It all commence around midnight. Hundreds of Kipp's men raided stores, buildings and households of Jaya Citizen's alike. Even breaking into the local marine base, with Vincent's defeat, it made it also so much easier to suppress Jaya. It was only a matter of time before word reached the Titan in the New World, so it was a waiting game really, however at this point of time, Kipp was the new unofficial ruler of Jaya. All those who opposed the new decree, 'All citizen's must pay 10% tax to live in Mock Town', there homes were burned, their children sold to slave traders and their assets proclaimed under Kipp's rule. In town square, Kipp and his men relished in the spoils of the midnight raid, having the whole city on lockdown, Genga sitting by the squares fountain, turned to the woman, Mercy, who was currently his hostage. "I sure hope your lover holds up his end of the bargain, lady." Genga said, puffing on his cigarette. "I'd be a shame really if you'd die, you look like you'd be a perfect mom." Genga said grinning. Turning his gaze over to woman who'd been silent after being re-obtained, Charlotte, the man got up placing his hand on her head. "I hope you aren't thinking about anything stupid again... When I found you in that little love nest of yours, I wondered which man you'd bewildered over you again. This time, some pirate rookie with no name for himself. Please Charlotte, as this crew's Vice Captain, at least gain us some more useful allies, eh." Genga said, clutching the woman's head tightly and laughing. Turning back to Mercy, "Anyway. I hope Mr.J got my letter." Genga said, wondering if the cabin boy he'd sent to Mr.J was slain or not.

Meanwhile, Junbei on the Flying Dutchman was sailing towards Mock Town Port. Vomiting off the side of the boat, Junbei curled up on the deck like a millepede. "You're not accustomed to traveling by sea... How are you a pirate Captain?" Harvey asked, disappointed. "It's not that I'm really sea sick or anything... It's just..." Junbei said in between vomiting. "It seems my body is more sensitive to the sound of the boating swaying... I'm usually like this after no sailing for awhile but it's like I can 'hear' the ships swaying too much-" the teen couldn't finish his sentence, vomiting overboard once again. The ghost driven oars, sailed towards Mock Town, not taking much navigational effort this time around. Docking by the port, a group of pirates approached carrying torches in their hand. Hopping off the ship, the men inquired, "Whatta ya doing in the dock so late at night?" the first of three questioned. "I was just taking a stroll on the other-side of the island. Looks like you blokes are super busy." Junbei said snidely, concealing his face under his brown cloak. "That's a pretty big ship ya' have there. I'm confiscated in the name of pirate Captain Kipp!" the man shouted. "Captain Kipp.... huh..." Junbei said whispering. "As Jaya's New Ruler, Mock Town is ours for the taking." the latter of the lot exclaimed, the other two cheering and saluting the Kipp Crew's flag which flew in the port now.

"King?" Junbei stated laughing. "A kingdom of fools is no better than a stable of swine." Junbei said grinning. One of the men took great offence to Junbei's statement, clutching wrist and winding his arm up for a colossal punch. The moon shone blood red, it's crimson glow infected the city light the madness that filled the hearts of the Kipp Pirates. As the men continued to rage, pillage and murder all those who oppose the new sherif, at the dock, Junbei's weapons danced like silhouettes in the moon's gleam, striking the man who attempted to punch him in his throat, causing him to spit up blood, losing consciousness from the weapons impact. Omitting a low frequency, the pirates began to hear an immense ringing in their ears, bringing them to their knees. Grinning, Junbei simply walked passed the pirates, walking up the staircase of the dock, leading into the city. Traversing back to his hotel, the door was ripped off the hinge, the hotel complex burned to a crisp, and all that remained on the burnt wall was the graffiti words, 'She's Mine'. The innocent old woman who'd run this complex and given him a discount on the room, was seemingly burnt alive, after inspecting her room, the suspicion was confirmed. Junbei's usual sky blue eyes turned blood crimson, clutching his hand onto the nigiri of his Tonfa until his palm bled, the man walked away from the scene with a bitter taste in his mouth. Piracy, yes, he agreed that pirates should live free and as they desired but as a King or as a dictator, the dream his ascended friend sold him on had suddenly become tainted by Kipp's actions, Junbei meant business. He'd watch these want to be pirate kings and rulers acted rashly in their own self interest, brining those around them to their whims with pure power. He'd mean to end this at any cost.

As the moonlight beams tinted the city auburn, Junbei's hair flickered in the wind, almost glowing as such in the light. A pirate who was busy raiding a local bar, saw the man as he approached, the low frequency waves he was omitting caused the man to drop his bottle. The blood stained iris' of the pirate, combined with his smooth pale skin and demonic grin made the pirate forfeit his weapons, scratching at his ears, hoping to cease the ringing noise but to no avail. Junbei's slow walk sent many a pirate into a craze, opening his mouth, Junbei's mouth began to utter Isabella's lullaby, placing all around him who heard the melody into a long long slumber and others began to feel immensely drowsy. Using the abilities of the Oto Oto, Junbei recreated the sounds of a piano being emotionally banged against, merging his waves with his sullen song. It was equivalent to listening to a Chopin composition, calming but yet, a slight violence or aggression, no frustration could be examined from the noises. As Junbei walked aimlessly through the town, he picked up one of Kipp's grunts, whose ears where ringing even more violently now that Junbei had appeared before him. Lifting the man up on the titanium make on his left Sokumen, the man's demonic glared peered into the man's soul. "Where's Kipp? I won't ask twice. I need to talk to Charlotte." Junbei said sternly. "Wat- who the fuck-!" the man exclaimed, clutching his ears as Junbei increased the herts on the waves frequency. "It'll only get worse if you don't tell me." the man said grinning.

"Kipp's... He's in the Uptown District... That bitch... She's in the town square with Vice Captain Genga." the man utter, passing out from the immense drowsiness caused by Junbei's lullaby and internal ringing in his ears.

Dropping the grunt, Junbei dashed through the city, making his way towards the town's square. As his body chipped against the concrete, he noticed that his body was more sensitive to sounds around him. He'd ran into Kipp prior in the night, only being pushed around by his blade, Otomi's ability. However, this wasn't important, right now he had to see her. Charlotte had left without a word and even if she left a note, the whole hotel was burnt to the ground. She wouldn't have just picked up and left, Junbei wanted to share the news of the new vessel he'd found and the new abilities he'd gain. Plan there trip into the sky, share a few drinks with his new nakama, as he ran through the streets, many things filled his mind. Finally, as he turned the corner, a man was sitting on the squares fountain, at it's southern point, a two women stood, one was excited of sorts to see a man who'd seemingly just arrived, the other was Charlotte, who'd been staring into space with a blank look. Charlotte and Junbei's eyes met but before anyone else, hopefully could've noticed his presence, he ducked into a alley, adjacent from the fountain, South by South West, around eight meters from the fountain. The angle of his entrance made it difficult from those not looking in his direction to notice him, Charlotte's eyes unfroze.

"Genga. Do you know this man?" Charlotte inquired, turning quickly towards the man who'd seemingly coated himself in some blue charge of energy. Raising his shotgun's fram towards the white gloved man, the current distance between could've been decided at any point. "I've never seen this man in my life." Genga said calmly, assessing the man's declaration. "Jolly... I wonder." Genga thought. Whistling, Genga summoned about twenty of his grunts in number, emerging from the nearby buildings and crevices near the square. "Change of plans." Genga said, his barrel now pointed towards the white haired stranger. "Charlotte take the girl-" Genga commanded, his command ended as the woman had seemingly dozed out, worried about Junbei's current position. 'He's strong but Genga's on another level.', it was the only thought that ran through the woman's mind. Omitting sound waves, Junbei listened to the whole conversation take place from his current location, as the high frequency waves gave Junbei a sonar type position of everyone within ten meters of his range.

Inching over to the woman, Genga slapped the woman in her face, causing Charlotte to fall to the floor. "Oi! Now's not the time to be dazing off you Amazoness slut!" Genga exclaimed with pure anger in his eyes, his cool demeanour slowly faded temporarily. "I've always hated Kuja's like you. Just looking at you makes me sick!" the man shouted. "Your just a slave, no your place and take the girl. Let Kipp know to begin stage two." Genga commanded. Junbei's fists clutched against his Nigiri, blood began to drip from the man's hand due to the tightness of his grip. Walking out from the alley, Junbei came into clear view of all parties present. Dashing over to Genga, the man slammed his Tonfa into the man's face. Cautiously prior, Genga had activated his Kenbunshoku Haki, however, the speed that Junbei was moving at was a mere blur to Genga's eyes.

The man's cannonball fixture of the tonfa sunk into the man's cheek, sending him flying into the fountain water. Placing his tonfa into his holsters, he grabbed Charlotte's hand. "Enough. Don't you think you've verbally abused her one too many times!" Junbei shouted. The man's enraged voice caused tears to well up in Charlotte's eyes. Drawing his pistol from his waist, Genga pulled his pistol, taking aim, attempting to fire two shots at Junbei's position. Dashing off to the southern point of the fountain from the eastern position he was currently in, Junbei avoided the man's pistol with immense speed. "What in the world..." Genga thought. Strapping Charlotte over his shoulder, Junbei now stood at the southern point of the town's square.

The grunts surrounded Asher, each carrying at least a sword and several pistols. One of the men stepped forward, walking up to Asher, placing his sword on his shoulder. "Hey. You got something to say to our Vice Captain punk!?" the man inquired, talking confidently. Meanwhile, the other ten of the grunts dashed to pick up the woman, Mercy who was positioned on the floor by the fountain. If they'd managed to get to Mercy, they'd be able to escape with Mercy and prolong Asher from seeing the woman's presence.

There were few moments Junbei recollected in his head that he's experience this movement in his gut as he froze, watching the man rip through what seemed to be Kipp's subordinates. The last time he'd feel this fear was on the night of his escape from the Base, knowing if he failed, it would surely result in his death. Clutching Charlotte on his shoulder much closer, Junbei accelerated his feet, entering an intangible state, he'd never seen the man in his life which brought him to two conclusions. Either, this man was part of Vega's crew or in alliance with Vega, in either of these scenario's, it wasn't a smart move to stick around and see how this ended. Shifting weight against his feet, the man accelerated, attempting shoot off towards the alleyway. He couldn't morph his whole body, as he had to maintain tangibility of holding Charlotte on his
shoulder. The sprint would position Junbei fifteen meters away from the town square, heading towards up-town Mock Town.

Genga hopped out from the pool, pushing off of the ground, the man launched his body into the sky. Unable to pick up on the escaping duo's movement's, he wasn't able to make a clear shot, suspending himself in mid-air, by rapidly kicking against the air, Genga had a clear bird's eye view of Mercy and Asher. "It looks like those two are out of scope." Genga thought. "I'll handle you two... I'm assuming your Mr.J huh?" Genga said smiling. Sending his body into a rapid motion, Genga began to bounce around in the air, about six meters above the ground, bouncing around an five meter radius of Asher and Mercy. Loading his shotgun with one hand and cocking his pistol with the next, Genga closed in, about two meters, leaning back in mid-air, firing off a shotgun shell towards Asher's shoulder. If the attempt was successful, he'd bounce forward two meters, re-obtain Mercy and flee Jaya.

Flashing back, "The plan's simple Genga. I just need you to confirm whose Mr.J. Once you have a physical description of him, I'll be able to use my sources to maximise on this hostage as much as possible." Kipp said, as they sat within their clubhouse. Genga smiled, "What if on the off chance this guys stronger than us, then what?" Genga inquired. "It's just a waiting game really. Do you think I'd be as stupid to base this plan on one single alliance, I've managed to secure twelve pirate Captain crews but they're scattered across Grandline, it'll take them ten days to get here. I just need you to secure the girl and Mr.J's 'loyalty'." Kipp informed. Genga cutting back into the current scenario, waited to see the results of his shotgun shell.

At the utterance of the man's smile, Genga responded with a smile of his own. Lighting the dynamite pack that he had plastered around his body, before the man pulled, the trigger he reached quickly. It happened in an instant, the charge was strong enough to take out anyone with five meters of it's initial impact. "Is this how it's going to end for the two of us, Kipp?" Genga asked, as the force of the explosion blew open his chest cage, splattering his organs across Mock Town's square. "I don't know that this attack will work against his guy but my immediate death will inform you." Genga said smiling, as he bled out. "Run. Kipp. Even without me, you'll be surely able to become a great figure on these seas." Genga last thought before he died. As only the man's upper torso remained, the fountain broke from the force of the explosion, leaking the water through the town's square, washing away his upper body a few meters. "I'm sure you're accustomed to everyone being afraid of you Mr.J. I only call one man King!" Genga shouted. Along with his last thought, these words were Genga's last breath.

As Junbei escaped to Upper Town, the explosion could've been heard from his current position, he noticed a variety of grunts surrounding the Red Carpet Pub. Putting Charlotte from off of her shoulders, Junbei cracked his neck, advancing towards the building once more, Junbei exclaimed. "KIPPP!" Junbei shouted from the bottom of his lungs. "GET YOUR ASS OUT HERE LET'S END THIS!" Junbei shouted. Stepping out from the pub, surrounded by fifty of his finest men, the man drew his blade Otomi, pointing towards the blood red sky. "Didn't I tell you have a fun trip across Jaya kid? Your testing my patience, this time I won't be so kind. I'm not exactly in a good mood right now." Kipp said as tears filled his eyes, Genga's Vive Card had turned to ash, lost in the wind.

"I don't know who killed Genga but he wasn't no damn pushover. Only someone on Vega's crew could've ruined our dream..." Kipp said frantically. "No one leaves this city alive! Kill the citizens! Kill the pirates! Murder this brat and all those who stand against you!" Kipp said screaming in a rage fit fuelled by anger. "I'll handle the brat. I'll slay you as Genga's gift for the afterlife." Kipp said, his eyes welled with tears.

Arriving into Mock Town, a squadron of marines which had received the report of Kipp's men causing a coup in the city, due to the Report's from the Sea Train. Running into the city in a stampede, the marine grunts arrived, collected, arrested and fought off the remainder of Kipp's forces. "Luckily thing we got here in time... If Vega had found out about this... It would've been a bloodbath." one the marines reported, walking towards the square. "Idiot! Vega's busy in the New World, you think he really cares about this island..." the marine stated boldly as they approached the town square, smoke was still disbursing into the sky, as the broken fountain's water touched their feet. Taking out their Den Den Mushi, the men called in to their Marine Base at Water 7. "Downtown of the city has been secured sir. The squadron is moving up towards Uptown to secure the nobles longevity. We've confirmed that the 45,000,000 Million Dollar man, Genga has been seemingly blown to bits." the marine grunt reported urgently.

In the town's centre, the men reported a description of the man to the Marine Base, fear struck over the men's commanding officer, "Do not engage that White Head, continue with your mission!" the man on the other end of the Den Den Mushi screamed. "Sir... He looks pretty suspicious..." the marine reported. "If you value your life... Leave that man alone. Retrieve Kipp, that is all!" the man screamed, slamming down the Den Den Mushi. Leaning back into his chair in Water 7, "How could they let that stray dog off it's leash, what in the world are the higher ups thinking?" the man said, placing his palm in his hand. "Rear Admiral Ink! You have a call from HQ!" the marine grunt shouted, storming into his office. Calling back the marine grunts several moments later, "Put the White Haired man on the phone!" the Rear Admiral commanded.

Meanwhile uptown, Kipp's men encircled Junbei, fifty in number. Standing at their rear, the man rested his cursed blade on his shoulder. "I'll put an end to this useless era of men who don't dream! Why must each and everyone of you nuisances not see my dream of killing god!? Once I make it to Skypeia my forces will raid and control everything that Sky possesses. I'll pay them back for the racism they showed oh so long ago." Kipp said spitting in disgust onto the ground.
