Nico and the mysterious fisherman had been biding their time in North Blue for close to a week now, simply surveying the area. It had been years since Nico last found himself here, but it was the fact that this place had been one of his first starting points that he felt the need to come back here - especially for what he had planned. Even though he'd moved far behind the Blues in his quest for wealth, power, and prestige, he knew that Blues were the starting point for many others that held these same desires. Though in many respects they would have just started out in this quest of theirs, the potential that they held was still immense. Nico felt that with his current status that he'd be able to mold and help direct those that held the same ideals that he held, helping them to achieve things that maybe they weren't even aware they were capable of.

With these thoughts in mind, Nico stepped forth out onto the deck of the Vittorio that had only broached the surface mere moments before. It was now time to make his presence known in this Blue.

"Hello. Sorry for the interruption, but there's an important matter that I must speak on, and I'd appreciate it if those listening at the moment would continue to listen. My name is Nico Alessandro Moretti - a name that some of you may recognize as belonging to the newest Shichibukai. I've just recently made my way into the North Blue after both my release from Impel Down and my induction as a Shichibukai, and I've found myself in need of companions to continue my journey. I've come to this ocean in the hopes of finding individuals that have dreams and aspirations that exceed this ocean, as well as the talent and potential to see them come to fruition. If you're interested, come to Swallow Island. We'll see what you're capable of."

With his broadcast sent, Nico made his way back inside of the Vittorio before the submarine once again submerged beneath the waves as they were now headed to Swallow Island.
