Word had been sent of their arrival before they even left Abfall. Due to detours taken by Gruff his Escort would arrive a week after the first group, the one that contained the Revolutionary Commander. But, that wasn't who Derous was here to see. On his way here he had called, via Den Den Mushi, his Higher ups to fill them in on his next movements and they told him about the incident on Fishman Island. Impel Down was surrounded, more than usual, with ships guarding it. Many even patrolled around the sea. This was understandable though. The contents of Impel down were more valuable than they've been in years. That was one reason Derous was heading there. The Prison would need to be looked over, and to catch rats. As it wasn't uncommon for the Revolutionary army to have someone infiltrate a place such as Impel Down. Rare, but it does happen. And with Chie being sent their they were sure to send some. Derous also was heading here for personal reasons, as he needed to check the spot where he was 'killed'. He did something at that moment in case he ever ended up back here again.  Derous already knew he would feel a lot of emotions.

"I'm going to need one of you to straighten my hair. And the other to help me remove these bandages from my head." Derous would say to the agents within the room, and they would listen to him.

"Yes Director." Is what they'd say in unison as two would come over to assist the one-hand bandit. One-hand bandit was the nick name some of the agents he has been thinking of recruiting called him. He was rebuilding CP9 and wanted fresh individuals he could mold. Some though came from Base #45, or had been there at one point in their life.

Derous hated that he lost a hand in that fight with Ren, as it limited him. He hated Gruff's body and wished he could've just had his saved, but he couldn't make requests to that man. His second chance at life wasn't even something he asked for, but he would cherish it from here on out. The Agents weren't able to straighten his hair, and it would stay wild. She did though, for some reason, make the ends pointed upward like horns. The other agents held back chuckles after seeing this. Derous would sand up and shake their head. "Go wait with the others outside." Derous would say as he wold notice this and get a bit irritated. He couldn't say anything a he recruited them. He recruited everyone that belonged to CpP9 now that he was the Director, well leader. He would look into the mirror, and he old. Yeah, he had white hair in some areas and after cutting his beard of the 5'oclock shadow made him look more rugged. Oh, and the scars he now had. He had, at first, praised this body for not having any blemishes. But, now he had a 'X' scar on his forehead.

C° Hqdefault

He though about grabbing a mask, but decided not to. He was known but because of his Martial Arts, and not his affiliation to CP9. The guards and Warden of Impel Down though are aware of a CP agent coming to check out the prison, as that info was sent to them before Derous even arrived. This wasn't something that was sudden and suspicious, as the Warden has the details of the reason for this. The guards new of Cp coming through, but not why. Only person privy to that information was the Warden, and maybe his best Head Jailer.

Derous would leave the ship and he and the Agents would begin to walk toward the entrance. His agents were within the standard CP agent uniform. Their bandages didn't say CP9 though, but rather CP8. This was for obvious reasons. But another was because they actually belonged to that agency, as well as CP9. This was their first mission to see if they actually belonged in the secret organization. Derous didn't have a cover other than the Martial Arts for his reputation. Most that was know about him, dealing with the WG, was that he was really connected. Which also means going against him wasn't favorable unless you also had influence.

A group of guards stood there as Derous and the agents approached. "We have been waiting your arrival, sir! The Warden is busy at the moment, but he sends his greetings and would like you to speak with him before you leave. We are though to escort you around. To help you through the different areas."

"No." Derous would quickly say. As they already had gotten things twisted.

"Huh?" The Guard would say.

"This is what we will do. I will take one of the twenty agents I have to the lowest level. You will escort five of my best so that can give me the run down of the place. And the rest will watch the monitors. If there are any problems with that I will speak with my higher up, to get what I need. As this isn't just a simple walk through to see if you guys are doing your job correctly. It is to make sure, and I mean make sure. That this place is as lock tight as people say it is. So, give me your keys." Derous would say. The Guard not wanting t getting in trouble or on the bad side of this man would hand over his keys to Derous.

Derous and the agent, who was a small boy, would begin to walk away. As Derous knew where to go. He used to be a prisoner and also a employee here, and he knew more about Impel than most of the staff currently here.

"You know the other are going to tell them you aren't that bad of a guy. And just focused on your work." The Boy would tell Derous as the walked inside. They walked passed prisoners being processed.

"That is why I only took you with me."
Derous would say. As he would give the keys to the boy and remove a piece of paper. This paper is what he'd show anyone that tried to come at him. They would soon make it to the elevator and have it begin to head down.

C° ZrJSB

As the elevator began to lower and Derous would slip into a deep thought.

"I wanted...to become an Admiral; so that I could exterminate those that went against the Law. But, I became that exact thing. I wanted to also, along the way, become Warden here at Impel down for awhile. But, those two things will never happen. I will never become a tool of Justice for the World Government. I though am not fine with that, and wish I could take back that one decision. But, I am on a new path. A path that will not be pleasant. Not for me...but for everyone within this world. Humans, Fishman, Dwarfs, Giants, even fellow Skypieans are toxic. Everything within this world is toxic. And I must...I must absorb that toxicity by devouring you in my own. So.....UTTER ANNIHILATION OF THIS WORLD IS MY PLAN FROM NOW ON!"

That was the last big speech that he gave whilst here. The last speech he gave before he had a knife in his head, and another within his chest. If it wasn't for his skill he would've died. Using a strange twisting technique to move the location of his heart was the only thing that saved him. But, he did get his revenge of that man known as Cappadonna. Killing him with this body and also his favorite student, Stede Jr. Those weren't the only people that Derous had taken out though. He has been doing things ever sense he got back into this body.

"Old Man you alright?" The Boy would ask as the elevator would stop.

"Why wouldn't I be, brat?" Derous would ask as he began to walk off of the elevator. They weren't on level Six, but level four. They needed to walk through this level and reach the next elevator. It was hot on this level. This was the level that Derous had been imprisoned on.

"Cause I asked like a billion questions on the elevator. Usually you'll tell me to shut up, but you didn't. Sooo that is why you aren't alright? Are you afraid or something? Aren't Cp agents supposed to be tough? Is it because it is hot on this level? Cause it really is. Oh! I know! You are becoming too old for this? Is that it? You are too old now?" The Boy wouldn't stop his questions, it was as if he wanted a rise out of Derous.

"Shut. The. Fuck. Up. Boy." Derous would say as they would reach the next elevator. Today all prisoners were kept in their cells, so that a walk through could be done without problem. Tomorrow they will be allowed to have business as usual and another walk through will be done.

"Oh, wow. Cussing at a child, wouldn't Ca-"
The boy wouldn't finish his sentence as Derous would cover his mouth with his good hand.

"You know that is against the rules to say her name, relax. You can talk when we get to the level we need to check out first." Derous would say to him, serious. He would then remove his hand and they would proceed to get onto the next elevator. There would be silence as they'd be lowered down to the Sixth level. The level of Impel down that was similar to CP9. Both kept secret from the public for many reasons. They would reach the floor and the door to the elevator would open.

"ooooh! This place gives me the chills! Can't you feel that pressure, Old Man?!" The Boy would ask as he would jump out of the elevator and look around. He could feel the eyes of others on him.

"Stay on the elevator. " Derous would say as he would push the boy back onto the Elevator. This was a dangerous place full of people set for execution or to be erased from history. the boy had potential to be strong but he couldn't tussle with anyone down here. Honestly speaking. Even Derous would have to go 100% if he had to fight individuals from this place. He would begin to walk toward the spot that he was killed at. He'd kneel down, the post being eight feet from the cell in front of it, and move a rock from the ground, it being the size of a baseball. He'd reach into the small hole and pull out a key. For a few seconds he would look at it before place it into his front pocket. From behind, or even the side, you wouldn't be able to see what Derous was doing due to his large cloak. But, if you were looking forward, from the cell, at him you'd see the key. He'd place the rock back into the ground and stand to his feet. If anyone walked behind or near him, he'd not take the key.

"I should've made you suffer instead of killing you, Cappadonna."
Derous would say out loud not caring who heard what he had said. Derous remembers him lying in this spot bleeding out sure that he was going to die. The other prisoners, at that time, cursing at him for not being able to free them before dying. He got all into this mess because of Asher Kringle. Derous was known to always manipulate people but never had he been manipulated, until he spoke with Asher. That man causing Derous to lose everything. He wasn't the only one though, as he still had others he needed to kill. As Asher wasn't the only person to blame for the failure that Derous had been through.

Honestly, Junbei had lost track of how much time had passed since he'd been locked up in Down but if he'd have to guess, it would've been about a week or so since the conflict with Howard. He'd gained back most of his wit, since the conversation with Priscilla, however freed from the troubles in his mind, the scenes of Howard wiping out his crew played on rewind in his mind. To the point that, thinking about the whole incident made him feel mentally fatigued. Junbei probably never come to grips with being unable to save them but acceptance was a step he'd reached. Jerome and Octavia were dead, there was nothing he could do about it. At his current level, he'd rebuild eventually, all he'd hope was that Nico was alive.

After retaining all of his memories, he'd realised that his larger than life mannerism was a bit embarrassing in retrospect to how he was as youth. Music and Friends, I'd lighten his heart but distracted him from the true path ahead. The layout of Level 6 was one of a semi-circle or encasing type design, meaning, there was one way in and one way out, the elevator that lied to the North of the Room. From his position, about thirty or so meters away from the elevator's door, which was directly in front of his cage, the Yonko would notice the light on the elevator changing. Strange, at this time of the day, meal time was over, the guards had done their routined rounds, which Junbei, once regaining consciousness was now tracking using his Kenbunshoku Haki and strokes on the floor using inklings of his blood and frequent glances at the guards watch using his Sixth Sense.

When the door opened, he'd been surprised to see two individuals, a boyish looking teen and a incredibly larger male, which he couldn't make-out much features from this distance. However, curious, Junbei activated his Sixth Sense, inspecting the men closer. One stayed in the lift and another exited, it was the larger male with an 'X' shaped cross on his forehead. He'd exit the cell, at this point, Junbei unable utilise the full capabilities of his Oto Oto, he'd only be able to release low grade sound-waves, the type he'd released passively, to listen into any words the man might make. They're was a pressure about him, a quiet one at that, not connected to anyone here in the jail, he'd assume, but a quiet pressure that he too could relate to, in a sense, that of a wild beast. If Junbei was Bird, he'd be a Wolf.

The man's actions would proceed, he'd bend down in front of a cell about eight feet away from the entrance of the elevator. Shuffling around, he'd reveal a key, no one would approach him, I mean, how could that possibly happen, everyone was inside of their cages, and the boy stood inside of the cell pouting, maybe he'd been left behind by his counterpart. Nothing out of the ordinary, Junbei was about to tune out to be honest, why waste his energy on random personnel. No alarm was ringing and they're was no commotion on the level, no guards, and neither men were cuffed. Meaning, the authority to be here was permitted, strange as it was, it didn't concern him. He was busy mulling over Priscilla's words earlier, the woman's offer penetrated his heart but yet, it wasn't enough.

Gruff wrote:
"I should've made you suffer instead of killing you, Cappadonna."

"Cappadonna?" Junbei said, mumbling to himself. Ah, that'd been a name he hadn't heard in awhile. The strange silent giant who taught him and Cyrus Haki all those years ago when Junbei had now started out as a rookie. Still as wet behind his ears as he was now, though, a bit of that moisture was dried up from the heat of fame. "OI." Junbei shouted with authority. "Scar-face." Junbei continued. Grinning slightly, "What'd you mean when you said, 'You should've made him suffer.' Do you mean the notorious Pirate, Cappadonna?" Junbei shouted across the room, though faint, he'd be using his Oto Oto to raise the pitch of his voice. The room's walls were thick, it echoed along with the man's demanding tone. Junbei would wait for his response before becoming emotional or saying the meaning of Cappadonna to him, he was in no position to fight and honestly, even if he was free, the motivation to get into a random brawl meant nothing to him. It was pure curiosity, maybe Cappadonna did die, and indeed, maybe this man did kill him but that the life of a pirate. They weren't heroes or as noble as the Revolutionaries, a dogs death was a compliment to the lives they'd lived and anything more was a compliment.

"Scar-face."

Derous did not expect to be insulted by his new scar so soon. But, maybe he should've since he was in a place like this. Some pirates no matter the position they were in would throw insults out regardless of who it was to. Derous would look over in the direction of the man of the guy that called out to him, a calm expression on his face. He didn't really like fools and asking more than one question was a little irritating. He would begin to walk over to the man, talking as he did so. "I didn't have time to take him back to base #45 is what I mean by suffer. " Derous would look the guy up and down before continuing. "And yes he was the notorious  Cappdonna, just how you are the notorious Yonko who recently lost in a fight." Derous would pause before giving a cheeky grin at the yonko. "Oh, how the might have fallen."

"Ha! He called Derous Scar-face. I gotta write this down to use it again." The Boy would mumble to himself as he sat on the elevator floor. He was around eight years old, maybe younger. He would pull out a small notepad, he had within his suit pocket, and also a pencil.Quickly he wrote down the the new nickname.

"We have cleared the monitoring room, Director Gruff. All levels seem in order. We also have gotten in contact with the other squad. They have finished checking over the first two levels. They have told us that they are solid and don't need any improvements." The group of agents that were within the monitoring room would say. They didn't kick the Guards out of the room, but they didn't get to sit down and watch anything. Any attempt to move the agents in anyway would be going against the will of the World Government. As they were here to make sure no one got out of this place. There were too many high value individuals here that just couldn't be allowed a second chance at life. Derous had even planned to kill prisoners that were scheduled for release, and he would be in his right to do so. The guards within the room were puzzled at one of them speaking outloud like that. As he had ended their call with the other Agents, via Den Den Mushi, minutes before he began to talk. All of their eyes hadn't left the monitors. It was as if they were looking for something specific.

'Glad to hear they have finished part of their tasks.' Derous would think to himself. As he heard everything they had said to him, as well as all conversations going on within the prison. He heard  everything. He also knew a lot more than he would let on. As many memories began to manifest within his mind. Of things that he thought didn't matter in the past, but now they did. Everything he would remember he would use. Everything h e would say would have a purpose, that he wouldn't let on to.

"Thomas, you are on strike two. Do not get another for being reckless and carelessly saying things. We Cipher Pol Agents aren't supposed to be reckless or careless, remember that. "
Derous would blurt out so that the boy would be able to hear him.

It was that feeling. The feeling of pure unsaturated delirium that he hadn't felt for a while. It boiled his blood, made him feel alive, the feeling that the Rabbit feels moments before a lion's jaw clenches down on his neck. Listening to the man's words, he'd discovered three things. One, Cappadonna, his master was struck down by this man and two, he'd been connected to Base #45 in some way. This cell was brining back all kinds of nostalgia, it was like all of the skeleton's in his closet were being revealed to him, one by one. Third, the man's name with the scar was Derous, and it was like that Junbei was triggered into an unhinged mental space. Everything came rushing back to him, every experiment, every friend he'd lost and every bit of his humanity that was stripped away from him. Subsequently, the Yonko broke out into laughter. "Rishi Rishi Rishi Rishi..." Junbei exclaimed loudly. "I never thought this day would come... That face... is different. However, the cadence of your voice... The way you taunt those who are weaken... I haven't seen you in almost fourteen years... Derous... Right... I remember you went by a name like that." Junbei exclaimed, loudening his voice once again.

"I always asked myself... What would I do if I ever met the man who'd made me unable to feel again? As a pirate... I found that skill very useful. However, you're a monster. All of those children you experimented on... I was one of them. You gotta pretty big bark when I have these chains on. I ensure you, I'm nothing like my master. I have a lifetime worth of beatings for you Scar-Face. Or maybe that scar in the centre was a gift from Cappadonna itself. Stings doesn't it?" Junbei shouted. Derous had all grounds to kill Junbei on the spot if he wanted to, he was a wanted criminal and the only reason Howard didn't place his blade through his skull was probably a political move by the marines to restore belief in their forces. As always, Junbei wore his heart on his sleeve, even in situations were it wasn't beneficial for him to do so.

Derous would let the Yonko finish what he had to say. Not interrupting him or changing his facial expressions as the Man spoke. Once the Yonko was finished speaking Derous would remove the set of keys that he got from he guard and began to walk closer to the cell of the Yonko. He'd just hold the keys in his good hand, his other not visible due to it being covered by his cloak. He look the Yonko up and down again, mainly at is chains. Obviously the put him in sea-stone cuffs but he didn't like how they did it. There was no real suffering from his shackling.

"Oh, snap!" Thomas would say in the background. he found it amusing how the Yonko spoke to Derous, their talk was making his day. He understood a few thing and the rest he was confused about. He'd keep note of it all in the little notebook he had. He didn't right in letters though, but rather numbers. It was strange but his way of writing so people wouldn't pry into his business. This boy was different than most his age. Even from the kids brought into the CP training. This was because those experiments of children didn't stop.

"No, Cappadonna didn't give me this scar. And saying you aren't like your Master, doesn't mean you will ever be able to beat me, boy." Derous would tell him bluntly. Derous thought about bringing up Ren, the one that gave him the scar, but there would be no reason for that. They didn't have any connection, that Derous, knew off. But, Derous did know of someone that he had a connection with.

"Honestly, I do remember you. But, only because of that incident you caused back then." He push the key into the lock and would turn it, a clicking sound being heard. The door was now unlocked, but Derous didn't pull it open. Rather he'd resume speaking." Going crazy like that and making the efforts we all made go almost to waste. So much beli and extra hours had to be put in, personally by me. Honestly makes me think I should hold your execution right now. But, there was one thing that saved it all and that will save you today. The one survivor, among the experiments, we called Wormwood. You remember her right?" There was a brief pause before he would smirk at the Yonko. "Right Echo?"

As Derous approached the cell, Junbei didn't move around much, he'd remain sentinel in the centre of the Cell, keeping direct eye-contact with Derous, peering up due to the difference in height. The wound on his forehead wasn't from Cappadonna, which made Junbei ponder slightly who'd been able to wound a man with such pressure coming off of him. It was about the matter at hand, in every sense of the word, Derous was Junbei's handler. Weird stories about people being brainwashed and having nervous breaks when interacting with their handlers, has been documented by psychologists of past. As the man inched closer, Junbei entered into a cold sweat. The memories of electrotherapy, lung capacity resistance draining and splicing of his nerve endings all came running back to him, and though his demeanor remained calm externally, his mind ran through a plethora of emotions.

It's then that the man's next words really registered, and then, the calmness he'd examined turned into pure hate. Lunging from his knelt position towards the gate, the SeaStone shackle on Junbei's wrists sunk the man's motion to the floor, leaving Junbei to be staring up at Derous, drained from the attempt to move and sunk by the Sea Stone constraints. "Derous! I swear to God... I won't let you use Wormwood's name to mess with my head! Isabella's dead... I watched her die on Tres Iron Lotus. There was no way she could've survived!" Junbei barked at Derous, like a mad dog blind with rage. "My name isn't Echo either! It's Junbei! I'm not some experiment you can just toy with for your own sick amusement anymore." Junbei shouted. His cheek pressed against the ground, Junbei started to laugh once again. "Government funding... Extra hours... What a joke. I thought you were a bigger man than this Derous. Were you just the World Government's Lap Dog all along!?" Junbei shouted. "You remember what you told us in the Echo Project... We were made to purify the world? Are you so sure that the side you stand on is so pure anymore?" Junbei concluded. Panting against the floor from his injuries and restraints, the Songbird's Sweat began to fill the floor. In his head, Junbei's mind couldn't process the possibility of Wormwood being alive. After the Six Week War on Tres Iron Lotus, Junbei stabbed his blade through the woman's chest, watching her fall off the Iron Island to her death. Either the Sea Kings or the elements took her that day, and it was the reason that Junbei had been so ruthless in his defence of Tres, it was like, protecting the island that cost him his dream, it was his way to atone for his sins.

"Fuffuffuffuffu." Derous would burst into laughter as he listened to Echo and watch him struggle. This was so unbecoming of a Yonko. He'd regain his composure and looked at Echo. He, honestly, couldn't believe that one of the experiments they worked on would become such a troublesome fellow. Derous even remembers when he was contacted to go and capture him whilst Echo was still a Supernova. Only not doing it because of something more important coming up. Derous would open the door to the cell, and walk in. " Echo, listen. Do you think people like us die? Think about it. Shouldn't you be dead right now? " Derous would put the keys back into his pocket, and then remove the one he took from under the rock earlier. It was old looking and clearly not made of metal.

"The Echo project was a failure, you were a failure. But, I do find you interesting. Shit, you kinda remind me of myself when I was younger." Derous would close the cell door, it now being just the two of them within the cell.

"Whether the side I stand on, at this moment, is pure doesn't matter. I've lived a....very, long life. And come to not care about purity anymore. But, I want to ask you something. Do you want to live?"  There was a few seconds of silence on Derous' part, before he'd answer the question himself. "Of course you."Derous knelt down to Echo's level to tell him this, and after he said what he had to say he'd stand back up and look down on him.

"I did see you as son, though. I can't lie about that Echo. I remember when you were the first child to smile during the whole ordeal. I had high hopes for you, really high hopes. Maybe if I had stayed behind you wouldn't have went on that rampage that you did. But, we can't change the past. Nor can one of us go on to the future. So, I ask you. Right now. Do you want to die? As it isn't uncommon for the crew of a notorious pirate to come and save their captain. And if they do come I'll kill them. And it will be all your fault. But, do you want me to prevent that...by sending you to the lord?  " Derous would look around and then back to Echo.

"My whole life..."
Junbei said as he began is monologue. "I've wanted to die. "Abandoned by my blood family, my mother... the only who ever truly loved me dead and no friends to speak of... It was a bleak upbringing to say the least." Junbei stated. "My life changed when I met the Songbirds. Even after everything I've been through, all the experiments... all the losts... I still held through everything." Junbei said grinning. "I don't think like that anymore Derous. Honestly, I wanted to know what my response to you would be like if we met again. When it came to my basic combat ability, you taught me everything I knew... Far before my master did." Junbei said, now rolling over on his stomach to peer at the man intensely. "I said this once... and I'll say this again. The Songbird Pirates the world knew is dead and gone. The Junbei everyone knew is gone as well. However, this imprisonment just keep presenting me interesting predicaments." Junbei said. As Derous leaned in and murmured what he only wanted Junbei to hear, a broad grin spanned against his face. "Then I guess there's only one thing I should ask you now then, Derous?" Junbei inquired. "Shall we burn this world into nothingness now? People like you and me are only good for one thing? Destruction. Let's start this little game of ours..." Junbei said, inching over to the key Derous had left. "Forget being The Pirate King. I'll destroy the World instead. Maybe that'll be the perfect requiem for Octavia and Jerome's deaths. I'll leave them all deaf... as broken little things." Junbei stated. After these words, an incident would occur that shake the whole world to it's core. However, that's a story for the next time.

Exit.

"I would without hesitation bring you under my wing."
Derous would then drop the key he had. This being something done on purpose and not for the reason Echo may think. Derous would've honestly loved being able to have Echo work under him in his Cipher Pol, as he would be of great use. But, he could not truly trust this boy. And the thought of him becoming stronger was frightening. He had lost everything even his dream. Leaving only a empty shell Derous would one day not be able to control. And Derous couldn't have someone under him that was stronger, he just couldn't. So, as Echo began to inch toward the dropped key Derous would strike. His only good hand would begin to emit a large quantity electricity and would drive his palm on the chest, directly above the hear, of Echo.

Him being chained to SeaStone gave Derous his best chance on killing him without a large drawn out fight. And with his status and freedom if he deemed Echo a threat to the World Government he could end his life whenever he deemed fit. And he deemed it fit at this moment. And also anyone else that would question his actions. As Echo was a Yonko and people like him should not be given the chance of ever seeing freedom. He felt the same way about Chei who was here, as she should've just been killed out right. But, Spard  and Howard feel it is necessary to parade those they defeated around to boost the face of the marines. To show that they did do their job and didn't have to kill to do it, no matter the criminal. Derous was the opposite. He would kill all those that he had to to get his job done or to secure his goals. Just how he killed Ren. Just how he killed Cappadonna. Just how he had killed the Bonnets. And just how he will kill Asher Kringle if he ever meets that man again.

This attack was simple and though it may not cause much damage to someone's outer body it will cause ventricular fibrillation from it's position on the body of Echo. Someone could stop him. But, they would've already alerted Derous of their presences. As the elevator was lowered and guarded. And the surveillance room was the same.

Skill Name:Thunder Strike
Tier: 2
Type Devil Fruit - Offensive
Range: Contact
Speed: Own
Description:The user moves forward and slaps thunder from someone or something. The strength of the user as well as their speed make this simple move a deadly one. The attack doesn't always have to be a slap but can be a punch, kick, elbow, knee, headbutt, etc. Upon impact a loud electrical discharge occurs that goes outward ten meters. The body part is also covered in electricity and if the attack hits someone within the chest area it can cause  ventricular fibrillation.

What Derous would hear after his actions saddened him, he couldn't lie about that. The other prisoners belittled Derous but the fallen Yonko. Yes, Derous struck the Red King at his weakest, but it was just. He did this so that no one else could claim a victory on him. That reasoning may be flawed, but Derous it wasn't. Howard defeating the Echo showed that Derous truly did fail. Echo, even with the path he took, still was doing part of what Derous wanted. He was purify. Just how he, and the Songbirds, were the main reason for the liberation of Fishman Island.

"Thomas, we will finish our other task then we will leave Impel Down. Tell the others." Derous would say as he would leave the cell of the, now dead, Yonko his body in tow. The two would both head up on the elevator. After getting to the desired area Derous would leave the Yonko's body in the coldest part of the prison, to keep it from decaying till he departed. He also had guards watch over the spot till he would leave.

"Why?"

"I did it because if he was allowed to live, the World Government would continue to be threatened. And Impel Down will be more of a target from outside forces. Now, we only have to worry about the Son of a Yonko and the previous Revolutionary Commander. If you don't like my actions, that is fine. But, you will have to take that up with my superiors on if what I did was out of line. " Derous would tell the guard who spoke to him. Currently they were within the surveillance room. Derous and Thomas were the only agents here whilst the others went around checking the spots they spotted that would be used to escape or were blind spots from the cameras. Time would fly and nothing of real importance would happen, everything that wasn't secure would be made so. And specific measures, that won't be broken unless given by someone above Derous, were given for the special prisoners on level Six. As they needed to make sure that they were able to make it to their execution date.

Their escort had arrived back to Impel Down three weeks later, as Derous had a new task. After he got his copy of the News Coo he was told he was needed on New Jaya. He and his group of CP9 agents would board the ships swiftly in the night, and Derous would bring the corpse of Echo.
