General Appearance: A traditional man, Eagle typically wears clothes from his hometown in Skypeia. Only when on official Marine business does he drape a Marine coat over his attire. His is a very tall man with a muscular build, easily recognizable with his bald head and thick eyebrows.

Personality: Eagle is strict, dutiful, and in some ways ruthless. He is a heavy-handed man who is tough on criminals and gives no compromises. Some say half the reason he has his position is due to his stern justice and loyalty to the Marine cause.

It goes without saying that he dislikes pirates and would love to see all of them locked up. Their unlawful activities aside, he hates the way they abuse their freedom, topple order, and cause chaos wherever they go. This bias makes him distrust people with pirate backgrounds even if they work for the government such as the Shichibukai.

The other side to his tough exterior is a man loyal to his superiors, comrades, and subordinates. He will stand up for them if he believes they are right, but he will be the first to chastise them if they are in the wrong.

He has a neutral attitude towards slavery as he comes from a tribe that traditionally puts people in social classes so he is no stranger to persons being put below others. He does believe however that a man is defined by more than just his status and deserves to be recognized if he performs his duties admirably.
