A blow to the forces of Oceanus was felt today in the Grandline as the youngest of the Four Emperors Junbei Von Echo defeated one of The Pirate King's generals who guys by the name of Tidus. The attack comes on the heels of Oceanus losing out on super pirate standout "The Frog" who had long been rumored to join the ranks of the infamous Pirate King. Although his men were dealt a deathly blow, it's not clear whether Oceanus will take this as a sign of war from one of the Emperors or just simply a new shark tugging on a king's trident.

Two years ago Baltigo was attacked by the forces of super rookie Bazel D. Wiggins and high ranking revolutionary Cyrus Kincaid. The attacks were deadly for those who ran Baltigo that being Shichibukai Jane D. Punk and Shichibukai Wayland Tarturos. The latter of the two was eventually found to have been running the worlds largest slave trade within the confines of Baltigo which was only brought to light due to his defeat by "The Firebird" Bazel D. Wiggins. The World Government came under fire for their affiliation with the famed slave trader and rightfully so! As for Jane's defeat it caused a large gap in Marine intelligence as she was their lead scientist, even being one of the brains of the famed Pacifista! What made this event so memorable wasn't just the war waged by two men against the warlord but the revelation that Cyrus Kincaid and Bazel D. Wiggins turned out to be brothers! The super rookie stands with a bounty over 800 million as where his revolutionary brother boast a bounty towering 500 million. The news sent shock waves through the seas and placed a target on their back to end their reign of terror on the seas. As a consequence of his reckless actions, the Golden Child of Celestial Dragons, Acheron, has promised to front Bazel D. Wiggins full bounty in Beli to who ever does him in. Dead or Alive, whoever is the end to Bazel D. Wiggins will be 800,000,000 Beli richer and set for life!!!

Terror on Marineford!

Breaking News!! Marineford has been targeted by its first Assassin! A boy who goes by the name Ensign Nen, Tenzen and Ira. The Assassin has delivered a quick stroke of terror through the Marine HQ. First, killing the Glorious Noble, Xanus of Thonis! A Royal who had also obtained the Marine Rank of Rear Admiral! Though, his waves of terror didn't end there as he quickly took care of another Rear Admiral, the Elegant Ritsu! The Morningstar of the Marines, Mighty Admiral Haba attempted to capture this man. Locking down Marineford as a means to make his escape, if he tried, null. It would have been a success, it is said that Celestial Dragon, Anubis, led the forces to capture the boy. As Haba made her way towards the docks, but not being good in combat as the real Marines, the Celestial Dragon would allow the boy to escape his execution. The boy having flown through the sky! Escaping Marineford and leaving it in a reign of terror! Admiral Haba, in a attempt to save people from a burning home, only saw as another man also flew into the sky. It is come to a theory that these two men are working together and that both are to be executed for their workings on Marineford.

The Assassin is said to have many abilities, most of them having been confirmed by first hand witnesses. The boy being able to fly, conjure a spear or knife of sorts out of midair and change it form, as well as the abilities of Haki! Though he holds the Haki of the Kings themselves! Conquer's Haki!!

Fall of the Titan

A blazing battle took place in the New World days back between New World Pirate/Titan Chaka and Vice Admiral Christoph Gale. Our valiant and ripened Vice Admiral pursued the fleeing Titan off the coast of Dressrosa and engaged in a short lived Naval Battle with him. Boarding the Titan's ship through unknown means, the Vice Admiral also mysteriously removed the Titan's right arm in a bout of close combat. Soon after an explosion went giving the Titan a window to escape as the Vice Admiral was blown overboard. Despite dealing such a major blow to a Titan, the Vice Admiral didn't show much joy over his victory. Nonetheless, he took the arm to headquarters as a memento for the battle. Justice 1! Piracy 0!

War of the Fish-Folk!

Due to the steady and powerful rising of the Fishmen Island, Atlantis, Oceanus The King of Pirates has declared war on the imposter island. Sending one of his best men along with a crew of fighters to take control over Atlantis. Howeve, the Atlantians have formed relations with the Royal Families of Thonis. The Twin Island to Fishman Island and Atlantis declaring to help Atlantis as long as Oceanus delivers his evil forces to it.  *

This mini-arc will not be staff NPCd, but the participants are expected to NPC it themselves. This includes piloting the NPCs in a realistic fashion and using them to make threatening attacks on other PCs. Should these conditions not be upheld by the participants the topic at hand will be voided.(Completion of this mini-arc will open the Fishman Island route to the New World and free Fishman island from Oceanus' control.)
