"Ladies, and Gentlemen, lets us go spread the word of World Government arrival."said Captain Zed from the balcony of the shipyard main office. Currently everything was running smoothly the customers was rolling in, and the workers was satisfy with there work load along with there pay.
As for the today assigned Ensign Ba'al had been assigned with a small squad of 5 grunts with flyers. There was exactly 4 squads of 5, and there assigned was to give majority of Water 7 citizen a paper copy of the World Government Laws. After all Rear Admiral Derous, and Rear Admiral Kringle was planning to monopolize Water 7 as a marine control island. Which would earn Ba'al, Derous ,and Kringle a pretty penny if the investment goes right which is why Ba'al convert over to marines for a cut into future income.

Let it been clear though Ba'al have no isssue in taking orders, and following them to the letter regardless of the outcome. She will not tolerate anyone attempting to stop her from reaching her goal whatever that maybe. After the the debriefing each squad was given orders to hit several areas of Water 7 to recruit or drop off copies of the new laws they are attempting enforce for the island. Honestly Ba'al didn't really care about the mission outcome as long as everything went as planned thanks all is well.

Due Ba'al rank she was assign an Baby Den Den Mushi so she can stay in contact with head quarters, and request for backup if needed. But due to prior mission she decide to demonstrate her skills to her squad so they could follow her leadership, and not just her rank.
Ensign Ba'al had place the the Baby Den Den Mushi into her pocket as she made her way out of the base with her squad following close behind her.

Water 7 weather was fairly normal you know the standard sunny day, and stuff of that nature. As for small squad they had pass out a couple of flyers to the citizen as they walk down the streets of Water 7. It wouldn't be long until they arrived into town where they must hand a copy to a large shipyard competitor hopefully everything would run smoothly. Either way it didn't matter because Ba'al was ready to gut a few people due to her absence.

"Someone may get hurt...., and it's going to be me."

"Excuse me , Ensign Ba'al how much longer until we arrive ma'am" Ensign Ba'al had sighed it was true that they have been walking for a few minutes now pasting out flyers as order. She was quite sure her squad was growing restless due to amount of efforts she had place them as they continue with there mission. But in all honesty she didn't care if they lag behind or not as long as they didn't hold her back for completing her mission then all was well. One of her top priorities was handing a flyer to one of the big seven companies in Water 7 , and to do that she had to located the company of her choice. Well not really her choice but Captain Zed choice. As the other squads were order to hand each companies a list laws for there understanding, and each squad was assigned a specific location to maintain. Ensign Ba'al was assigned to downtown ghetto where a pirate shipyard was located, and her job was to give the flyer to the company employees then leave. Ensign Ba'al had said,"Just a few more minutes it just around the corner I think." the marines had nodded in approval as they continue there journey to the shipyard.

Just as Ensign Ba'al had said the building was just around the corner, and it had a group of man standing around smoking, and drinking beer around the entrance of the the company. Ensign Ba'al had signal for his squad to stay back to cover her but in reality she didn't want them to get in her way if a brawl had broke out. The sun was still shining, and it was about evening or so. As Ensign Ba'al had approach in her marine attire the pirates had several twisted looks that said ,"The fuck you doing here ?" But Ensign Ba'al had ignore them, and had continue forward arriving at the door of the company which the pirates allowed her to enter without retaliation. As she step into the facilitation she had walked forward arriving at the front desk where a male clerk sat behind the desk. The male clerk had suck his teeth at the sight of World Government Justice Coat which was drape over her red haori. He obviously had his run in with other marines officials but it was quite weird that he didn't attack off the back though maybe he thought Ensign Ba'al was on the pay roll. Whatever the reason he waited as Ensign Ba'al had arrived at the desk only to drop off what seems to be a flyer with the World Government Laws on it he was furious. "Aye you dumb Bitch! We don't want this shit take it or go! Aye you red eye freak stop right this instance!" But Ensign Ba'al had continue to ignore him, and walk smack out the front door pasting the group of thugs as she stood in front to squad she begin to instruct them to prepare to head back to the base of operations.

"Only 3?"

"That fucking Bitch!" Replied Karl of the front desk. He had left the flyer on his desk as he followed Ensign Ba'al out the door. He yelled,"You Damn cunt bring your Ass here!" But Ensign Ba'al had kept walking away from the shipyard company unfortunately Karl wasn't happy with that respond as he order the thugs around the entrance to bring her to him, and kill off the rest of the marines officials. They happy applied because one they were semi drunk, and they had hated the marines appeared in Water 7 because it could possibly make business bad. The pitter patter of feet hit against the ground as they made there way toward Ensign Ba'al squad with was 8 meters away.

Ensign Ba'al had grin devilishly as she produced her Baby Den Den Mushi out of her pocket, and hand it to her fellow subordinate. She closed her eyes for a near moment as she activated her Kenbunshoku Haki for the range of 15 meters everything that was in 15meters was well within her radar aka her sixth sense. As the thugs reach the 5 meters mark she had disappear in a blur of spped as a purple fog cover the field for two meters{special effects}. She reappeared exactly 1 meters behind the thugs as 3 thugs drop unto the grunts like a sack of potatoes. There was no blood smears along her jacket the only thing that was bloody was her Dagger which just cut down 3 thugs in a instant the slash was over each neck. They were either choking on there blood or already dead . The group of thugs quickly halted there movements when Ba'al had dropped 3 bodies that was charging with them because one they didn't see Ba'al, and didn't know how she kill there allies. The front desk clerk couldn't believe his eyes did that bitch just drop 3 people so easily with no effort on her behalf truly she is a monster of sound kind but he didn't let the thug know of his fear. He yell out, "What you drunken fools doing? You allow her to slip right pass Ya, and kill three people. Jesus Christ kill the squad first before they call in back up, and kill her too!"Ensign Ba'al had grin as she waited for the man to once Stan attempt to strike her squad. As long as they stay within range they are helplessness little fish in deep water they can't hope to swim in or that what she hope them believe because they are far from her level of combat prowess. With 3 out of the 20 thugs dead it is only a matter of time that the marines forces lose the advantage, and possibly have a few casualties. The squad of marines couldn't believe that Ensign Ba'al had just drop 3 people in one motion with minimum effort but what was more important was 7 man heading in there direction hoping to kill them. The sqaud had prepared for battle, and everyone was within range of Ba'al Haki along with her techniques so ah could provide cover if needed. The rest had head for Ba'al position hoping to finish her off, and go back to drinking, and talking.

"That's a wrap"

"Well that battle was refreshing."Ensign Ba'al had said as she examine the blood splatter along her Justice Coat. She had just finish shealthing her dagger into it stealthe as she begin to walk over 20 or so corpses. Well it was exactly was 20 thugs dead , and 1 dead marine because the poor bastard left out her range of protection. Her whole sqaud was pretty much bang up due to the superior numbers of the thugs. But nevertheless they live to tell the of the Red Eye Swordsman.

"What are you?"said Karl who had laid on the ground underneath Ensign Ba'al wooden sandal. Ba'al had slam her foot directly into Karl head and said,"I am just a Red Eye Bitch." Karl went black to the world as Captain Zed back up had arrive a little after the brawl came to a halt.... Well not brawl.... but I guess you can label it as a small massacre. Captain Zed knew not to ask Ensign Ba'al what happen he knew times are hard in Water 7 which is why they wanted to bring justice.Ensign Ba'al had remove her foot from Karl head as she said,"You can't change the world without getting your hands dirty so this is me getting my hand dirty." Ensign Ba'al had disappear down the road she was tired but she didn't show weakness in front of her fellow marines because she had image to maintain. What was that image? It was the image of justice her own justice.

As the for remaining marines forces Captain Zed had ordered them to cut up the thugs, and feed them to Beki for his supper tonight. As for Karl he was return back to his desk where he find himself staring at the World Government flyers which Ensign Ba'al had dropped off just a few hours ago. Captain Zed had clean up the mess that Ensign Ba'al had cause which was considerably big but it was handle without fuss. It was as if it the accident never truly happen but in reality it all to well happen, and the only survivor was Ensign Ba'al, the 4 other marines, and Karl. An Ensign Ba'al was sure that this story would be tell for many years to come.

Once everyone had return each marine had debrief Captain Zed of the event. Even Ensign Ba'al had to tell her superior what happens though it was rather simple change events she told every detail to the letter. Captain Zed had then dismiss the marines, and decide to go check on Beki. Once he arrive he found that Beki was currently shoving down human flesh which was feed to him by the shipwright on duty. Today was a good day the word was spread that the World Government have arrive, and they wanted Water 7 for themselves.Ensign Ba'al had prepared herself for next set of assignment that she would have to encounter. She wasn't scare,angry, or anything she just wanted to make the world her own just like any other person. Whether or not it happens it is up to chance, and Destiny. But she didn't have no problem with fighting against Gods if they cross her ultimate goal of power.
