After having her hair ruffled by Linnea and having her go down to the Marine and watching Nicholas having to fight against a captain, Mea grew a little scared but knew she had to keep herself safe and health, away from getting hurt and having to heal anyone that had gotten hurt. Mea would climb down from the mast and ran to side of the ship, behind the stairs next to some guard rails to keep herself on the ship and prevent her from falling down. "what to do... what to do... oh, the grunts need some healing... i need to get them over to my office as quickly as possible. i need to..." Mea thought to herself before motioning the injured grunts and run over to a Marine distracted by the others and smile.

the Marine didn't know Mea was around him so it was the perfect time to use her devil fruit powers. sticking her syringe fingers into him, Mea would produce Estrogen into the guys body, changing his body drastically into a subtle and sexy woman body, causing him to scream and have the other male Marines gawk at the new woman's body, giving the injured grunts time to head to Mea's office and make Mea laugh before herself would head down and heal up the injured grunts by wrapping their wounds with bandages, giving them small shots of healing hormones and additional medicine to give them the best possible chance to recover from all the damage they had taken from the fight.

Things seemed to be going their way as the Marines masts was finally destroyed crippling them and stopping their pursuit. Now was the time to strike and to make sure to put an end to this Marines irritating chase. But, this slight victory was only short lived as a voice could be heard from above, and when Ike looked up in response he saw what seemed to look like a big ass bird. “Woooow, that’s a big bird”, the young pirate said in a amazed and interested tone because this would be the first time he seen a bird of that size and physique. “Wait …. That bird talked” he said as he pointed at it with wide eyes looking at his crew for conformation.

That wouldn’t be needed when the bird transformed into a man that bore the features of an rear admiral, so it’s safe to assume that he is Rear Admiral Bates. He landed right next to Nicholas, but he was met with two arrows who was shot by their very own Naga who just claimed to fight Bates. Seeing that his crew has things under wrap on the ship he decided to go over to the Marines ship and wipe out the rest of Bates’ forces. Ike stretched out his arms onto the Melusine’s railings as he walked backwards stretching his arms out with each step he took. “I’ll go fight the men on his ship”, he stated to his Nakamas as he propelled himself through the air onto the Marines ship.

While he was soaring through the air he kicked his leg quickly, but his kick was augmented with his stretching to bring his kick as close to the ship as possible, “rankyaku”. A sharp compressed blade that seemed to be made of air was projected out of his leg and was heading straight for a marine who couldn’t dodge due to the range of the attack. When he landed on the ship he tumbled along the deck to lighten the impact of the jump, and quickly ran towards an unprepared Marine grunt as he stretched his arm back, “Gomu Gomu no Pistoru” his arm stretched towards the man’s face as his fist made contact. Now that everyone one the ship was incapacitated he decided to snoop around and see if he can find anything worth taking.

Defeated T1 & T0 Marine

Taking care of the wounds of the grunts, each having different spots to patch up and wrap up in herb filled bandages and assorted pills filled with medical herbs and a few additional herbs to increase their recover time by a very large amount. Mea was too focused on healing all the wounds of all the grunts that had gotten hurt in the fighting above, she would have finished up with all of them before checking up on Linnea and co on the deck upstairs, right when Linnea was leaning on the mast to recover.

spotting Linnea, Mea would go over to her and give hug alongside a few bits of medical pills just in case she needed a way to recover anymore of her pain. "Linnea, i am happy your OK. i see you got everyone of the baddies taken down and the newly made woman Marine is still out cold. i feel bad for her, so i might as well do the right thing... and put her on a dingy to let her go home. i don't want to kill the poor thing as that is not what a doctor does. i hope you understand." Mea said before going to the woman Marine, pick her up, place her on to a dingy before lowing it down onto the sea.

Mea would then release the dingy before going back to Linnea, yawn slightly before lying next to Linnea and starting to rest right on her shoulder, keeping a smile on her face as of what she had accomplished today, and how she wanted to keep growing her confidence until she was able to fight others without the use of anyone else but a few people to help her keep the others safe and away from harm.

Quick steps could be heard on the Marines ship as Ike had found where they left all their gold and that he’d take it upon his self to take it. They did chase them for quite some time, so he thought of it as payment for bothering them for such a long period of time. Looking from room to room he first found their kitchen and found some food that wasn’t even eaten yet so decided to chow down first. “Yum!”, he said as he was stuffing his face with the meat that was prepared but not eaten; he also was lucky enough to find some water to drink with his meat. It only took minutes for Ike to devour their whole supply of meat and water. Wiping the leftovers from his lips with his forearm he started to continue his search through the Marines battle ship.

Going through various rooms he found large sums of gold that he collected together in a big bag to carry any valuables and money. A few lucky items he came across were a baby den den mushi and a regular den den mushi which normally would cost a nice amount of money. “They won’t be needing these”, he said as he put the regular den den mushi in the sack with the rest of the gold that he found. He think look down in the palm of his right hand as he clinched onto the baby den den mushi which planned to keep for himself as a way to communicate with the team. Running back onto the main deck it was clear and safe for him to travel, “Geppo” he began to jump into the air and kick off the air and was now traveling through the air just by kicking off it thanks to his power legs. Ike elegantly landed back on the ship in the middle of his crew as he simply grinned opening his sack showing his loot and revealing what he found in his right hand.

Wood crashed and splintered as the chains of Captain Moriarity slammed into the deck, trying to strike at the Uroboros Pirate's navigator. However, the man was proving more agile than the marine captain had anticipated. Unfortunately for Nicholas, the constantly flailing chains made it difficult for him to get in close. Maybe he should invest in some ranged weaponry in the future, prevent this sort of situation.

Moriarity was more than aware of the situation regarding his me. They were getting utterly creamed, and his inability to land a hit on Nicholas was frustrating him to no end. "Dammit," he yelled out angrily, lashing out and only managing to take a chunk out of the ruined mast, "Get over here and face your punishment like a man!" Nicholas laughed, dodging the attack and leaping up towards the rigging, scurrying up it as top speed. "Why don't you come up here and get me?" he laughed, mocking the angry marine captain further. With a hiss of rage, Moriarity launched both his chains at him. Nicholas dodged, only for the chains to get caught and tangled in the rigging. The marine had fallen into Nicholas's trap. He lept straight towards the captain, the captain in turn trying to pull away, but the chains wrapped around his arms kept him in place.

"Burning Impact!"

Let it be known that getting hit with an impact dial hurts...a lot. Now imagine taking one, along with a burst of flame from a flame dial, straight to the face! There was a loud 'boom' as the attack connected, fire and spoke surrounded the impact sight. Nicholas flew back from the recoil, managing to land on his feet. His right arm was aching from the blast, but no doubt the captain suffered worse. As the smoke cleared, he saw he was right. The captain was slumped forward, unconscious, his arms still held up by his chains.

Nicholas gave a smile and dusted himself off. "And that is how you do it!"

Well, that was that. The marines had been beaten, their ship crippled, and they would FINALLY get some peace and quiet...at least enough to get some sleep before they went on their next wild and crazy adventure. Though this little misadventure had taught Nicholas something. He REALLY needed to get to work on establishing his little information network. That way, they could get information on any pursuing marines right from the get go, and thus avoid all this. If anything, it would make getting chased much more tolerable.

He swaggered back onto the deck of his ship, watching as any loot and valuables were taken from the marine ship. Any marines that survived this would find themselves flat broke, and having to explain their complete and utter humiliation. A fitting punishment for putting them all through this. His arm still ached from the use of the impact dial, but it would clear up in time. No sense in worrying the little doctor about it. She was concerned enough with their wounded captain, and a bullet wound was much more severe than a simple sore arm.

"I'd say that's a wrap people!" Nicholas announced with a smile, "Once we're done robbing these bastards, let us head to Ohara for relaxation and cocktails! But first..." And then, without another word, Nicholas collapsed to the floor with a 'thump!'. At first it would seem like he collapsed but some sort of injury, but upon closer inspection, you would notice that the man was snoring. Having many sleepless nights would make even the wooden deck of a ship look comfy.

Ike watched as Nichloas still had one more Marine to take care of, but he took care of him in a matter of minutes. Not to mention he did in such a stylish and suave way that it should defiantly earn him some brownie points within the group. “Niccee”, the young pirate said in amazement as he clapped a little as he was pretty impressed with the show their Navigator put on for them. He was right not to interfere because if he did more than likely Ike would probably fall overboard due to the impact dial. And, that was the end for Rear Admiral Bates and Captain Moriarity as they now had to embrace their new watery grave. Looking at his own ship he noticed that they as well took some damage but not as worse as the Marines with a broken mast and many damages due to artillery.

Even their captain was in pretty bad shape after fighting the Marines as she stayed perched up against their Mast until Mea finally arrived and started tending to her wounds. After getting some medical attention she was a bit curious to what Ike had hauled from the Marines battle ship. So, when she came over he opened the bag a little bigger to show what he was able to loot from them. He yawned in the process because he also was feeling a little tired after working up an appetite and eating all the Marines food supply. Leaving the bag for Naga to handle Ike looked down at his baby den den mushi as he picked up Nicholas and walked to the sleeping quarters to get some shut eye.

the commotion that had happened since a few days back had finally ended and Mea was all tuckered out from it but she needed to stay awake and tend to everyone wounds including a few bits of injuries she got from under the deck when they got blasted with splinters flying off the Marine ship. Waking up from a little short nap, Mea would go back down to her office and see that Linnea was there with a punch of splinters in her back, blood coming out of the punctured holes that had formed, which made Mea a little bit scared of how much pain Linnea was in but knew she could handle it and that she herself would need to be careful getting each of them out.

"Don't squirm or move around once i pull each splinter out. you will need to be still so then i don't want to accidentally give you a scar or two after getting them out... it would be hard to patch them up.. " Mea said in a worried tone before plucking each splinter out carefully and gently, to cause as minimal pain as she could possibly cause to Linnea. Once pulling out all the splinters, Mea would bandage Linnea up with the last remaining bandages she had in her bag before sending Linnea off to her own room, then setting up her Hammock, pillow and blanket before reading another book about medicine and questions from a medical school, learning what each and every type of virus there was out in the west blue and how to counter act them before heading to bed, recovering from all the trauma and damage she and the others had taken for the past few days.

Positives: I loved how you all worked together, how everyone had a roll and helped out to the best of their ability and to the extent that their roles would allow. Great job, Mea! I enjoyed your posts and your non-combat characters contributions, even that one t0 grunt you managed to defeat lol! Flash, you kept in character and I didn't have any difficulty understanding your posts. Hey, great job! Your character was dynamic and pushed the thread along.


Cons: The thread clearly had driver (though that was expected since Naga is the captain) and everyone else played second fiddle. While this may be okay on the anime or manga, you all have individual characters and should make more of a endeavor to develop them, and not just fight and kill. Flash, you essentially defeated a t2 captian in barely two posts using only two t1 skils. I'm not at all happy with that. Like... at all. This lazy style of fighting doesn't cut it and it wont be rewarded in the future.

All in all, Bare minimum posts are not okay, especially when you have Naga writing very detailed and expressive posts. You should strive to conform to the leader of your crews methods, even in terms of OOC Rping. Otherwise, you're doing a disservice to her. Sorry if I sound harsh but I'm simply trying to get you guys to try a little more. Its plainly obvious when you're writing just to get to 250.
