A True Dragon

"An Transfer."

"Sir are you ready for them?"replied the Cipher Pol Agent. After a long pause the individual dress in white had nodded his head in approval. Shortly after a young man enter into the room whom had blonde hair who seem to be rather short. But this Celestial Dragon wasn't close minded if anything he was quite open minded to meet this fellow after all his spread sheet was quite a long one. He was sure that if this spread sheet was true then this individual skills would be up to par.

After the man had enter the door behind the man had closed shut. The man had remain quiet as he bow his head slightly as a sign of respect. The Celestial Dragon had nodded his head in approval as he signal the man to come join him at the table. The table was a long square table capable of holding about eight people total there was 3 sides on left side, 3 on the right side, and 1 on the each end of the table.

The Celestial Dragon had sat on one end of the table while his guest had sat on the other end of the table. Shorty after they sat there was a knock on the door, and another man enter whom was wearing an all black suit carrying what seems to be a envelope. The man was sure to bow to show respect to the Celestial Dragon as he enter then set the vanilla envelope on the table after he had done this he had left the room. Once again sitting the door as the room had remain quiet neither party had talk.

A True Dragon

"Information."

After sitting for several minutes uncomfortable minutes the former Noble Meji had broken the silence as he said,"Thank you for seeing me Lord Young. I know you are a very busy ma-." The Celestial Dragon didn't say nothing in reply instead he had hold up his hand. Which pretty much cut off the former noble sentence. After the former noble had stop talking he had grab the vanilla envelope that the agent had brought him, and begin to open it, and read in silence. As he had read to himself. Meji had begin to think to himself,"The bastard is more disrespectful then Anubis... I guess that can't be help seeing as they think they are better then us."

Meji trained of through was interrupt by the Celestial Dragon whom was shuffling of paper work which he was reading through. After a few minutes the Celestial Dragon had stop, and place the paper down as his pure red eyes sparkly due to the light that shine in the room. After a few seconds Hiroko had said,"Meiji Shiranui...correct?" The Celestial Dragon had waited for the former noble to either reply or nod his head.

Which the former noble chose to reply by nodding his head in approval. Hiroko had then said,"Meiji Shiranui you are a very popular man. These papers I am looking at is just half of your records, and history. The Celestial Dragon Anubis White had ask me to take you off his hands. I am in the process of considering this request. But I am unsure so tell me about yourself."

Meji had smile a bit as he said,"Well Lord Young what would you like to know?". The Celestial Dragon had glance at Meji for a bit then return his attention to the paper work then replied,"I want to know everything come walk with me Meji." With that the Celestial Dragon had place his hands against the table as he push back against the table. He was attempting to push his chair back which was successful shortly after he had stood up as he signature for the former noble to follow him out the door.

A True Dragon

"The Walk."

The Celestial Dragon was sure to make sure that Meji was first to leave the room that they was end. After stepping outside there was exactly six cipher pol agents outside waiting for the Celestial Dragon. The young Celestial Dragon had said,"Gentleman we are going for a walk please join us." There was several nods of head as they took there position three had lead the group, and three was place behind the Celestial Dragon party their was four meters gap between the Celestial Dragon party,and them.

As they had walk along the long hall of the building several people move out the way of the approaching Celestial Dragon party as they was able to identity whom he was, and what he had stand for. It didn't take long for the Celestial Dragon to arrive at the large group of window that offer a beautiful view of Marine Ford. Hiroko had signal the Cipher Pol to clear the area so he can talk to Meji alone.

Well not completely alone but away from the ears of common men or women of the marines. Once again the young Celestial Dragon had shown his influence to Meji. Whom now stood right beside him looking out the window just as the Celestial Dragon did. While Hiroko look out side the window he had said,"So tell me what do you see before you?"

Meji was the first to leave the room that him, and the Celestial Dragon was in after a few seconds the Celestial Dragon had instructed him to follow him. Which he didn't have no problem of doing as they walk down the long hallways there was a few twist of turns but ultimately they had arrive at the destination. It had took them a few minutes to arrive but all in all he seen how the people respect or fear the Celestial Dragon which made sense in a way.

After they arrive at the beautiful view of Marine Ford the Celestial Dragon question Meji asking him what did he see. Meji took a few seconds to ponder the Celestial Dragon words then he had replied accordingly saying,"To be frank I see a lot of men ,
and woman living, working, and things of that nature.... Why do you ask?" He had glance at the Celestial Dragon whom seem to be deep in though.

"The talk."

The Celestial Dragon had closed his eyes momentarily as Meji responded to his question. How Celestial Dragon view this city was somewhat similar to his however not exactly. Lucky for Meji the young Celestial Dragon was an open minded individual meaning he was open to different point view.Which is a trait that many Celestial Dragon have after all they see there word is law, and nothing they say can be wrong.

But this young Celestial Dragon had learn long ago that after people opinion not just his even though he was raise kind different from other Celestial Dragon. He was kinda taught to value other opinion as long as it had made sense , and never force his opinion on any one that doesn't want it. He is an man of his word, and above all he believes that everyone deserve a chance.

After the former noble spoke the Celestial Dragon had open his eyes then said,"I like to explain my point of view through a bit of a metaphor that explains how I see the people of Marine Ford. I have fond interest of the insect known as a Ant these creatures have split of society in categorizes that dictate each of there status, and jobs. But you see these insect job was chose at birth, and they never had the opportunity to change it. But here in Marine Ford people despite having a opportunity to change there status or job they decide not to. Do you know why that is Meji? "

The former noble known as Meji had carefully listen to the Celestial Dragon words. This young dragon was quite different from the previous Celestial Dragon whom had recently work for which wasn't a bad thing. Anubis had decide to this man was a better choice for Meji to reach his dream of a better world. At first he wasn't sure how to respond to the Celestial Dragon because he didn't want to offend a man of his status. Which he decide to say,"I would say because they feel they can't reach whatever they wish to achieve."
