It's been one day since the small skirmish that happened down at the docks of this corrupted island. The battle between the spring human Revolutionary and the Mucus human Pirate. This battle has left Edward having all of his ribs on the right side of his body as well as his right arm broken with bruises all over his back and chest. He was lying down on a single person bed in a small cabin like house on the outskirts of Briss Kingdom, still unconscious from the previous events, only wearing black pants. There were white medical bandages wrapped around his forehead, right arm, upper body, and the lower part of his body just above his pelvis while his broken arm was also being kept elevated by his chest with a cast. His precious longsword was on a long brown table in the corner of this one floor cabin, shining as if it were just cleaned by someone.
Edward's eye brows would twitch a little as he slowly opened his eyes. He proceeded to slowly sit up on the bed, wincing a little with some groans and began to rub his eyes with his good arm before taking a good look around. "Where hell am I?" he said to himself as he inspected his patched up body. "My sword!" Edward exclaimed as he realized that his sword wasn't with him. He frantically observed the room again in hopes of finding it. As soon as he set his eyes on his longsword at the table in the corner, he without thinking, quickly got up and tried to jump out of the bed to get to it only to fall face first on the ground, causing him to wince more in pain.
Just then, the cabin door began to open which caused Edward to quickly lift his head up towards the door. Coming in was a familiar face or rather, a familiar green cloak. It was the mysterious woman who gave Edward the information about his first Revolutionary task on this island as well as the one who patched up his damaged body. She sighed at the shameful display, shaking her head a little. "Geez, if I'd known you wanted to die that badly, I would've just left you back there at the docks." she said, teasingly as she crouched down to help the boy up.
"Oh. You again." Edward said with an unamused tone as the mysterious woman helped him to sit on the bed. "I have a name." she said with a smirk on her face as she placed her hands on her hips, facing the spiky haired teen. "Well, it's not like I freakin know it or anything." Edward retorted with a pissed off look on his face. The woman then raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms. "Hey, you can always ask, Eddy." she said, teasingly once again as she flicked his nose, causing Edward to attempt to bite it before she quickly pulled it back, giggling a little. "Like I give a crap about your name! And, it ain't Eddy, it's Edward!" the boy yelled as he flailed his good arm towards the woman. "Wow, is that really how you thank the person who just saved your ass?" she asked which caused Edward to stop flailing his arm as he lowered his eyebrows.
"W-wait. You mean to tell me that YOU were the swordsman?" Edward asked the woman with a bit of shock and disbelief in his tone. The woman would then laugh and shake her head before walking towards the kitchen. "No, no. That was some other guy. I'm the one who hauled your broken ass all the way up here and patched you up. Well, with some help. Had to do some surgery on you as well. The ribs on the right side of your body and your right arm are in pretty bad condition." she said before making her way into the kitchen. Edward would then take another look at his right arm which was in a cast, then would look at the lower part of his body above his pelvis which was patched up, poking at his right side with his good hand a little, causing him to wince before having brief flashbacks of what caused this damage. Those mucus attacks of that pirate.
The woman would then come out with a bowl of pork ramen for Edward. The scent of the ramen caused Edward's stomach to growl before he began eyeing the meal. The woman would then bring up a small table in front of Edward before placing the bowl of ramen with chopsticks on the table. Obviously knowing that it was for him, Edward didn't hesitate to pick up the chopsticks with his good hand and proceeded to devour the meal. He may not know how to fish, but he can surely use chopsticks. "You have quite the appetite." the woman said, giggling a little as she watched him, only for Edward to ignore her and continue eating as if he were a dog.
"Oh, right. This is for you as well." she said as he tossed the latest News Coo on the table besides the ramen, causing Edward to pause a little and glance at the paper.
