Task Name: Dojo Attack
Tier: 1
NPC or PC: NPC
Location: Karate Island
Crew, Team, or Personal: Personal
Description: A rival dojo has finally decided to attack Master Seifu's dojo on Karate Island with the intention of showing that their dojo is the superior one. Sadly, Master Seifu finds these underlings not worthy of addressing personally, and decides to leave the task of defending the dojo to Jackson

Enemy Details: 10 Tier 0 Yellow Belts, 5 Tier 1 Brown Belts
Boss: No

Only about an hour or so had passed since Jackson had made his way from the Inn and was now training once again under the tutelage of Master Seifu within his dojo...well, not "exactly" under Master Seifu's tutelage. Even though this was the second day he'd been training within the dojo, Master Seifu had yet to personally train him after their spar the previous day. Instead, Master Seifu seemed to only want Jackson to build himself up through use of the equipment within the hall. Though a bit disappointed in this, he knew he couldn't exactly doubt the man too soon. He'd shown Jackson just how strong he was, and if Jackson wanted to attain even something close to that he'd partake in any training that the old man suggested.

The longer he trained on the equipment, the more he had to admit that he could feel a change in himself. His stamina seemed to skyrocket after his spar with Drago the day before, but now he could feel his muscles becoming honed to an extreme point. When pursuing martial arts, one had to live with the ideal that their body was a weapon; and just like any weapon it needed to be sharpened, and it seemed that this was Master Seifu's intent.

So far there wasn't anyone else in the dojo, outside of Master Seifu, but he appeared to be focused on his own training compared to anyone else.Jackson wondered if he'd run into the woman known as Raza that he met the previous day, but he decided to follow Master Seifu's example and worry about himself instead. With this in mind, Jackson threw himself back into his training.

As time passed and Jackson's training within the dojo continued, he began to wonder exactly how long he'd be training without any direct interaction with Master Seifu. Though there wasn't necessarily anything wrong with running on the treadmills, punching the speed bags, or doing multiple pushups - but he wondered for for exactly how long he'd need to partake in training himself up before he'd actually be considered ready for whatever Master Seifu had to teach him. He knew it was never wise to question the Sensei, but his curiosity was beginning to get the better of him.

After getting up out of push-up position and standing up, Jackson began to make his way towards the front of the dojo in order to talk to Master Seifu and ask him about his training. The closer he came to the front of the dojo, the more he began to hear the voices of multiple people. They all sounded as if they were highly disgruntled, yet, in the midst of all the confusion Jackson could clearly make out Master Seifu's voice. His tone sounded calm, the same way it always sounded. It appeared as if he were trying to quell whatever situation was going on outside.

The situation appeared to be dying down, as the disgruntled voices soon came to an end - but almost immediately after, the doors to the dojo slip open. Master Seifu then walked back inside, but this time he was followed by a crowd of men dressed in gi's. Men dressed in gi's weren't exactly an uncommon site on Karate Island, but Master Seifu rarely took this many apprentices. Maybe something had changed recently? There was a tinge of annoyance at the idea that Jackson would have to compete with about fifteen other students in order to get Master Seifu's attention - but this jealousy was soon replaced with confusion as Master Seifu soon called out for him.

"Jackson! These young men behind me seem to have a bone to pick with my dojo. Escort these gentlemen out."

Before anyone could stop the old man or dispute anything with him, Master Seifu was gone, walking into his bedroom and closing the door behind him. There was a few moments of awkward silence as both sides attempted to make sense of what just happened. Jackson, however, took a very short time putting any of this together. These fifteen men in front of him weren't fellow students; they were enemies of the dojo. As such, it was his duty as a student of this dojo to defend it no matter who the opponent.

With this thought in mind, Jackson knew he'd need to follow Master Seifu's orders here or else he wouldn't be upholding his end of the bargain as a member of this dojo. With this thought in mind, Jackson soon fell into his stance as he stared down his opponents. Closing his eyes for a few moments, Jackson began to concentrate. Though this may have seemed to be a show of arrogance on Jackson's part, it was actually the opposite. Concentration and Fishman Karate was always something that went hand in hand as far as usage went.

While Jackson was in the process of concentrating, five of the yellow belts in the group began to inch closer and closer to Jackson's position until they were now at a distance that consisted of distance of about a meter and a half away. Yet, before they could act, Jackson took a step and snapped forward with his back leg, making use of a roundhouse. This action would have been confusing for those in front of him, given that he merely attacked an invisible opponent in front of him - but soon enough the waves that were traveling through the air would reach the group of men and these waves would impact the water that resided inside of them, causing a grievous amount of damage as each of them fell to the floor. After this attack was finished, Jackson fell back into his stance and stared down the five opponents that were still left in front of him.

Almost as instantly as he'd fallen back into his stance, Jackson dashed forward and shoulder tackled one of the brown belts in the back. The brown belt tried to quickly get up but Jackson quickly trapped his arm between his ribs and his elbow transitioning into an arm bar and applying pressure. Satisfied after hearing a quick snap, He then transitioned into a combat roll avoiding the boot that was aimed for his head while he was prone. However his massive hand lagged behind in order to grasp the opportunists shin and give a swift yank that took him off of his vertical base.

This gave Jackson enough to stand erect and just as the man picked himself back up Jackson had got a full start on a running lariat that plowed him down. The force of it caused he man’s body to somersault wildly in the air before hitting the ground with a thud. He felt a leg connect with his back from one of the standing brown belts and he winced a bit before he turned around just in time to catch the man trying to repeat the kick again. He lifted his left knee pointing his toes downward as the man’s shin collided with his almost snapping in half. He had learned how to properly check a kick when he first trained on Fishman Island. The knee raised would be brought down hard in order to gain momentum for a foot jab that sent the injured brown belt to the ground with the wind knocked out of him. The action was so swift that Jackson barely felt his foot sink into the chest cavity before pulling it back quickly. Another brown belt came to attempt to stop the brutality that was taking place before his eyes only to catch a powerful jab to the face followed by a right cross that caused his legs to buckle and twitch. A solid uppercut would follow as the combination of blood and teeth shot from his mouth in a projectile like fashion. His body slumped over lazily and Jackson raised his right hand to his line of sight where a molar had wedged itself between his middle and index knuckle. He winced a bit as he pulled it out and looked back in the direction of the last brown belt in dojo. He'd turned around just in time to realize the brown belt was running as fast as he could out of the building and back home - obviously to escape the brutality that he witnessed first hand. Jackson wasn't exactly sure if he'd failed in his attempt to protect the dojo by allowing one of them to leave unharmed, but he figured that the man who'd escaped would be able to spread word of what occurred and hopefully this wouldn't need to happen again. With his work completed and his opponents all writhing in pain, Jackson bowed respectfully in their direction before making his leave.
