,"Such an active crowd."Rear Admiral Star had mumble to himself in agreement . ,"Yeaaaahhhhhh!" that was the sound of the roaring crowd as the first contender took his place within the arena. The stadium was an 30 meters perfect square made of pure stone slabs with a 1 meter drop to the soil to be consider ring out.

The stone slabs were smooth which made swift movement easily to handle for both contenders today. Star appearance consists of a blue-eyed blond-haired boy wrapped in white cloth, a modern depiction of the mythological angel. He bears eight angelic wings on its back, two on its head, and two around its waist for a total of twelve wings. Star wears a Holy Ring on each of its arms and legs, and has the symbol of the unknown language on its hands. It also purple tattoos on its left arm and leg, and on the left side of its chest and face. Star have a young boy but it's extremely durable. His skin color is white, and he have a small muscular body for his size. Rear Admiral Star justice jacket was drape over his shoulders aka his white cloth it was modify to allow his wings to be used.

Rear Admiral Star is currently bare footed he kind of look somewhat like an angel. Unfortunately Rear Admiral Star weapon of choice is currently unknown to the officials. Today was a marine sanction tournament this is where marines, and citizen alike come to watch high rank officials go at it head to head.

This year tournament had took place in Orange town a marine control island. Many people were there that include marines on duty and paying customers to watch this fight.[/i]

Show Case{Open Topic} GiphyHaving chosen the jet dial as her support item and of course Gem as her main weapon, she felt somewha slighted that she could not utilize all of her weaponry. Alas this ofcourse was simply a show of power to the ensigns, something the marines did to warrant respect. She herself thought it was some what barbaric but necassary. If they did not undertand your true power they would be unable to fully work under you and take your orders. Alas though what truely annoyed her was her opponent. Of all the Rear Admirals within this world it had to be him. The Noble Morning Star. Really? If she cut him even a little bit would he cry? would he run off to mummy and demand her head. How could she battle him in front of so many people.

Her battle attire was ofcourse the same as she pretty much always wore, the blue dress with armour like enhancements [aesthetics]. Gem was sheathed though again she felt slighted that she could not utilize her full performance by wielding the twins. Did this mean her fellow rear admiral was only then able to wield one of his limbs as a weapon? Sighing to herself it would seem the noble more than likely set this up for her to fail, giving her the disadvantage while gaining multiple advantages himself. As she stood she looked to the announcer. Being on the opposite end of the arena there was a 20 meter distance between the duo. A single hand rested upon Gems hilt. "Let us do this then" she uttered. Nodding towards Rear Admiral Star.

"Ladies, and Gentleman of Orange Island I present to you the first ever Show Case of Orange Island! Today we have two Rear Admirals in this year contest to demonstrate there fighting techniques, and skills. On this corner we have the infamous "The Noble Morning Star" , and on the other end we have "The Crimson Queen". The fight will begin Now!
"As soon as the announcer said "now" Rear Admiral Star had disappeared in a burst of purple smoke attempting to cover the distance of 15 meters while activating his  Kenbunshoku Haki to open extend his awareness of the field. Rear Admiral Star wasn't sure of Rear Admiral Faith abilities but the skill he is currently using allow him closed the 20 meter gap that separates both individuals. It didn't stop there since Rear Admiral Star was traveling at such high speeds that the tunnel vision had effected his sight. His focus was purely on Rear Admiral Faith. In any case she attempts to move it would result in Rear Admiral Star quickly  flapping his wings, and ascending to the air to the height of 70meters which should be well out of Rear Admiral Faith range.

If he allowed to travel 15 meters without issue he would still fly 70 meters into the air why? Because he wanted to establish some distance so he could carefully understand Faith abilities as a Rear Admiral. Besides it when being a Rear Admiral it's important to fight in all type of combat this is include.

Show Case{Open Topic} GiphyMuch like Rear Admiral Star, the crimson queen also acted in accordance, upon the announcer stating the words "Now" she too would activate her Haki. Though hers was on a more advanced level than her fellow Rear Admirals, realistically she may have not needed it. Her normal vision seemed enough to keep up with the speed of the Rear Admiral even after utilizing the previous technique. To many whom could not read the speed, they more than likely could not keep up, yet to herself, she could see it perfectly regardless of the purple smoke that drifted away. Yet she made no move. Not yet. Not when he had cleared five meters of the distance, not when he cleared ten.

It was as he was about to clear the final five meters did she then act, yet the man would more than likely be unable to follow the sheer speed of her movement. Though she kept her movement speed as fast as she could, she would manipulate the power of the flames she created, with such a technique she could incinerate her opponents if she wished, this was not that kind of battle. Thus the power of the flames would be greatly reduced. They would not burn the opponent alive nor would this assault slice her foe to pieces, in fact almost all forms of power had been annihilated from this technique to reduce it to a "friendly" based battle.

She doubted the man would be able to see the movement of her blade, the way she brought gem from her holster, the crimson flare it gave of as it shot forth the bursting power of fire. Now her intended target was the right top wing of the boy. She knew she would not be able to strike him well within the air, by taking that advantage from him she would have a much more even match. The fire that shot forth would ignite the center pieces of the wing if it hit, though even the radius in which the technique orignally had was shortened by the Crimson Queen. The fire would ignite the wing if hit, causing the feathers to burn rapidly though not enough to cause permanent damage yet enough to halt flight. Sure he could probably use it, but it would more so hinder him and cause him to fly diagonally and be unable to control his flight patten properly. The flames would only burn within a 1 meter diameter. Before they went out, a controlled assault, would this flying beauty be abe to see the assaut, would they be able to react to such an attack while pushing momentum forward. It would be impossible to simply divert in to the air with such forward momentum. what of Gem? Her sword had been sheathed just as quickly, a blur is what he would see? Maybe not even that? maybe simply a shimmer. Yet Ceruluean would await her foe. Not moving from the place she began.

"Da fuck did she do? Shit no time to think."Rear Admiral Faith speed is quite remarkable but what she didn't know is Rear Admiral Star superior defense though it can be break with the level right of attack it shouldn't be able to break it due to how much she was holding back . It was time to used his Supa Supa no Mi abilities his Haki had alert him of the potential danger he was in which is why he activated his abilities for his bladed defense.


Just as the fire wave was release it took but a second for Rear Admiral Star to recognize as he activate Steel Guard Level 2. The durability of this technique can withstand up to an tier 3 technique with the additional durability boost of one tier it can now withstand a tier 4 technique. Since Rear Admiral Faith had lessen the attack considerably this was the opening Star had needed. It was true due to forward momentum Star was traveling it was nearly I impossible to divert into his attempt to fly which is why he
settle for a forward approach.

Due to Rear Admiral Star already reaching the speed of a Tier three instantly his Steel Guard Level 2 was able to secure him in just as the flames hit there Rear Admiral Star feathers.The thin mini blades shield the feathers considerably so flight was still attainable except Rear Admiral Star chose a different approach. Since flying was considerably harder due to the momentum he was moving at it results in Rear Admiral Star to move forward continuing his approach which was the 5 meter with giving him 15 meters which original going for until interrupted.


The time it took for him to close the distance of 5 meters was but a few seconds{1 or 2} just to
make sure he made it successful the continued use of Steel Guard Level 2 was still in use so if Rear Admiral Faith wanted to do some real damage she would have to conjure up something capable of breaking his defense. Not to mention the use of a further speed technique known as Stealth Foot: Dancing Tiger Three it rewarded Rear Admiral Star to move at temporary speeds of tier 5. Rear Admiral Star was prepared to increase his defense to another level if need arise but for right now he quickly closed the distance. Once he was at the 15 meters mark he his speed reduce by .5 but he continue the frontal approach with a twist. The twist was if Rear Admiral Faith decide to move to the left or right it would resulted in a Rear Admiral Star utilizing Supa Supa No Mi forging a scythe,and releasing a powerful horizontal crest air blade aim at her upper body. Depending on what side it could either cut from left to right or right to left this attempt would happen if Rear Admiral Faith decide to dodge.


If she decided to counter/ block it would resulted Rear Admiral Star going into mode, and slamming his entire weight into Rear Admiral Faith. Even if she chooses to dodge after the release of the crest air blade Rear Admiral Star would quickly change the direction of his body, and instantly go into mode once again attempting to slam his bladed body into Rear Admiral Faith upper body attempting to knock her down. While dealing decent piercing damage to the upper body.

Like Rear Admiral Star her own Haki alerted her, she could still keep up with the speed, and her own techniques seemed to have the advantage in this area. Again she utilized the same technique, though Rear Admiral Star had not held back his technique, this time she would oblige him with the same respect. Now as stated prior, The Crimson Queen had yet to move from her original location which had originally put a 20 meter gap between the combatants. For some reason activating the next speed boost technique, Rear Admiral Star continued to act roughly around the 15 meter mark. With her own speed being superior, and the fact all she needed to do was draw her blade wih such a minor distance, the tip off with her haki was greatly appreciated.

This time though she would not place Gem back in her sheathe, no she would keep the blade within her hand as the two slashes met, with superiority her own powerful flame styled slash obliterated the atomic slash sent by the Supa Supa no mi user while similtaniously bursting forth to meet the devil fruit user head on. Now the durability being what it was, the natural defence of the opponent would be shattered due to the tier 4 meeting a tier 4 upgraded defence. While at the same time the flames conjured by her powerful technique would take hold and cause very minor damage to the steel covered body of the boy. Yet if he continued his movement as stated he would Whether countered or dodged. The rear admiral would have Gem placed in front of her, arms outstretched, the flat of the blade facing the Rear admiral like a wall ready to meet him. Her free hand pushed against the flat of the blade to add more support while she tensed her legs digging them in to the ground with all her strength ready, bracing for impact of his body.

This fight was truly remarkable both sides giving it there all against each other well as far as the people could tell. To tell you the true Rear Admiral Star was the only one giving it his all but in reality Rear Admiral Faith was holding back majority of her power considerable. Since Rear Admiral Faith decide to raise up her blade Rear Admiral Star instinctively activated his mode known as "Graphene Hierro" As he did so his Kenbunshoku Haki alerted him of the potential danger of the blade. You may  be wondering what danger is that well whenever someone is charging into a sword that is consider real lethal therefore dangerous. But Rear Admiral Star was unaware of the blade material be what he did know is that he didn't want to sustain any further damage if necessary. Thus once he was but 1 feet from Rear Admiral Faith he quickly drop his shoulder and attempt to tackle her just beneath the sword. The tackle was meant to knock the air out of the Rear Admiral Faith while grapping the stomach area/back area with his arm attempting jump forward with such speed.

For the next 10 meters Rear Admiral Faith if successful would be tackle out the ring as this would happen Rear Admiral Star had flap his wings just as they reach the outside of the stadium of course he would let her go once they was out  the ring attempting to drop her onto the ground. The quickly precede to climb into the sky about 50 meters well out of reach of Rear Admiral Faith hopefully. This was all an attempted though any thing could happen. If the tackle was successful it would cause Rear Admiral faith to drop her sword, and possibly get hit with damages mini sharp blades that as act armor for Rear Admiral Star of course they wouldn't do much of damage due to her great defense but it was a started. All of this was an attempt the crowd cheer as the battle continue as the announcer continue to tell the crowd of what was going on to the letter.

Show Case{Open Topic} GiphyPerhaps the man thought her foolish? Her haki of course alerted her to the mans movement, though her sword was pressed forward, readying the tackle in a way to halt it. There would actually be little chance of the man being able to actually hit her stomach, though it seemed that was his intention until he jumped, which lifted him forth and regardless, in to the sword that she awaited to meet him with. All of her strength was pushed in to her arms, her legs tensed to counter for the weight that now pushed upon her. The added momentum from the mans jump surely had done something, she would be pushed back, yet his body remained upon her sword.

With a width of 5 inches and an additional height difference of 5 inches combined with the odd decision to jump. Even without the jump the man would be unable to have struck the smaller girl in the stomach without meeting the horizontal blade, with all her strength pouring in to her blade the smaller of the rear Admirals would stand strong, her arms bulged yet her strength succeeded, she felt empowered when wielding her blade that even the metallic cannonball of a man could not hinder her power. Alas though it would seem the same could not be said for him. Upon contact with the sword his devil fruit powers would be completely stripped, as he had jumped in to the sword. This means the mode in which he utilized would be stripped and ontop of the 25% insta reduction a further 15 points would be taken. Though the Crimson Queen would waste no time in pulling her sword downwards and placing it upon the chest of the exhausted male to hinder his fruits power once more.

"Round one to me" she uttered, her blue eyes looking to the position of the male. In this entire fight she had yet to be properly moved. If he had used his noggin, if he had took in to concideration her blades width, her own height difference and her potential over all strength. Then maybe this would have gone differently.

,"There you have it folks the first round goes to Rear Admiral Faith using her remarkable strength to capitalize this attempt. This was an fairly good battle for both sides, and it could have went either way. Now we shall take a small break for both contest to regain there stamina As before same rules apply be back in a few."

Rear Admiral Star didn't know what method Rear Admiral Faith used but it is safe to say that touching that blade isn't the smartest thing to do. It was special to be able to cancel out his mode which was built for durability, and things of that nature. It would take some time to heal, and prepare for the next battle. His body was drain some soldiers came to carry him off the ring unto the bench where he could relax until the next battle begin. Rear Admiral Star had a fair understanding that close range battle would be dangerous for both parties... not to mention her superior in several other traits it would be best in the next round to stay some meter away from her. Even though he wasn't built for long range fighting it may be his only suggest as of now because clearly Rear Admiral Faith is superior in terms of this combat today wasn't a good day for Star. But hopefully he can pull off something close to win.

The young woman would have recovered easily, she had sustained no injury and in all honestly had found the first match to be rather easy, the fact that she need not take a single step had proven what she believed. Yet this could all be a simple fluke. Gem once more in her sheath, Faith would take her starting point 20 meters from her foe. Now it was her whom had to make the first move, her original plan would not work here. She knew this. If Rear Admiral Star had taken anything from the last battle it was not to engage her directly. She also understood his abilities better. He was close combat as was she yet his wings allowed for better hit and run tactics. It was his wings that she had to wound.

Reaching in to her pocket she would withdraw her dial with her free hand, [left]. Holding on to it just in case she would spin her sword once before taking her stance. "Here i come" she said as she activated her haki just like before. Now she began to charge forth, not at her full speed, she actually seemed rather lax, after a few quick steps she burst in to a medium speed [tier 3], still a good speed to move through the field. Gem was in her hands as soon as she began to move. And upon clearing nine meters did she finally bring Gem in a horizontal slash. Upon the slash being released an arc of compact flames that was two meters in length burst in to existance flying towards her foe at its maximum speed. She halted her movement upon the swing Gem held in her right hand, awaiting her foes retaliation.

Well rested, and ready for the next round Rear Admiral Star precede to his starting point which was exactly 20 meters from his foe. "Here I come."said Rear Admiral Faith. Star knew all to well that letting her getting close will spell his immediate defeat which is why he decide it would be best to extend the distance from her. As she started her charge Rear Admiral Star quickly jump straight into the air at his maximum height which was 15 meter as he jump he begin to flap his wings to climb into the air. The jump was the momentum he had needed in order to get into the air . As he begin to climb into the air his body begin to produce small mini sheets of blades that cover his entire body which would shield him from any potential attack that Rear Admiral Faith would attempt. As she reach the 9 meter mark Rear Admiral Star was roughly 24 meters into the air because the jump he had completed. Unfortunately Rear Admiral Faith release her first crested blade of fire which was aim at him unfortunately it wasn't strong enough to close the gap of the already fleeing noble. Which ultimately was a waste of stamina, and afforded. But Rear Admiral Star wasn't safe yet he continue to climb his goal was 100 meters he would needed to get this high in order to be completely safe of all of the fellow Rear Admiral attempts. His Kenbunshoku Haki was activate at the beginning of his jump so he was well alerted if Faith would try to do something to harm or stop his attempt to flee into the air. From the start of the jump he haven't which his maximum speed but after the 5meter mark he had erupted into his maximum output with the help of his wings.

As he climb he had said,"Mhm I need to find a opening of some kind of I will lose again." Star had mumble to himself as the crowd cheered for more.

With the jet dial in her free hand, she would watch as the fire disappated before it could envelop her target whom was utilizing his wings more than he did before. This honestly was the best soloution when dealing with someone like her. She herself knew that she could not assault him at this point in time. Yet she was also in the understanding that he could not hurt her. Though there was something she could do. Unlike this man here, she was not of noble heritage. She was a petty thief, a murderer and scoundral whom had worked hard for the name she had earned, whom had redeemed herself in the eyes of many. She cared little about what people thought of her, of what strangers believed. She had a rank that brought attention. This man on the other hand, was a noble. A man with a wicked nature. Would he be able to deal with torment and the loss of fear?

"Ladies and Gentlemen, it seems in this bout my opponent would rather place his tail between his legs and run away than face another quick defeat. Is this the kind of attitude you'd expect from a Rear Admiral of the marines? No, is this the kind of attitude, the kind of behaviour you'd expect from a noble, from a ruler? This is the attitude of a coward" she said in such a commanding voice. Her eyes did not leave the rear admiral whom now floated at his maximum given height. "Lets see what you can do Rear Admiral Star" she said, her mouth forming a twisted smile.

A sudden rage trigger within the pit of Emperor Star gut it was true he did flee from the attack, and the battle. But not in the way she had presented it too the people it was because she was vastly more experience then him, and Rear Admiral Star didn't have any means to harm her without leaving himself open. After listening to Rear Admiral Faith comments Rear Admiral Star descend down 10 meters in a pure dive unfortunately he stop himself because he manage to control his angry. Only to climb up an additional 100 meters putting him at 210 meter in the air as he flew up he said ,"How about you come join me you bitch!" In all honesty he knew he couldn't hit her but more importantly he need to buy time to find an opening for him to strike. Rear Admiral Star had release his Steel Guard but maintain his Haki.

As he maintain his distance for Rear Admiral Faith he was thinking of several idea's that could allow him to landed a hit on her. To be honest he didn't have many because Rear Admiral Faith have both great durability, speed, and strength to support her. As for Rear Admiral Star he only have an decent Durability, and Strength but his flight speed was barely even good. He need to get stronger or have ways to increase his strength in a short time to make up with his weakness. For now all he could do is wait for Rear Admiral Faith next attempt.

It would seem her jibe had done the trick as the Rear Admiral began to charge at her, only to halt, it was still to vast a distance for her to actually do anything about. Yet she realized her taunts were getting to him, especially by the reply. "Ahhh, so when called out, you run away further? I suppose its to be expected from one whom gained his position due to his blood and not his skill. she said loud enough for the crowd to hear. This would pull an "OOOOOOH" from the crowd, many shouting "BURN" or "THE SHADE OF IT". Yet Rear Admiral Faith would simply keep her attention at her opponent. Using her strength she easily pierced the stone slabs below her with Gems blade. Her hands upon the hilt as she sighed closing her eyes. "I don't even need to do anything, eventually you'll grow tired from flapping those tiny wings, You'll falter and I shall win. she said her eyes remaining closed.

Her haki kept the man in view, she kept each detail in her mind, the way he flapped his wings, the way her floated in the air. She would eventually decipher his attack patterns, the way he was. His temper was something she could control, he was an angry wicked person and with the "Right of nobility" he showed, aplaying him and causing him to lose face in front of so many peoples was the best game she actually had.
