The loud roars of laughter, jeers and excitement only grew ever so loudly as the fights continued to progress. For what seemed like hours, Xijion had sat idly by watching fight after fight, waiting for his older bro to get here which he eventually did. He had arrived and gave him a nod as his way of saying "What's up?". Typical older bro, Xijion thought to himself a she returned his nod to him. Before long, Xijion had heard his name called and it was time for him to set into the ring with his opponent. Slowly rising form his seat, Xijion had sneered before hurrying down the steps and eagerly hoping over the barricade which separated the ring from the stands. Folding his arms, Xijion had waited for his opponent to step into the ring with him. Another man had appeared and stepped into the arena with him, literally stepping in. He was at least twice the height of his older brother with a bit less muscle, quite hairy too. And he thought he was a giant, Xijion thought to himself. "DING!!!" the bell had sound signalling the match had begun. Xijion unfolded his arms, clenching his hands into fists before bringing them up in front of his face. The tall man of an opponent had tensed up but didn't take a stance. Xijion shrugged before wearing his usual sneer and evaluating the situation. The rules were first person that is unable to fight loses, whether it be by knock out or death. If you leave the arena, you were disqualified. Other than that, anything went. Xijion was aware that the crowd places bets on these fights and would probably sometimes go as far as to to throw weapons in just to ensure the person they bet on gets victory. Enough thinking it was time to battle.
Xijion charged in without any hesitation. Pulling his right arm back, he threw a right straight into the guy's stomach with certain amount of force behind. Hsi fist stopping at the man's toned abs. It's like his attack had no effect. Xijion looked up at the man and frowned a bit thinking this is going to take a lot more than his normal method of brawling. It seemed the man would retaliate now giving a swift swat at Xijion's left shoulder with his right hand, knocking him to the corresponding side to the floor. He had to give it to him that he was but this wouldn't keep him down. Xjion had jumped to his feet as quickly as he had gone down. Brushing himself he decided bodily attacks were out of the question unless he was striking him with something. Xijion had ocne again ran towards the large man this time jumping up at him and delivering a swift spinning kick to the man's temple. The man had staggered back a couple steps and held his head in slight pain. Xijion was pleased with himself even if it was common knowledge hitting anybody in the head would be the most effective way of knocking a man out. The man looked up furiously as if he was out for blood instead of sport. Enraged, he had lunged at Xijion and threw his entire being, mainly the shoulder into Xijion's torso. Xijion had flown backwards into the barricades that separates the stands from the arena. Blood had started to trickle from his lower lip as he was slumped into a sitting position.
Slowly rising from the position he was in, he wiped off the blood from his face and assume dhis combat stance once more. The man was already running towards him again, Xijion decided to wait and at he last minute, he'd jump to the right and stick out his left leg. The man had stumbled over his leg and crashed into the barricade head first nearly shattering it before falling to the ground on his face. Xijion quickly turned him over while he was dazed and stood over him before mounting him and delivering slow, forceful punches to the man's head. He could hear the jeers of the crowd as he did this and assumed everybody had bet on this guy to win. Well, it seems a lot of people are gonna end up losing their money tonight. After a few moments, Xijion had stopped delivering his blows and got off the man. It seems he wasn't conscious anymore as he was beaten to a bloody pulp. Xijion had yelled out "YEEEEEEAH!!!" in triumph before exiting the arena. He took at quick glance at his brother before finding another seat since the one he originally was sitting in had been occupied by somebody else.
