A prison of torture. Due to his bounty, he would probably be sent to level two or three. Those were some of the nicer Hells, if she was the warden, then the prison would be even more horrid, but she of course was an Admiral.

She didn't despise her Admiral Position as it came with great power, but with great power came responsibility. She leaned against the railing on the left side of the ship. As the ship was already sailing towards its destination within the Calm Belt. Her eyes looking at the door that led to a stairway towards the Flame King's makeshift prison, where both of her subordinates would be watching him. As well as a few marines from the transport. Even if he had on Seastone Cuffs, she had to be sure. Maybe he had other tricks up his sleeves. She was powerful enough to break the Cuffs with her bare hands, maybe he was as well and just was waiting for the perfect moment to plan his escape.

Sorry, but I asked Elpheba and she said that I was able to do it

1. 48 hours is only for someone who has actually posted and is waiting for a response, not someone who hasnt posted.
2. In further reading there is no allocated time for travel topics when escorting, meaning unless you post your 48 hours isnt mandatory, because you have made no posts. 12 hours is what I was told when i was in the same situation so going by this.

To further explain.

Arrest are generally performed by Marines, but Bounty Hunters/vigilantes perform them as well. To arrest someone you simply must subdue them and take them into your custody. No reading rights and any of that other stuff.

Any topics made by the captor after taking someone into your custody allows this person to post in these topics acting how they wish, potentially in an attempt to escape. This includes travel topics should you be transporting someone to Impel Down for drop off.

Rewards for turning in people can be found in the Bounty System.

This is the Jail system in which states you are allowed to post, there is nothing stating you have too.
