The titan returned to the form that was that of the now headless old man that he was speaking to prior to the transformation. The tears would flow slightly from the eyes of the revolutionary but they would falter just as quickly as they had started as now was not the time to be crying over the life of someone that he had just met. He had killed before this person and he knew that he would end up killing again after everything was all said and done so to lose his own composure over yet another man slain because of the senseless war between the factions. He had no doubt in his mind that whoever was behind the plot to turn people into these monstrous beings called titans was no doubt probably apart or in some way related to the marines that pushed their power and those who might not even want it. That was why he fought for the revolutionary army and against those that opposed them. He knew that his task was righteous and had first hand experiences of the tyranny that is being inflicted on the world by the marines who had sworn to protect them. His next destination was to find the hideout that the people of the now cursed and forgotten village were taken to before he had come to their rescue. He knew that that would be where he would be able to find for one thing a way to stop any of the others from turning as well maybe a cure for those that had already been turned. 

Lucas wanted nobody else to die and saving the old man had already turned to a failure in his mission so he had to make sure to save all the other otherwise he was not worth the salt and blood that was dried on his sword. If he failed to protect the rest of those that were in dangers then what good would be when an even bigger threat came about? One that might even require the attention of the faceless leader of his organization that created this group. He wanted capable hands to help fight against the tyranny of the world and if he was not even able to take down a group that was causing pain to those that inhabited this island then how could he possibly ever hope to assist his leader. Lucas stopped feeling sorry for himself as self-pity would in no way shape or form assist himself and help the poor people that were depending on him as of now. He got up from his position and straightened his face as he knew where he was to go. Though the true plot of this mission was to head to the hideout and stop the evil that transformed these people and make sure that it would never happen again, he knew that he had to stand on his own two feet and first head to the place where he found this out. His heart was somewhat heavy but he would not let that get to him and made his mind focus on what had to be done. 

His destination was to head to the arena that was underground and search for clues. He knew that if he were to go back there then perhaps he would be able to find a connection between the village and the arena and if he were to find this connection then maybe he would be one step closer to finding the hideout that he was seeking. He brushed off the dirt from his clothing and before heading out would make one more stop and check out on what was happening with the village as he had buried the old man who would never know what his contribution had done to helping Lucas find out more about the situation that was at hand. Lucas sighed and would focus on not thinking about the old man and instead the task that was placed in front of him. Aside from the obvious damage that had been done by those who had already turned, there would appear to be not that much collateral damage remaining. Lucas had already chained up the creatures that were current and made sure to keep them in a place they would that they would no longer be able to cause any more damage while he was away. He was not sure what would be his move if he was not able to change them back but his optimism was why he had not given up. The people were monitoring their families making sure that they knew what to do if anyone else tried to change. With that being done, Lucas was off. 

Lucas had to remember his way through the jungle to get back to where he was heading as the route that he had taken prior to heading there now was kind of lost to him. He had his sword in hand already as he was ready to take down any form of a thing that wanted to act as an obstacle while he was on this mission. He stopped for a moment masking his steps in the sound of the wind and using the cover of nearby animals moving as a way to keep his halt from being heard. He could hear the sounds of people but could not make out what they were saying or their position from his own. He ignored it for now and continued on his way to the hideout. As he broke out into a clearing he would hear the sounds of hurried footsteps followed by the click of a gun being clicked into firing mode. He caught the direction of those sounds and quickly shifted to the side of his former position just as a bullet from a pistol came firing to where his chest was previously. He would turn and see 5 troops as well as one who was looking different than the one that fired the bullet. Sorry kid. We can’t let you go any further. Nothing personal we just have a job to do. Lucas would charge at the group watching as they lined up in a line formation giving their leader room to shoot at him. Lucas waited and as the man fired would deploy up and fairly over the crowd of soldiers. As he got above he would get in position so that he would be able to mainly focus on the leader while also taking any others who got close with him. He would first activate his shadowbox skill that would increase the effectiveness of his attacks making the opponent feel as if they got hit with the same hit twice and then drop the flight and fall kicking the leader square in the head as he landed with his front facing the group. The main threat was the ranged user and now that he was just with them this would be much easier.

He faced a squadron of five grunt looking guys each with a sword that looked as basic as his once did. He had taken down the leader and thought that they would crumble without a firm hand having to guide them but that would not appear to be the case as they would stand firm. Two would come from his right as well as two would come from his left while the other would run straight at him. Lucas cupped his hands and fire a blast of vibrating air that hit the one running in a straight line directly in the chest while catching the two that flanked him with some damage but not as much as was done to the one in front. He flew back about 5 meters landing with a nice thud. The blast caused his neck to snap back as he landed and Lucas heard a sickening crack once he connected with the ground though he did not want to think about. His motto was holding up arms against him and no one would live. The other kept comings as they would not Lucas get any room to him so he would continue his flight gliding on the wind while using his speed technique Cataclysm in order to boost the speed at which he moved. Holding his sword to the side and with his shadowbox ability active, he would lean to his side slicing at one of the two groups in an arc. His superior speed even by the small margin that he was would allow him to cleave through both of them in one arc though he made sure to watch the others as he did so. The two remaining soldiers would charge at him but fall victim to the same ploy as their companions and be overtaken by the superior speed of Lucas. Lucas would use his bounce skill in order to give them no rest as he would parry their strikes in unison before decapitating them both in quick slashes that took no effort and wasted no time. He moved on and continued his mission.
