- BLACK HEATS SHIP-

"How? That little fucker!!" Shujin yelled in a furious outrage. Only one of many of the men he sent to kill that Jade had come back from the battle plus the punk even had the audacity to threaten him. "Who the fuck does he think he is!!" Shujin yelled more, throwing everything off of the desk in his office. He had never had this much trouble from anyone! All the punks who had defied him had been killed by his crew or his elite three but not with this one. If this punk wanted to fight then he would give him one. Shujin would make sure Jade died painfully too. "Go gather some people and bring them to me, we are officially declaring war on this Jade character" Shujin said gritting his teeth.

- JADE-

The pink kimono fluttered in the wind as his sword sliced the air. It was a rather chilly day in Mock town and Jade was training in the woods behind the abandoned house he stayed in, giving every last ounce of concentration he had. He was going to have to gather every ounce of strength he had to fight the captain of the black heats because even though he was powerful, a captain of a crew is also powerful in their own right. Jade had a few thoughts that he wasn't going to be strong enough and wished that his crew was here to help but he couldn't always depend on them. He was a pirate now and was already strong enough to take on marines and even a Commodore, with help of course. "I got to start believing in myself more and stop relying so much on that other side" He said to himself as he sheathed his sword and began punch trees, heavily damaging them as he did so.

The "other" him was what he called his blood thirsty side. He became more ruthless, which helped a lot but he also lost reason as well caring about nothing but blood. Jade knew he had to find a way to deal with it but maybe it would help one last time, he hoped it didn't come to that point though. Sighing, Jade stopped punching the tree and headed to the house to wrap his bleeding hands. It was finally time for him to end this blood shed, this "war" the black heats had declared on him. "I'm going defeat them, I'm going to defeat them" Jade said actually being a bit nervous before not ever having to take on an entire pirate crew including a captain by himself.

After wrapping up his arms Jade made his way through Mock town towards the dock where ships typically were kept when crews stayed here. He had no idea which ship may be there's but he knew if one of the black heats saw his face from the ship they would come rushing for him however to make it easier he would yell for them. As he arrived to the dock he looked around at several ships before yelling, "BLACK HEATS, IVE COME FOR YOUR CAPTAIN!" his blood began to rush as he knew his battle was about to start.

-BLACK HEATS SHIP-

The black heat pirates began to gather their men and weapons in preparation of the battle with Jade. Shujin had told them to get the strongest weapon they could and to be ready to kill the man as soon as they see him but before that he wanted to talk to them all. They all gathered on the main deck of the ship to listen to what they had to say before heading off to find their target. "Crew! Today we go and kill one man who defied us!" Shujin started and his crew began to cheer. "We will make him suffer for what he has done! But I must warn you, if one of you decides to run away from this battle I will murder you!" He added the excited cheers turned into faint scared cheering. Shujin was trying to make sure they knew if they decided to run from the man whom they declared war on, they were betraying the crew and the punishment would be death.

"Now lets go find this pu.." Shujin was cut off by the sound of someone yelling and he believe he knew who it was. "BLACK HEATS, IVE COME FOR YOUR CAPTAIN" the voice said meaning it had to be Jade, who said he was going to come for him and it seems he was right below their ship on the dock. "THE TIME HAS COME, GO KILL HIM!!!" Shujin said as his crew began to yell and run off the ship towards the docks where Jade stood. "I'll make sure to end this today" Shujin said as he began to gather his equipment for battle as well.

-JADE-

It had been a few minutes since Jade had yelled out what he did and he thought that they might not actually be on the docks. He found out he was wrong as he heard yelling and people screaming "Die Jade!" As they came off of the ship. He really didn't want to have to deal with anyone besides the captain but he should have known the crew would come and try weakening him so the captain would easily defeat him. It wasn't going to work this time. "Die!" Two pirates finally found their way off of the ship before the rest and started attacking Jade with their fist. The two pirates punches were nothing to Jade and he easily dodged them. Jade finally got tired of the two and saw more of their crew approach so he caught both of their fist and smashed them together, when they smashed together their heads hit and they knocked out.

Another pirate came right from behind his fallen comrades and tried to preform a flying kick towards Jade's face. Jade easily caught the foot flying towards his face and threw his enemy towards a group of three pirates who where coming in behind him. "I want your captain not you fodder!" Jade said as he finally drew one of his blades, his battle had only just begun but he was growing tired of waiting. He just wanted to end this all so that this crew never threatened him, Mock town, or anyone every again.

Crackkkk the sound of someone's bones was sent through the air along with cry. Jade had snapped the arms of one of his enemies before clashing swords with another one. There were a lot of pirates come at him and he knew that if he fought them all he would tire out quickly and he would not have the strength to fight the captain so he had to end this quickly. However these people seemed to not be push overs at all as the they kept getting back up after he put them down meaning he had to deliver deadly attacks. He parred with the pirate for a few times before over powering them and delivering a fatal blow to their neck, also spewing blood as they died. Four more pirates came at him from the ship and as he rushed towards them one engaged him as another fired a shot from their gun at Jade. "Sneaky!" Jade said as he grabbed round house kicked then grabbed the pirate he was fighting, putting him in front of the bullet. The bullet hit the pirate right in the heart and Jade released him as he slumped to the ground.

Jade rushed in again and cut the rifle of his enemy in half before they could react and delivered a gut punch. The other two pirates ran towards him as he defeated their crew mate "Moonlight Oni!" Jade said as he swung his sword in a crescent like shape and cut down the two pirates. "Where is that bastard!" Jade said as more of the black heat members ran towards him. "Boomerang" Jade threw the iron blade in his which flew high speeds at the group of pirates running towards him. The attack managed to hit five pirates before being deflected to the sixth and sent flying back towards Jade. He jumped in the air to catch the blade and swung as he came down, hitting a pirate that was below him. Jade huffed a bit as he looked at more of his on coming enemies, he was getting tired and that wasn't good at all, he couldn't get tired yet. Sheathing his sword Jade ran into another group of ten pirates who were coming his way.

One tried to punch Jade as he ran up but Jade caught it, twisted his arm till the point it was broken. After that he used the pirate as a bat and hit one of the other pirates, causing them both to fly back. While he was distracted the other eight jumped on him making Jade fall to the ground. "Damnit" Jade said as he felt the weight of the pirates above him, fighting a lot of people had gotten easier than before but it was still hard as he was just one person. Mustering as much strength as he could he lifted himself up and flung the right pirates into the air, "Boomerang" Jade threw his sword again and managed to hit all eight pirates with the attack. Blood rained down on the panting Jade as the bodies he just attacked fell to the ground. Using as much strength as he did to life those pirates up at once put a small strain on him and to make things worse, he thought he saw a bomb being through off the ship towards him.

"NO!" Jade said as he confirmed the object that was flying towards him was in fact a bomb. Besides him many of the pirates that where coming after him also saw it and began to run or else they would be caught in the blast. "No where to run now, Jade!" Shujin yelled from the ship, laughing as the bomb was close to hitting the ground now. Jade heated the man but he was too busy trying to run as far as possible from the bomb as it hit part of the dock, a few feet from the black heats ship. As he continued to run, Jade finally heard the bomb hit the ground causing an explosion that threw him onto the ground of the docs. Dabris flew everywhere as Jade lay on the ground, he could also hear the screams of the pirates who he was just fighting, meaning they got caught in the explosion.

After the explosion ended, Jade began to pick himself off of the ground with a little trouble. He wiped the dirt off of his kimono and turned around to look at the docks, much too liking it wasn't completely destroyed but a good chunk of it was. "Who threw that bomb?" Jade said as he looked at the black heats ship, which some how managed to avoid being hit by the debris of the bomb. "It was me, you rat" A voice suddenly appeared behind him and kicked him back to the ground. The voice began to laugh as it kicked Jade to the ground, seemingly happy he got Jade to the ground. "Who are you?" Jade said as he turned his head to see a tall and chubby man with a lot of scared and wearing all black. "You don't even know what the man you want to kill looks like? Pathetic" Shujin said as he began trying to stomp Jade but got his foot caught by him.

"So, you are the captain eh?" Jade said as he threw the foot from his hand, making his opponent stifle back a few feet. Shujin managed to stop his fall and took his sword out of the sheath, "you got that right! Captain Shujin of the black heat pirates and I'm here to kill you!" Shujin said as he began to chuckle a little. Jade began to laugh too as he stumbled to his feet, unsheathing his sword as well. "Funny cause I planned to kill you as well, Shujin" Jade said with a smirk, trying to get a little amusement out of this battle he was about to begin with the captain of the black heat pirates. "You little.." Shujin charged forward with his sword and clashed with Jade's. As they collided Jade cause feel the pure strength that this man had and was even moved back a few inches, this would be a hard battle for him indeed. Shujin struck Jade's blade a few more time with such power that with his last strike of his barrage he managed to throw Jade a few feet back towards the none destroyed part of the dock.

"Can't handle my attacks little Jade?" Shujin said with a smirk now "I thought you were more powerful then that!" He teased as he ran towards Jade again. "Man he is strong" Jade said as he was getting ready for the swing of Shujin's blade, all of his strength would be needed to destroy this foe.

Their blades collided and sparks flew as they did. Jade and Shujin's face was inches away from each other's now with Shujin's face covered with a huge smile. "Don't get too smug now, Shujin!" Jade said as he lifted his blade and began to swing multiple times at Shujin but it seemed that his attacks where barely working. "what a joke!!" Shujin said as he blocked each stroke of Jade's blade before swinging and send his sword flying. It caught Jade off guard and before he knew it Shujin's blade had hit him across the chest. A little blood leaked from Jade's mouth as some spilled from his chest as well and to avoid another direct hit from Shujin, Jade jumped back a few feet. "So weak! I can't believe I thought I would have a real challenge" Shujin boasted, he was actually a bit upset that Jade wasn't living up to the name but was glad he would soon be dead.

Jade knew that Shujin would be powerful but he didn't know he would be this strong. "Damnit" Jade said as he held the bleeding wound on his chest, he was already strained from lifting eight of the mans crew members up and now he had sustained the injury. Jade had to make sure he didn't get another one or he would be in serious trouble. "I'm not weak!" Jade said as he put his hands to his side and dug his feet into the ground, he was going to make sure he hit Shujin this time! "Trying something else? You are nothing compared to me!" Shujin said right as Jade pushed off of the ground and instantaneously appeared I fromt of Shujin. "Chaotic Kick!" Jade yelled as he kicked Shujin in his right shoulder, sending him flying back five feet from where he stood. "Ach!" Shujin closed his eyes as he felt the bone in his shoulder break, damn this kid! He didn't know he had such a powerful attack like that waiting for him.

"You little piece of shit!" Shujin said as he picked himself up from the ground with his unbroken arm. He then quickly took out a rifle and shot it at the injured Jade. Due to his injury Jade wasn't as fast as he should have been to dodge the bullet but he managed to move a bit and only have the bullet graze his right leg. Even if it did just graze his leg, it still send pain through his body and he fell to his knees. He never knew what a bullet felt like but if it only grazed him and it hurt like this, Jade was lucky it didn't go through his leg. Without him noticing Shujin rushed towards Jade and kicked him in the face, sending him back first to the ground. Shujin then began to stomp on the scar of his chest, making Jade cry out in pain as he did. "Can't give up, have to beat him!" Jade said as he closed his eyes and began to muster all of the strength that he could. "You're time is up!" Shujin said as he aimed the rifle at Jade, he clicked the gun and was about to shoot Jade until Jade finally moved his uninjured leg, tripping home.

Shujin once again stumbled back again as Jade struggled off of the ground, looking at the captain of the black heat pirates. "Why won't you just die!!" Shujin said as he pointed his rifle at Jade again. "I won't die until I beat you!!" He replied as he dug his feet into the ground and pushed off once more, moving at a blinding speed till he was face to face with Shujin again. "Chaotic punch!" Jade cocked back his right fist before unleashing a bone breaking blow to Shujin's stomach, making him cough up blood. Adding insult to injury Jade quickly grabbed his sword and swung his blade at Shujin, connecting with the captains stomach cutting it open. "H-how d-did you beat me?" Shujin said as he fell to the ground dead. Jade panted heavily as he looked at Shujin's dead body falling to the ground in defeat. "I-I did it!" Jade said as he clutched the wound on his chest as it began to ache, he was rejoicing the fact that he had defeated the captain of the black heats.

Jade's joy was cut short, however, as he turned around and looked at the doc. "No, not now!" He said as he looked at the marine ship that was pulling up to the half destroyed dock. He was way too weak right now to fight them and he knew he couldn't hide back in mock town because they knew his face. He wondered how the hell he was going to get out of this!
