Ah, Las Camp, a wonderful little collection of isles and a beacon of World Government oppression. Who could have asked for a better place to be established. Surely not one such as the great and powerful wizard of sleaze, Zebra Clocktower. A man whom rarely, if ever, used his full name when consorting with outside factors. He would simply rely on the one name, a single identifier known as "The Dapper" or "Agent Two". Nothing more, nothing less. And here he sat, on the rooftop patio of a local tea-house, enjoying the view of the town-square and the beaches further along from his location. Such a hot-spot was what made this building an exotic site to behold. It was also a massive draw of business for the people whom frequented the quaint little island masses. He was on the largest of the islands, which facilitated trade with all of the outlying islands. He found himself entertained watching people go about their business, but he had not had any bouts of violence since the sunrise and that didn't seem to mesh well with what he considered to be the optimum effectiveness of how one should choose to spend their personal time.
