooting its bullet (5). If the ball would hit the man. He would experience pain that her victims describe as worse than "one thousand white-hot knives, boring into the skin" and beyond what most people will ever experience in their lives, the pain alone would stop the man from doing any other actions if he chose to. However, as she made this simple movement she would think of what would happen if the man would die from the effects of the wand's power. If she did, she would probably be rewarded due to her stopping a threat that could be plentiful. Not thinking anymore, she would complete her action well before the man even dared try another move due to how slow he and the other ensigns had been moving.

If her attack was not a success and the pain of the man not become a making. She would only hold her ground on the slab of stone as she waited for the man's next move if he was to try and escape.

The Kuja stood there as she would see something spark within the eye's of the man. The man would begin to spin, his body almost doubling in sized as it went towards the edge of the concrete which was about 10 inches away. This was her chance to attack as the soul of the man was already apparent when he was spinning/transforming. Using this moment to her advantage. She would shoot the power wisp of the wand aimed at the body of the man not caring where it hit him. While at the same time her free hand would make a motion at a high speed (T5) reaping almost all of his soul. This would cause him to gradually become weak.

She had did this in the time fram when he had begun to spin off of the edge of the concrete. The time fram of a few seconds being her point to attack. If her attacks would land, it would cause him to fall off of the side of the building. Screaming in pain and agony as well as not moving due to only a fraction of his souls being left in his body. If he was a Devil Fruit user it would be a horrific moment for him as he couldn't swim in the sea. And if he was just a rfular person it would still be a horrific moment as he couldn't swim due to his souls being reaped and him being in agonized pain.

(Seeing as you weigh almost 500 Pounds, moving at T2 Speed, and falling from a 30 meter edge into the water. The force of the impact going downward would cause your body due to both the weight and the height to hit the water with a forced impact. This would lead to your wheel thing being broken like a bone and water going everywhere in the air. Which will lead you to be covered up by the water and being submerged like a stone thrown in a pond. And do to your previous actions which were to destroy the docks didn't happen. All the marines on the dock are considered safe. So at this moment since you cannot swim in Seawater due to Devil Fruit you are considered immoble according to the rules. Here I will reclaim my capture of you.)

Nenrei would only look with a face of accomplishment as the man went off the side of the docks. As soon as his body had went off the side of the dock. She would run over to the edge of it at a slow speed (T2) and get to it as soon as the man was approximately 15 meters above the water. 1 ft away from the edge of the dock itself with her Homie Zeus already flying out from the sky to help her if need be. She would see the body of the man impact the surface of the water. The impact causing whatever he transformed into to break and his body being submerged by the water.

Assuming he was a Devil Fruit user she would quickly screamed "Aye you stupid ensigns who allowed him to get away the first time. Go and grab him before he goes all the way to the depths of the ocean or something. And when you grab him. Keep hi under the water until he goes unconscious. Don't let his mouth or nose open."

This would cause the group of five to nod their head quickly and go to the edge of the docks where they would climb down the ladder attached to the edge of it as quickly as they could. You see the marines sometimes needed to fix the docks. And the only way they could achieve this was by ladder or ship. Looking at the ensigns as they quickly climbed down she would look back at the jailer and say "So it seems I have recaptured a man who has tried to escape. From the looks of it this prison isn't what people seem to say it is. I will rethink of myself joining its ranks. Until then, I want whatever the man was worth upon first capture." said the Kuja as she looked with a smug at the jailer.
