There was a cold chill in the air as Vincent stepped off the ship that brought him back to Yotsuba, the memories of the Grand Line still flashing through his mind with the images of the dead and dying and the power of those that fought for the brief time he was there. A sane man would be shattered at what he witnessed, but who could say they are sane after stepping in those waters. No Vincent was no sane man he was blessed for he saw the gap of power between him and some of of thous at the top and seeing that mountain before him lit a fire in his chest that would push him to go past his limits.

Starting out his day with a quick breakfast he started what would be his new workout routine with some cardio running at a steady pace he will start doing 10 laps around the outskirts of the town to get his blood flowing as well as to patrol the area. Soon after completing that Vincent will wade into the sea up to his waist and start running 5 laps around the island pushing through the water as fast as can as waves cash in to him and he fights the currents pull. To finish his cardio he sets up two lines in the beach 50 yards apart from each other he sprints across the wet sand and does suicide runs 10 times back and forth 10 times backwards, and 10 times side to side as fast as he can pushing himself faster and faster.

With his mourning cardio done Vincent heads out for a quick snack before moving on to his next set of workouts heading over to a area with a large heavy log with two handholds carved in to it and two posts 3 feet high and 7 inches wide 2 feet apart from each other. grabbing one handhold on the log and placing his foot on one of the posts Vincent steps up on to the other post and lifts up the log grabbing the other handhold. Soon after making sure he was steady on the posts he started to do squats lifting the log up as he went down and letting it down as he went up doing this for 100 reps while standing on the posts. Next he did another 200 reps this time as he squat down he would alternate twisting his body 90 degrees at the waist left then right steadily building speed as he does so. With that done he lifts the log over his head and starts bouncing back and forth on the two posts pushing off with one leg and landing on the other for about a half an hour. Keeping up his pace he started spinning mid air after pushing off turning 180 degrees before landing and pushing off again for another half hour.

After finishing that workout Vincent got some lunch before picking up 5 large steel beams and heading out to a clearing digging some holes and sticking the beams straight up he made a 10 foot wide circle starting in the center of the circle Vincent launched himself in to a series of combos striking out at the air at first and then he rushed up to the first steel beam striking it with an uppercut before turning to another one and slamming into it with a jump kick. Continuing on like this moving from beam to beam Vincent kept up his barrage left jab, right hook, left thrust kick, right snap kick, left elbow, right knee, left heel kick, right hammer fist, he continued to beat at the beams launching quick combos on one just to leap and smash another with a heavy blow rebounding at another his skin and bone cracking against the beams like claps of thunder. For 2 hours he continued this assault at the end his body was sore and he had blood dripping form his hands and feet around him the steel beams were dented, cracked, and in one case snapped in half. Stretching out he slowly made his way back to the base to eat and rest, taking a look out at sea he smiled at what lay beyond it "I still got a long way to go, but this was a good beginning." he laughs as he heads in.
