Today was good day for Frank. Rather than wait to go help the people he choose this very beautiful day to go speak to the people directly. They needed to hear about the corruption that plagued this land but that was being held back by the powers that had their foot on the back of their necks so that the people could not see what it was the evil government was planning against them. No, they instead only saw that the grass was greener instead of seeing the evil and corruption that existed around them and put in place by the existing world government. It was for this reason that he had been preparing the speech and inspirational words to speak to this town for a few days now. He had to make sure that his message would go unimpeded and without falter otherwise everything that he were to say on this day would go for no reason and would pretty much just fall on deaf Ears. Yes for everything to work today complete and total focus was needed which was typically a kind of bad thing for someone like Frank who prided himself on breaking shit with his hands and stabbing stuff with his sword. To take the liaison approach was going to be a new type of deal for him but he knew that he would have the power to handle it so there would be no discrepancies in the work that he was doing today so much as he believed in the cause and the want for the rebellion which he very much did. All that worked today would be based on his own belief and how he went around expressing the truth. 

Frank bounded out of his home and headed for the square. He was still in a good mood and got everything that he was planning on saying all playing a loop of information stuck in his head. The guy was a born leader. While he did not actually have the taste for killing people he would do so without a second thought if it meant ridding this world of the type of filth that would take on the people and make them suffer for no reason which in his mind there was no justification for making those you ruled over suffer so yeah there was no reason for this shit. In his mind, he dreamed of a paradise that was ruled by the city not based on power but rather on the ability to lead. That was the type of world that he wanted to one day create. One based on the will of people and no matter how it went, whether it would go great and they would prosper or if it went south and they ended up in ruin though he doubted the later, he wanted them to be free from tyranny and be able to decide what they wanted to do for themselves. This was his plan and his reason for coming down here. He would put the power in their hands. This was how he operated. If you allow people to choose for their selves then they would either choose based off what they think they wanted or would go with the loudest voice. Frank hoped they would think for themselves as he arrived at the square and walked off to the stage.

The current gathering was not with a lot of people to deal with but he felt that this would be enough to the get the ball rolling as he figured that given the monument for his task, he would be here for quite some time but in the end he knew that it was worth it. He got on the stage and saw from the get go that people were already looking despite not knowing what it was that he wanted to speak about. He acknowledged this to be that this was because some random mook was on the stage for some unknown reason but the shock value was what he could use to boast his claims. People! I ask you to lend me your ears. The World Government and the Marines are not your friends. The corruption they exhibit is no different than the brutality inflicted on you by the pirates. Frank was already on a roll. He heard gasp and a few sympathy claps but mostly just shock and confusion were on their faces. He needed to be stronger in his points if he actually wanted to make a difference otherwise he was basically just hearing himself talk and that would solve nothing. No, he needed to make a bigger impact in order to show the people that they needed to fight for themselves. Hey you! Get off the stage and come with us. As if on que, the impact he needed bounded through the crowd that was beginning to get more and more massive in the form of 4 guys dressed in marine gear. They did not get on stage except for one while the grunt looking guys stayed at the bottom making sure the crowd could not get past them. This was what he needed. 

The guy who got on the stage held a sick looking blade in his hand with both sides serrated to the top of the hilt. This thing looked like it could cleave a man in half if the guy was able to swing it with enough force. Frank was not afraid of the trinket however as he knew how to beat down swordsman by using his combination of swordplay and brawling using his hands and feet. He would be ready for a fight of one decided to happen. I will give you one last warning to come with us. We have a warrant for your arrest. Frank debated on how to play this out as he saw the people looking at him now as if he was some type of pirate but he merely smiled and played the role that he was dealt. You treat me as if I am a pirate but you fail to tell these people that you have my warrant for charges placed during my defense of the people in the towns on this Island so again I say Nah. The man with the serrated sword sighed before charging at Frank with the blade bent to hit and spear him with both sides. Frank had to act quickly as the guy was moving fast at almost point blank range. He leaned to one side while keeping his own sword out so that a parry by the other guy and a sneak attack was out of the question. The sword of Frank’s caught the guy was ready to turn and stay on him off balance making him stumble a little bit. 

Frank could have taken advantage of the fools stumble but this battle was not mostly about winning as it was about putting on the show for the people. That was why he was doing this. The man charged once more, this time keeping the blade out to his side in order to swing it the moment that he would get in range with Frank. Frank felt this time to end this pitiful bout as he knew that things would continue on until his men got involved. As the man came close Frank using his sword parried the attack by the attack while sweeping to close to react to low and deliver a strike to the back of the legs of the male causing him to falter. As he fell from losing balance and structure in his legs, Frank held his blade upright impaling the leader pirate in the chest and causing a collective gasp by the people. Frank flipped him over and took his blade out as well as grabbed his surprisingly light serrated blade as he had a feeling about what would happen next. The three grunts hoped on stage and looked to avenge their boss. Frank licked his lips and crossed his blades.

One grunt came charging with his blade and was met with stronger of the two blades followed by a non-fatal slice to the side that sprayed his blood and sent him to the ground at the moment of the stage. Frank was looking around and crowd was actually getting in to the carnage. People. This is what I speak to you. The government is not absolute and their rule is not the will of you. Rise against them. The other two marines learned from their comrade and would charge at him at the same time looking to cut off any form of parrying that he would have available to him. Frank took this time to show them just how outmatched they were when it came to the enemy they were fighting. As they got close Frank quickly took flight out of their reach using his wings to backflip on the other side of the enemies that he was fighting. As the two fools would turn around to face the person that made them look completely foolish, Frank would through the sword he got from their leader at one of them catching the one on the left in the chest and sending him to the ground the same as had happened with his friend earlier. 


Frank danced around with the last pirate left as he was in a kind of a rage as it seemed that the one that he had just killed was probably his friend or something. Frank did not care as when it came to war one flaw was enough to put you in the ground. The last pirate ran at him with his sword pointed straight at his chest.  Frank dodged to the side and tripped the guy causing him to hit the ground. He laughed as this was like watching a minstrel show. The scene was pathetic. The guy went to get up but Frank decided to finish this bout of theirs delivering a shot to the back of head sending him into dream land and knocking him out. He looked at the crowd who looked at him stunned and spoke with a booming voice as he had done prior. These weapons belong to you. You can shape your destiny and fight against the people who try to tell you how to live as if they what is best for you. No, I say you know what is best for you and with this you shall lead each other. Frank heard the clapping and was pleased with himself. He sheathed his sword and walked off disappearing into the crowd. {Exited}
