It was only day. It had been a nice day the day before, nothing seemed out of place to Byron as he was starting to wake up right now. As his eyes would sleepily blink, before he would start to actually open them and take in the area around him. In fact it seemed like a perfectly normal morning for Byron, except for one problem.
...This wasn't his room. No way in hell was it his room, or his home, or anyone he knew home. He shivered immediately, freaking out on the inside. Byron avoided making any unnecessary noise right now as he did not know where he was, and as a result did not know if whoever or whatever got him here was still in the area. Noise was a thing that could really get you killed if you weren't careful. As he would start to get out of the bed slowly and gently, shaking like a damn chihuahua. Despite Byron's previously gained confidence due to what he had done before, now he was scared. He was in a foreign environment where he didn't know anybody or any living thing. As he carefully got out of the bed he'd survey the room he was in, decently lit area with just the bed, a drawer of some kind with a lamp on it, a Ceiling Lamp and not much else. Was he being held hostage inside of the confines of this room? This was one hell of a pickle he had to be careful to get out of. As the okama searched around the room for any form of clues to where exactly he was, but nothing stood out. Albeit the only other notable detail was that the room itself was dirty on the floor. He'd go over to the drawer and search it in a rush, panicked, maybe there was some form of key or some shit. Or some kind of thing he could use to get out of here.
Upon opening the second drawer however Byron would only find a Short pin, what it was there for was beyond him. Maybe someone just put it there, but he would just leave it and close the drawer. Rifling through the rest of the compartments to find absolutely nothing in there.
Byron was only left with more questions as he continued to search the room. Who was it that brought him here? Why was he here? How did he even get here? These were all questions that would be solved with due time though. As he would survey the door for any weak points. Carefully deciding what he should do to bust out of here, this was one hell of a finicky situation. Then, it was when he was suddenly struck with a giant Epiphany. He realized, he could just break down the door, albeit that would make a hell of alot of noise, and god knows what would happen if he brought some unnesecary attention upon his ass. Whoever was in the building would certainly come running at him if they heard him. Hm....
He would turn the Knob gently, only to her the click of the lock. Damnit there had to be a way to bust out of this freaking place without making any noise. With a quick thought, Byron would transform his right hand into his Zoan hand. Giving himself the hand talons as well. This would give him his talons and allow him to try to pick the lock of the door through the keyhole with his hands only! Now he just had to see if it would work...As he inserted his index finger into the hole and proceeded to wiggle it around in there to try to click it open. His hand would tremble, causing him to fuck it up and his finger to slide right out of it like greased lightning. He had to keep his cool while he was doing this, otherwise he was for certain gonna fuck this up. As Byron placed his finger inside of the lock and would carefully manuever it around again.
Steady...
Steady....
CLICK
The sound resounded throughout the room, as the door was now actually unlocked. With that actually having been accomplished Byron would proceed to slowly open the door, peeking out to make sure as to whether or not others were within the vicinity before starting to slowly walk out. The coast was clear right now and he had to take advantage of it, sticking to the wall Byron would slowly crawl across it. Waiting and carefully watching for whatever else was out there.
