On Route, Zeke has no idea where exactly the mayor's manner is located. "We should've probably asked for directions before leaving... Ain't it?" Zeke said, initiating conversation with the doctor. "By the way, what's your name? If I'm going to be fighting alongside someone, I'd like to at least know their name." Zeke said. Just then, a platoon of marines came marching down the street, sliding towards the nearby fruit stall, Zeke hid his face as the squad passed.





Meanwhile, Lucil's men are causing uproar's at various points in Logue Town trying to located Zeke and his accomplice. Bluenote arrived at the Tea Shop, questioning Taka on the men's whereabouts. However, no matter how much intimidation or questions asked, Taka resolved that no one came here recently. Bluenote, being the crew's second in command had a keen sense for when someone's lying. "They are two types of people in this world missy. Those who lie to protect themselves and those who lie to protect the lives of others." Bluenote uttered, as he pulled the curtains to exit the Shop. "It doesn't matter who your trying to protect... No one can defeat Lucil. He's the man we'll make a Shichibukai one day." Bluenote whispered.





"PururuPururu" the Den Den Mushi rang as the Griffin platoon sat cooped up at Fall Inn, the outer region of the Mayor of Logue Town's home. "Clank!" the sound echoed as one of the subordinates answered. "Griffin... What's the situation?" the voice on the Den Den Mushi asked. "This isn't Commander Griffin, Marine Ensign Jevuex speaking." Jevuex said.


"How's the prisoner?" the caller asked. "L.A. Richards is currently in the holding cell constructed by the Bounty Hunters. She's under their guard. Also, I've make sure to chain her in Sea Stone, that Devil Fruit ability of her's is annoying." Jevuex said. "Once she's executed, find it. I have some uses for that fruit... Maybe in the Cipher Pol" the caller concluded coughing. "Anyway... Tomorrow is the execution day. Stay sharp. She's a crafty woman, all Oharian's are anyway." the man concluded. "Clank!" was the sound of the Den Den Mushi comm-link cutting out.

▆ "Not really me persay... It's more what she can lead me to that interests me. I'm looking for a particular book. The People of Ohara, who were wiped out centuries ago were said to be have one of the biggest libraries in the Blues. They had information on vast volumes of content, if I can get Richards, whose a descendant of Ohara to lead me to a supposedly hidden Catacombs, where they are rumored to have hidden their books... I can find the item I desire." Zeke said grinning. "Though, that old man told me about it... So I'm not sure if I should take him serious or if this is just a favor for him. He did say something about needing Richards for the Revolutionaries-"
Zeke stopped short, not revealing anymore information of his origins.



"As for the Mayor's manner, I'll need some more information about that..."
Zeke concluded. Walking into a back alley of Logue Town's market district, he interrupted a table of dice rollers, slamming his blade between the table and the men, cutting the wooden structure in two.
"Now then..."
Zeke said. "What the fuck-" the man's words were cut short by Zeke's blade wedging into the wall behind him, "Tell me what you know about the Mayor of Logue Town?" Zeke said grinning.


The Ensign entered the communications tent, walking over to the main bonfire where all of the marines danced around it's luminous tint, drinking ale and eating meat from their long journey. Griffin, the largest of the brunch, sat among the festivities, drinking ale, with a slight pink face, from his alcohol consumption. "Your a man whose hard to please, Commander Griffin." Jevuex said. "A man who stands for everything, stands for nothing at all. Though, interesting enough... I really stand for nothing. Pirates, Revolutionaries... They all bore me." Griffin said, drinking his ale in melancholy.
"You need a woman."
Jevuex. "I have eight." Griffin responded quickly. "Then maybe nine then?"
Jevuex said grinning. "Maybe it's you who is the hard man to please, Ensign Jevuex. I've been meaning to ask you, Weren't you up for a promotion, why give that up to follow under my league."Griffin asked.



Whatever torture Zeke and Xylo did to the street punk, made him spill information on the Mayor and his activities as of late. "See that giant guillotine in town square, the Mayor's house is the premises behind it. However, right now it's packed with a platoon or two of marines. It's under tight lock and key... They have a primary prisoner they can't have escaping no matter what. L.A. Richards... The woman they call a witch!" the man exclaimed.

▆"Hey you three!" a voice shouted out from the opposite end of the alley. It was a marine officer, fully dressed in his attire which symbolized justice. Sheathing his blade, Zeke dropped the man who was propped against the wall. The marine began to run towards them, however, it was about a seven meter distance and Zeke would be long gone by the time he drew closer"Oi! Left or right, which is the quickest path!?" Zeke said excited, peering at the stool pigeon. "Left... Continue up then make a right, you can't miss it."the man said before passing out. Grinning, Zeke dashed to the left, the very same direction the marine grunt was coming from, running to pick up pace, Zeke hopped on top of a trash can, jumping over the marines head and cutting to the left.



"Ri Ri Ri... Ri Ri Ri..."the small black rabbit walked down the street, on all fours. Needless to say, it was catching the attention of many in town for sure. Ridden with stitches, it's stomach sticking out, with what seemed to be organs and blood dripping from it's mouth, one would assume this was a rabbit on the verge of death. However, it was very much spirited in it's nature. Running out the alley, Kuro Neko and Kuro Hare made contact for the first time... It was magical. Well, not really, Zeke's foot kicked the rabbit, launching him almost ten meters off up the street. "Did I just hit something...?" Zeke thought.



"They're close." Zeke said twinkling his nose, as he reached the top of the street. Running towards Zeke, the rabbit slammed his head into Zeke's foot. "Ri! Ri! Ri!" it uttered angrily. Zeke's eyes opened wide, "Where did this weird bunny rabbit come from?" Zeke exclaimed. Picking up the bunny by it's head, the rabbit started to struggle. Inspecting the bunny, Kuro Hare received a reaction that he hadn't received from any human in a long time. "Hey. Why are you so beaten up... You're one odd rabbit." Zeke said smiling. Something inside of Kuro Hare triggered, it was like a flashback but this warm glow from Zeke faced reminded him of his life as a regular bunny before the experiments. "Anyway... Me and Xylo have some business to handle. Live strong" Zeke said, gently placing the bunny back on the ground. The two men disappeared into the crowd and finally, the mayor's manner was upon them.



Zeke had never seen so many marines since his days in the marine core. However, he didn't feel nervous at all, it just reminded him of the Camp Outs he'd have with Rita under the stars. They'd talk about his wife and step son, how he was doing in school and plans to eradicate the world of evil, to make a better place for both of their loved ones. How did Rita's husband feel, knowing she had passed? A lot of thoughts glazed over Zeke's place as he watched the camp of marines from a distance, huddling around a huge campfire. A glaze look feel over Zeke, no, in this moment, he became Dimitri again but it was only for a second, his hand clutching on the bag of Sweet Buns, he snapped back.
