Donquixote Pirates | Gifted Hands | Dominick Hide |
Pitiful, Dominick had once again got left on an island he hadn't registered in his mind. First it was Yotsuba island, then it was a few other island he hadn't came to remember, ending up in Orange town in the East Blue. With a limited amount of money, he knew that he'd have to spend a bit more time in town, gathering business. Gathering his few belongings, he'd make his way towards the more grassy areas. He heard there was a recent outbreak of patients suffering from paralysis, caused by a snake bite somewhere he was headed. Though being a free-lance Doctor, within his belongings he didn't have an antidote, not that he cared. As long as he didn't see the suffering faces of victims, he wouldn't be obligated to help. As he walked, he thought of buying a weapon, fit for his fighting style, though he was a martial artist. He became fond over a perticalur pair of knives, referred to as "kukri", which slid off the tongue. It'd come in handy if he ever had to fight an opponent who he couldn't get in close range with. Without finishing his thought, he'd come across a hissing sound, a noise renown towards snakes. He must have trespassed into the feared reptile's territory, though he wasn't scared, doesn't mean he wasn't concerned for his own health.
His neck actions would be questionable to most, as he would attempt to capture the beast, grabbing a stick with a hooked ending to it. Slowly he'd turn side to side, looking into the grass lining, attempting to find the predator who's appearance was never described to him. The hissing grew louder, and louder as he walked east, as movement in the buses could be seen, the leaves rustled against each other as if something was burrowing into the ground underneath. As Dominick peered inside he'd see a set of eyes, as they raced from his figure, to another. As he tried to look into the direction the unknown creature would look, a snake leaped from the ground into the buses. A fight between two animals, a fierce one at that. As the beast came out from the uses, it'd stagger as it's movement became sloppy, as it fell to the ground. Being unusually noisy, he peered a t a bloody spot on the creature's neck, appearing to be a pair of entry wounds. With heavy breathing Dominick knew that it was still alive, yet severely wounded by some sort of nerve toxin. It registered into his mind, almost instantly, this was the snake that he came to look for. As it jumped towards Dominick, he'd put his heel in the path of the reptile, as its fangs dug into his shoes. He'd quickly take it off, as he dug through his bag looking for syringes. Unscrewing the lids, he'd allow the toxin from the snakes fangs to enter the capsules, as he obtained 6 oz of fluid. Grasping the snake by its neck, he'd squeeze the snake from his heel, and throw it about 2 meters. Following the tossing, he'd run back into town in fear, as he didn't know he feared animals without legs.
