Mashiba was honestly sick of all the nonsense. All over Rubeck he wandered around aimlessly; and while he never actively looked for trouble it seemed to follow him wherever he went. So, in his seemingly pointless quest for peace he found himself embarking on a journey deep into the desert. In the sandy expanse of the desert, it would be nearly impossible for Masiba to get into any sort of serious trouble. For his journey, Mashiba was dressed in a thin jacket to help him deal with the sand, but he had a scarf on as well to cover his mouth as well as to look cool. "Now that the world...er- desert is my oyster, anything is possible," With that thought in mind Mashiba continued his journey, actually taking his time to walk instead of flying so that he could get the full exploration experience. As he continued to walk in the desert Mashiba began to understand the biggest problem with wandering aimlessly around a nearly uninhabited area such as the desert; being alone in the desert was really fucking boring. It was no wonder no one had attempted to make any sort of village in this specific area of the island. It was hot, dry and overall uncomfortable. Unbeknownst to Masiba though, there was another, more sinister reason no one had ever tried to live in this area. In his immense boredom, Mashiba barely paid any attention to his surroundings, which left him vulnerable and suprised when the sand beneath him became soft and malleable. With too much speed for Mashiba to effectively react the ground opened up swallowing him and introducing him to the horror that came under the red moon of all Hallows Eve.
