This spear clocks in at around twenty-two inches in total, with a six inch blade at it's end, two inches of which is carved out of Seastone. Jezebel's pole element is forged from pure black tinted Titanium, hollowed out on it's inside for a light feel. It's centre however isn't hollow, able to withstand large strikes from weapons, while it's peak and grip area carries the hollow nature.

General Appearance:
Koza's light mauveine tinted irises glow more notably in the darkness than in broad daylight. It's a rare eye condition her iris's have exhibited even from early ages, as an infant, at first scaring her parent's to if she was 'normal' or not. It was only after being examined by the high priests of Occulto that her condition was stapled as a blessing from the God's, naming her the child of promise, as a select few of children have been dubbed as prophets before her. Koza stands a petite build and height of five foot two, 5'6 when wearing heels but is often seen in flats woven from straw for everyday ceremonies. Though, she doesn't do much of this now, underneath her Admiral War Coat, which bears the Kanji for 'Justice', is a slim fitting white dress, Chinese styled. Koza's true secret hobby is collecting Chokers with bells, of all shapes and sizes, specifically, tiny cute ribbon ones. Her favourite colours are black, white, mauve and occasionally blue, which she only wears on occasions of war.
Her skin is pale and white as snow, rumours say her mother used to be a native from the North Blue sea, and living in these climates were prime for those of her bloodline. Another unique trait about Koza lies in her habit of constantly checking her custom pocket watch. It's a reminder that love isn't made for a 'monster' like her. Koza's best friend and first love, was the original owner of the pocket watch but he died on Occulto for harbouring feelings for her, due to their odd and obscure laws.

Rationale: Unlike other marines, Koza doesn't sway to unconventional means of authority. Pirates are to be imprisoned, Revolutionaries are to be suppressed and chains of command must be upheld to the last dot and stroke, on every 't' and 'i'. She's a paperwork freak, she loves filing and writing reports, due to her OCD and often plays the supporting role on missions of all credentials.
Sharp: Koza's tongue is credibly sharp. While maintaining the lines of authority, she'll be quick to put those who are of lesser or same rank in their place with no hesitation. Added to say, she isn't embarrassed easily, even if she's outwitted or bamboozled, she'll remain calm at all times, as her superiority complex permits her only to be one thing, right.
Atheist Despite her religious background, she denies the existence of a 'God' after seeing the manner in which the inner clergy use to manipulate the masses. It intrigued her, how people needed someone to believe in, a higher power that is, to properly function with the absolute finite nature of human life. A morbid belief but a solid one that has brought Koza comfort in her twisted life.
Analytical To a certain unhealthy extent, Koza is a sucker for details. She'll refuse to be part of any plan not well thought out or organise down to it's minor detail. This is simply for a few reasons, one, she hates losing. Two, she hates situations we're people underestimate her, whether it be about her gender or size and three, she loves being in control more so than playing the pawn in someone's game. She enjoys tactical games such as Shogi and is often known to take more defensive approach of reasoning.
Capitalist Though she strives away from religion, she does believe that not all men are born equal and whether it be for physical or emotional needs, people are pawns to be exploited if not born into the same social class. Marines for example can use their connections to monopolise trade and interest, much less brutally and effort wasting as earning a turf as say a Pirate would. Why waste your energy getting something with effort when your class can give you it for free or for nearly nothing.
Carpe Diem 'Always Cease The Night' a phrase she's often seen referring to at times throughout her life. The Night in her eyes is the moment, whether it be a paradigm shift in war or a mistake in a game of Shogi, She's extremely ambitious to no end. For her 'always' isn't even an absolute, more so, a situation where it's most beneficial to her. Further than that, there's a Devil Fruit she's had her eyes on since finding out the existence of it. The Ope Ope No Mi, a fruit that'd turn her into the ultimate Doctor with her knowledge of the human physique.

Koza's story began far before she had a name or purpose, as a child born into the inner religious section of Occulto, she'd been labeled a prophet of God. Her gifts and purpose would soon be revealed later in her life but for now, several major invents lead to this woman's rise to power and political status, both in the marines and on Occulto. Koza's parent's where priests and priestess who lived in the inner walls of Occulto, serving the High Order of their Church, delivering messages to and fro between the various clergy. It was seen in a vision that they'd, Mary and Joseph, give birth to a child whose snow white hair would mark the beginning of a new Era in the world, for their people and the church. However, Mary grew afraid of the prophecies, deeming herself as unworthy to bare such a child into this world, due to her transgressions in her past life. A former call girl to the Nobles, who had been used as a vessel for their seed, stripped of her ability to bare child, she'd known that the prophecy had to be a mistake. Joseph knew that his wife was barren, but his love for her shone stronger than ever.
A miracle occurred in the Summer that year, Koza was conceived and by the next spring she was born. Koza was a happy child, always smiling and crawling around into spaces of their parents small shack that she shouldn't. As she grew older, she learned to read and write fairly late, but when she did, she'd frequently read religious texts provided to her by the Occulto's Higher Echelon. The plan was to cultivate the child as a woman in the faith, however, through the teachings of males, who bore the role of the leader. However, by the age of ten, Koza realised the Church's true agenda. However, she kept silent, she knew as a child and as a prophet, she was more a piece on display for worship sessions. This infuriated her to no end, but, was the result of years of research. It was during this time that Koza met her mentor and role model, Po.
Po, was a travelling arms dealer and doctor of Asian descent, who travelled from map to map on his lonesome selling goods to various organisations in health care. When arrived on Gubo, he was confronted by the Church's Peace committee, who tried to regulated the items and literature sold to the public. Po had sold many books on alternative forms of healing, aside from prayer and offerings which were mostly taught on Occulto. 'Science not Magic.' was a core principle to his philosophy and that in itself sparked a change in Koza, who used her own followers to gain possessions of his works. At the age of sixteen, Koza was actively battling the Church on policies, using the love of the people as her campaigning point. Secretly, the two scientists met, the conversation led to Po training Koza in the field of medicine for the next eight years. Po also taught Koza many sword styles but she opted to staff play, using those as he core weapon of choice. It was a merger between medicine and violence she'd enjoy, using her staff as the premise of combat to pinpoint vitals.
In a move to have more political power, Po and Koza left Occulto to join the marines. Climbing quickly in ranks, Koza became a Commodore and Po humbly took up post as an Ensign. With the World Government's backing, Koza joined the Cipher Pol for a few years, conducting several covert missions to bring Occulto under her reign. Once she had the churches backing, Koza began systematically taking out core members in the Revolutionary Army, using the information system of followers around the world to locate high ranking Captains. Her promotion to Vice Admiral at age 29 was due to the capturing and torturing on information about the Revolutionary Army Shiro Akamine before his eventual escape.

Due to the secretive nature of Occulto and how technologically behind it is, it's a literal dead zone for all forms of Communication, including Den Den Mushi Lines. Literally meaning, certain areas within their Base is unescapable and unnoticeable to both the Marines and Revolutionary Reach.

Not much can be said about the Origins of 'Po'. He was an orphan that was hardened by the cruel realities of the West Blue and made a name for himself as a merchant throughout the years as a known arms dealer in the Black Market, whose alias is 'Gotti.'. He keeps his face covered or hidden at most times and only Koza truly knows the man's identity. He's skilled in several martial artist, including the spear style he taught Koza as a youth. He's an ominous man, he doesn't say much and when he does talk, it's often eerie, due to the firm and deep authoritative tone he takes.
